Very Pleased with Dr. Kyle Allen, he listened and has patience! We focused on my hearing and vertigo but I do need to discuss again about my throat. I will be seeing him soon. Monica is a Peach 🍑 when checking out.
Extremely pleased with the Doctors and support staff. Helpful, efficient, and friendly. Dr Allen is the best. I have a vestibular schwannoma (a tumor and somewhat rare condition) on the left side and am functionally deaf in that ear. Dr Allen explained all the options for treatment in detail and answered every question so that I could understand the benefits and risks of each option. We decided on a BAHA implant. The audiologist then walked me through all my options, and just like Dr. Allen, explained everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. I sent several follow up emails, all of which were answered promptly. The surgery was simple and recovery time quick. There were no complications. Im very happy with the results, now able to hear things I wasnt able to before and not having to turn up music or the TV to levels that bothered others. It really was life altering....for the better.I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who has a hearing or balance problem.
Remember to bring your breakfast, lunch and dinner while you are at it. Staff is very slow and couldn’t careless if your appointment is at 9:00 am and your are still in the lobby at 3:00 pm waiting to be seen by the provider.I have been working in healthcare for close to 20 years now and I have never seen such a failure in clinical services. The Dr Danner who performed my surgeries a few years back is now burned out and devoid of motivation. The whole practice (Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance Center) operates under the assumption that overbooking is a crucial means of making money.. Praying that I never have to go back to that place again. Do yourself a favor… stay away if you can.
Dr. Allen is top notch in his field of expertise, after 7 years of no diagnoses from many Drs in Orlando, we go to see him at TBG and finally we have a diagnosis and a treatment plan!! Thank you Dr. AllenBC
I was referred out by the VA for SCDS second opinion/diagnosis and treatment. Was terrified at the thought of surgery after watching a few online (YouTube mainly) videos of the surgery, but Dr. Allen reassured me and put my mind at ease. Dr. Allen is very professional and I would trust him to provide medical care to any of my family and friends. And the office staff are all friendly and willing to address any questions or concerns. So I decided to have the corrective surgery (via transmastoid approach). I drove myself home four days after surgery (not recommended as these results vary from person to person). I am a little over 4 weeks post op and I would consider myself to be at 100%. The online messaging portal (MyChart) is a great way to communicate with the doctor and staff as well. I needed a refill on a post op med and I was able to pick it up from my pharmacy the same day after communicating my need via MyChart. Thank you so much Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance, I will be back later in life to get the other side done!!
After having been treated by another clinic with little success and even less communication or compassion, I found Tampa Hearing and Balance Center. I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr Allen, who is exceptionally kind and attentive . Dr Allen went through great lengths to communicate every aspect of the condition and treatment . After having suffered for a long time Tampa Hearing and Balance was able to relieve my symptoms very quickly . No online review or number of personal thank yous can adequately convey my gratitude to Dr Allen, but i will keep trying
Dr. Danner and all staff were fantastic. Dr. Danner spent a great deal of time with me thoroughly explaining everything and answering all my questions. This as a very busy practice. Be prepared to wait a while. I had a 1030am appointment. I arrived at 9:45am. I saw Dr. Danner at 12:30pm, 2 hours after my appointment time.
I am so pleased with Dr. Bartel. He has a wonderful demeanor and spends time answering questions. I am also very pleased with staff at the office. They are always in a great mood. Also very knowledgeable. They have a way of putting you at ease. It is never a problem to ask questions.
Dr.Kyle Allen has been my doctor for almost 5 years, now my husband goes to him. Had my husband back to full duty at work in5 months
Wonderful staff, very attentive and caring. Dr.Allen is very thorough and addressed all my concerns he’s a wonderful doctor. And Roxanne helped a lot with making sure all of my pre-op paperwork was taken care of. The front staff is wonderful as well they were very kind and I really recommend this office, they’re the best.
No one looks forward to Doctors appointments but I’ll gladly make another appointment with the PA Katie. Katie and the staff took great care of me and explained what was going on. Honestly, I just felt taken care of...I felt seen and heard. Warm hearts work here, but some cold hands.
These people are magic. I just had tempanic surgery yesterday home ebbing time with family today. Dr Kyle Allen did my surgery. Cant say enough good things about all of the staff. 👍👍
Great office! Natasha was terrific at getting an appointment on a short notice for an emergency and pleasant as well as the Dr. Kyle Allen who was very attentive with great bedside manner and gentle. The whole office was very patient centered, friendly and very accommodating-a nice surprise for my unexpected visit. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr Bartels is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He makes sure that I understand 100% what is happening with my condition and his recommendations. He explains alternatives and what I appreciate most is that he listens to me. He makes me feel valued as a patient and in control of my care. Thank you sir! His staff is professional and always available to answer questions and help in any way possible to make my visit stress free.
I am very grateful to be under the guidance of Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance Center. I am valued, treats me with respect and the doctor actually knows my name without looking vat my chart. The doctor treats my conditions and entire body as important as I treat it. Thank you for making me feel important forctge last four years. God bless you all!
Wonderful place! They have helped my daughter and my husband. My daughter received a cochlear implant from Dr. Bartels. We couldnt have been happier with the care and expertise. Also audiologist Brendzel was excellent! Highly recommend this practice. They helped my husband with a rare disorder that caused awful dizziness. Again they really go the extra mile. So happy we found them.
Everyone at the office was great. Very professional & efficient. While I spent several hours at the office for my appointment, it was thorough & I felt like I left there with a good plan in place for the next few weeks until my next visit. Thank you for being a pleasant experience.
Always a great experience. The entire staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Allen is great. Always takes the time to explain things and answer all your questions. Never makes you feel rushed. All the Doctors at Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance are all very caring and compassionate. I wish all Drs were this way.
The audiology exam was professional and appropriately targeted the referral question. My ENT, Dr. Allen, superbly listened to my presenting symptoms, thoroughly presented a number of treatment options with each of their pros and cons, and together we selected the option that was most fitting. I could not be more pleased with the services provided. I give TBH&BC and Dr. Allen my highest endorsement.
I have been very pleased with my experience here at Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance. Dr. Allen is very knowledgeable and efficient. I had a plethora of questions my last visit and he answered all of them with wisdom and assurance. I was confused and frustrated with what’s going with my disorder and Dr. Allen helped me understand everything. I’m grateful for such good care. Thank you.
Dr. Bartels is very thorough and listens carefully. I highly recommend him! His staff are great and are very efficient as well.
This group is impressive and very helpful. Detailed information is given to the patient to help understand what is happening to them. The great technical experience and up to date technology makes my visit so much less stressful.
Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. I especially loved how Dr.Danner really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit. Thank you
Every one in this office is nice but the wait time is INSANE. My visit today was at 1 PM and I had a couple of tests done and then I was to see the doctor well I didn’t see the doctor until 510 and he was rushing me out of the office basically. He requested I go see a different doctor at USF.
Knowledgeable staff knew my history and performed appropriate procedures relevant to my annual follow up. Dr Danner took time to delve further into contributing issues. Discussed courses of action and information of specialist to address/treat contributing issues. Patient centric practice.
Very thorough and professional. Went to this group after years of health issues. The treatment has helped so much because they listened to me.Highly recommend Dr Danner and his colleagues!
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!! Every single person, from the office staff to the audiologist Connor Brown, to Dr Allen, have all been exceptional in treating my 81 year old mom! She has suffered with hearing loss her entire life with no help from hearing aids due to inner ear problems, 2 perforated ear drums, and constant infections. She had become withdrawn and was basically giving up on ever hearing again. Then Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance Center gave her hope with the Cochlear Baha 5 bone conduction processor without needing surgery! She has gotten a whole new lease on life and feels like she is born again, or just woke up from an 80 year long sleep in a silent world!! We can’t thank you enough for taking the time to provide her with the gift of sound and for being so patient, caring, compassionate, and kind!
Dr. Allen is great 👍
Great place! They seem to have IT going on!
Professional and friendly staff. The physician was very through and provided helpful explanations of my diagnosis and the treatment options.
Phenomenal medical staff who treat you with kindness and professionalism, and who have the experience and wisdom to assess your condition and design a treatment plan. I very highly recommend them!!
Dr Danner was the only Doctor who new exactly what my issue was. After 4 drs he found I had vertigo. Im under his care now for years and so grateful for his excellent care and knowledge His staff is excellent and very caring. He is someone you need to see if you have issues with your hearing. Allen Hand, Dunnellon Florida
Always top notch service. From all the staff Everyone is extremely knowledgeable in their respective field or position. Thats why I have been a patient for over 20 years and I always recommend your services to others.
I recommend this practice !! Dr. Allen is knowledgeable and very thorough. He doesnt rush thru your visit & is a very caring doctor.
Very kind & helpful. They were very sparatic with Covid prevention measures today. Parking is always crazy in the Mortan Plant parking garage.
Dr. Bartels is an extremely talented doctor that is one of a kind. He has been treating me for over 30 years including surgery to repair a perilymph fistula. He diagnosed my issue and surgically repaired it when no other doctor could make a correct diagnosis. My life has been enriched by Dr. Bartels, and I am forever grateful.
Julia DAmico, Courtney Ridley and Christopher Danner were great and helped give me a better understanding of what was going on with my Tinnitus. They were very upfront and ran tests that helped determine what my diagnosis was, as well as steps/recommendations for managing it in the future. Thank you to all three of you (and the PA Katie!) for giving me recommendations and being professional throughout the entire series of visits. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a qualified ENT in the area.
Felt confident in my choice of Dr Danner. Finally have a proper diagnosis and treatment plan concerning a long-term infection around my Baha site.
I love my audiologist! Service is prompt and usually are taken in on time. Great people, great doctors. Always leave there hearing top notch with my cochlear implants!
My appointment was scheduled at 9:15. I signed in at 9:09. there were two people in the waiting room. One was a patient the other was attending to him. I was seated in the doctors office at 9:40. It was nearly 10:15 before the doctor came in. I confronted him immediately about this ridiculous wait. He said lets see, he check his schedule and showed me that he saw someone at 9:30. I do understand if emergencies occur, but this was not the case. If a doctor takes :45 minutes per patient great! But schedule appropriately. Dont waste your patients time. The patient is the important element. And treating them with disrespect is the last thing you should be doing.
Exceptional staff and Doctor. I was amazed by Dr Bartel service.
Dr. Allen did my stapedectomy. Clear explanation of the problem and options on my 1st visit. Post-op visits he sat down, made eye contact, & answered all questions to my satisfaction. Minimal wait times. Surgery scheduling, doctors notes for time off went without a hitch; I was able to contact the surgery scheduler ( R. Peterson) by email. Prompt response and willing to help. Jay, medical assistant, is very experienced and supportive and available. Surgery went as expected, happy I had it done. The reception area though busy always took the time to greet, smile and make eye contact. I am an orthopedic surgeon with 34 years experience; the combination of the physicians expertise and training along with courtesy, professionalism and availability of the staff led to my 5 star rating. Minor suggestion: its time to redecorate the office.
I had to see the doctor due to vertigo issues, which turned out to be due a virus. They knew it was a virus, yet they had to run lots of useless tests and an MRI... they said it was to rule out the possibility of a brain tumor. Im skeptical - they knew that the antiviral medication they prescribed immediately stopped my vertigo. BTW, the drug cost me $115 out-of-pocket (after insurance) and caused me to have heart-pounding issues and palpitations, so I later went with a natural remedy, Monolaurin. Then, after my MRI and some awful tests (one in which they spun me around at a high speed, strapped into a chair in the dark for 10 minutes) I thought, Whew! Its over! - WRONG! A few months later, they started harassing me almost daily to make another appointment! I call it harassment, because they call, text, and email me relentlessly! You would think they had no customers, but their waiting room is always packed! Also, the waiting time was very long, and I dont like the parking situation, since I had to park in Tampa Generals garage and walk a long distance. For the above-listed reasons, I am not going back to them.
Great staff and surgeons, customer focused and put the CARE in Healthcare.
Love them
Dr. C. Danner, is the best ear specialist I ever had. His bedside manners are a 5 also. Rather than continuing to treat me & collect insurance money & co-pays. He told me there was nothing else he could do for my hearing issues & I needed a hearing aid. Thanks Dr. DDont want to forget my audiologist, shes awesome also. Hope you & the baby are doing well.God Bless you guys
Seems here lately on past 2 visits with spouse doctor is way behind. 😒
Very caring staff and Dr Danner is very knowledgeable and experienced. Was treated with intent to give me best possible outcome to treat my symptoms. Would highly recommend Dr Danner and Tampa Bay Hearing & Balance! I drive about an hour to go to this specialist office and it’s worth the drive to have an expert treat me. Again, they care for their patients and gave me the help I needed to have best outcome!
This office always over schedules. You will wait forever, even with an appointment, to see a surgeon. Makes you wonder if they are all about the numbers. However, my sons audiologist, Dr. Gavin who is located in the same office, is wonderful! She really cares about the patient and tries every avenue possible to help. She does not overbook her schedule and takes the time to explain everything.
Great place! From my first visit in July, they found that I had 40% hearing loss in my left ear. Dr. Danner explained all of the different choices of what I could do, I chose to go through with surgery. Fast forward to October, I now have full hearing in my left ear. Glad I went here, thank you Dr. Danner. Definitely recommend!!
I contacted this office feeling completely helpless. I suffer from a rare disorder that every doctor I have seen in the last 5 years I have had to educate them on and I was getting no relief. I contacted the office and was given an appointment the very next day with Doctor Danner. I spent over an hour with his assistant and him and for the first time in 6 years I have hope. They were very thorough I knew exactly what I was talking about I didnt have to explain anything other than my symptoms. Very knowledgeable the entire office from check-in to check out was amazing. I wish I would have found them 6 years ago.
Im just happy that I can hear better.
Did not go there.
This place is an icon of the Excellence that is Tampa General in my opinion.Even though they are not affiliated with the hospital its no surprise to me that they are connected to it.Dr. Bartels is excellent and a master in his field. He may not have all the time in the world to spend with you but none of the great doctors do.The institution as a whole is extremely thorough and even though you will wait long to see a doctor that is to be expected with great health care .I cant thank these people enough the entire team is outstanding!
Dr. Bartels and staff are the best there is.
Excellent care from the beginning of your visit to the end. Jaleesa greeted you with a smile and was efficient. Jay, Dr. Allens assistant, is caring and professional. Dr. Allen is knowledgeable, proficient and sensitive to our needs. I strongly recommend this Center
I have a balance disorder involving my inner ear. I have been happy with the care i get here. The doctors are highly and experienced. They have a comprehensive ensuite testing center for just about every hearing and balance issue. They are located in one of the medical office towers within the Tampa General Hospital complex on Davis Island, so driving there, parking there and walking around there is very congested. The center accepts most insurance plans.
Went there with a family member. Wait was long but well worth it. Doctor spent a long time with us and seemed to want to make sure he answered all questions we had
Great team and wonderful docs that explained everything!!!
Kudos to the staff there for making everything go smoothly. Wonderful to work with them especially LyAnne in the scheduling department whom I was told worked tirelessly to get my paperwork pushed through for my 2nd cochlear implant. Staff, doctors and audiologists are awesome. Highly recommend
Dr Bartels is great, but dealing with the Tampa General Hospital campus is a total pain. They actually charge for parking, and then you drive around forever looking for a place to park.Just for the annoyance factor, I would avoid this place.
Everyone in this practice is phenomenal!!! Dr. Allen is professional, knowledgable, and defiantly goes above and beyond! Thank you for doing surgery on a non-surgery day, to help us with travel plans and insurance issues. Likewise, we are very appreciative to Monica who always assists us, thank you for your hard work and dedication.
This place has no decorum whatsoever. I applied for a job posting yesterday. A lady named Ashley called me today asking me about my qualifications and all the sudden when I tell her how much I would like to get paid from them, she hangs up the phone on me. I called back a few minutes later we talk for less than 1 minute with an awkward silence from her and she hangs up on me again. So I called the office directly and the lady that answered the phone said oh she would never hang up the phone on you so she puts me on hold and talks with the lady named Ashley and all the sudden the woman comes to the phone and says Ashley said that the position has already been filled. This seems a little bit too suspicious for me. I can understand why the ratings are nowhere near a five-stars.
Wonderful Dr Allen is great Thank you
Dr Danner is fantastic! He takes the time to explain everything to you, he even draws pictures. He has done surgeries on both my ears and my hearing in both ears have vastly improved!
The staff is horrible. When I took my 84 year old aunt in I caught the assistant falsifying medical records. When the doctor asked if this was her correct blood pressure, I told him, the assistant did not take BP, just recorded some numbers. I had to call the next day, same assistant put me on hold, never did get doctor, promised to call back, 2 hours later no call. When I call the office, all I get now is a recording they will call back at the end of the day. I may have to report this to the hospital and the medical boards. Patient care is not a top priority here.
Top notch doctors & audiologist Michelle B goes above & beyond to adjust my hearing aids!
The medical services provided here are very thorough and complete.
I give it a one star for not answering the phone. A machine tells you they call you back by the end of the day. But that does not really work when you have an appointment scheduled for 2 and need to confirm thats the right time because a day before you get a call to confirm your appointment at 3. Otherwise Dr Danner is a good doctor
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Danner and his office staff. From the moment you walk in, the patient is treated with such respect, empathy and care. Dr. Danner takes the time to listen to you and utilize specific tests and treatment to target your ENT problem. You can tell he is a doctor that always puts patient care first. His expertise and wisdom of ENT issues is balanced with the most caring nature with helping the patient. All of the staff are professional, kind, and informative with all aspects of dealing with the patient. This ENT office is the best in the area!
Dr. Bartels and staff are a very competent and caring professional team.Upon entering the office I was greeted with a friendly smile and when checking out, I was given a return appointment to accommodate my schedule. The clerical and nursing staff are stellar!I have great faith in Dr. Bartels vast knowledge and comfort in knowing he is managing my case. After my appointment with TBH and Balance Center, I leave feeling that my day improved and my sprit lifted. Thanks to a kind and caring team.
First time patient, by referral from my family Doctor, Michael Clifford in The Villages. From the time I entered your facility to the moment I left, it was one of the finest experiences with any medical facility. I provided the receptionist the necessary documents, and my payment. She was very professional and pleasant and very efficient. My wife and I sat down and I started to complete the paperwork. No more than a minute went by and the nurse introduced herself and took us back to a room. She went over my paperwork, did my BP, etc. and was extremely pleasant and professional. She took us into an exam room and stated the Dr would be in shortly. No more than five minutes went by and the Dr came in and the 20+ minutes he spent was highly professional, efficient, and provided a great deal of knowledge concerning my medical problem. We left the exam room feeling completely relieved and satisfied. Melanie took my paperwork and told me everything was taken care of and wished us a good trip back. Ive been very fortunate over the years to experience some really fine medical professionals, but, this far exceeded all my expectations. This was an outstanding WOW! For such a large facility, they have learned to be a great old fashion type facility...caring, professional, efficient, and down right pleasant.Bob MetzThe Villages, FL
Had cochlear implants put in since I was deaf for 47 years and now I can hear so well!!! Thanks to Dr. Bartel and his staff I have never been happier
We have been with Dr Danner for 4 years as our son has been experiencing hearing loss. He was the third specialist we had been to that was actually able to correctly diagnose and treat his condition. As our son prepared for his 4th, and hopefully final, surgery in each ear, we experienced an insurance change. Lyanne, Dr Danner’s surgery coordinator worked with our new insurance company and was able to get out of network coverage for his surgery. This was no easy task. It took several weeks, and a lot of phone calls and paperwork on her part. However she took care of everything for us! She very easily could have told us “sorry, we don’t accept that insurance”, instead at one appointment she said “what if that were my child?” This doctors office is awesome!
Saw Dr. Bartels and he did a fine job, albeit his bedside manner left a lot to be desired when seeing a scared 5 year old patient. 2 stars is because of the office staff. Long hold time if they even ever do answer the phone. When you do get someone on the line they cant answer your question and need to get you in touch with someone else who isnt available. If you leave a message you may not hear from them for 2 weeks.Edit: changed from 2 to 1 stars due to the fraudulent bill I received. We are being charged $50 for mailing a medical record we never requested. The few times I have been able to get someone on the phone they dont want to talk to me and tell me a supervidor will call. No supervisor has ever called me.
Absolutely the best doctors and staff! Dr. Danner s staff got me in for an appointment right a way. Dr. Danner took time to talk with me without rushing. Explained all my options and then suggested a very aggressive approach to my tinnitus. It worked. I feel great again. I still have work to do but now I see a light at the end of the tunnel. The staff was amazing. Not just nice but caring and accommodating. I saw an ENT before Dr. Danner that just did enough to get me by until my next appointment whereas Dr. Danner didnt want to drag it out. Highly recommend this practice. I normally do not give reviews but I couldnt resist.
Never disappointed in the service provided at Tampa Bay Hearing & Balance Center.
Found Dr Bartel and his staff very pleasent and they preform a complete work up which cover my issue very happy with them
At 95, my mother was unable to hear adequately -- despite wearing her expensive hearing aids. She felt horribly left out of conversations in group situations and couldnt even enjoy television during her private time at home. After moving to Tampa, I scheduled her for an examination by the incredible Dr. Kyle Allen. Then, she was lucky enough to be scheduled for an appointment the best audiologist shes ever seen: Dr. Elhaum Mogharreban. Elhaum gave Mom a remarkably thorough examination and determined the very best hearing aid solutions for her specific hearing needs. Elhaum communicates so wonderfully with Mom. Shes made us feel like family, making herself readily available for even the slightest questions or concerns. But as vitally important as bedside manner is, Dr. Elhaum Mogharrebans brilliance in the field of audiology is what really made the difference! Thanks to her expertise, we have no questions or concerns -- Mom can simply HEAR!!! She is more engaged socially, can enjoy even the noisiest of restaurants again, and has loved catching up on television shows! (And I no longer have to yell!)Dr. Elhaum Mogharreban at Tampa Bay Hearing & Balance Center has returned my mothers quality of life. Thank you doesnt seem sufficient.
I live in Lakleand and traveled to Tampa yesterday for my first appointment. My experience has been amazing from the first phone call with Dealia to set the appointment up, to my checking out late yesterday (after office had closed)with staff who still had smiles on their faces.Even though I dont have your names, each person who was a part of my diagnostic team was friendly, receptive and exhibited all the professional skills that are important in any office. Dr. Danner did an excellent job of addressing my concern, presented me with reasons, options and again, even though the office had officially closed, he was not in a hurry and answered every question that I had. Thank you so much... I greatly appreciate and recommend Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance Center.
Worst service ever. My 2nd time here and once again, the doctor is not. I was not told this until I asked after waiting for an hr. I asked to speak with the practice administrator, Tanya Sawaya, and all I got was her card. She was busy of course. T ey sent an extremely rude male nurse back and I asked do you not call your patients to tell them the doctor is away? I am away from my work and this an issue. He refuses to answer and shut the door on me.Now as I sit here, the office has went to lunch. Yep, here a sit with no updates or acknowledgement. But I can hear them talking about their weekend and concerts and such they attenededI would leave if I did not need this appointment. But I am searching now for a new doc.I am spent many a years in doctors offices, top specialists, Mayo Clinic, John Hopkins. This is by far the worst and I will ensure I let everyone of my doctors and all who are looking for an ENT to avoid here if at all possible.
Doctor spent over 30 minutes in the room with me amazing never seen it before!
We set an appointment for a 2nd opinion with Dr. Bartels for Cholesteatomas in my 5 year old clp grandson. We would be coming from 2 hours South so it was made a month before. The first question asked was do you take his insurance and I was told yes. The appointment was made and I gave all pertinent info such as he needs an authorization and records requested from his ent along with phone numbers to request them. Last week I called and had to leave a message just checking to see if an auth was obtained and records received. I specifically left my job number to reach me due to I work. This was last Thursday. Never got a call back. On Friday after work my daughter told me she got a call and was told everything was in order for todays appointment. So I figured they just called mom. I was fine with that. Well yesterday when I checked my cell at lunch time there was a message asking for the name of his pcp. I called back and was asked does he need an authorization and ago is the pcp? All this was given the first phone call a month prior? I was floored. I asked why are we doing this today the day before when there was a whole month! To shorten it up, Dr bartels is not even on his insurance and they never got an auth. So we never got to go. Extremely poor business office practice. I work for a surgical practice and I know the work flow. There was no flow at this office. Im rating his staff as we never got to see the physician. Will not re-schedule.
Excellent doctors.
Ive been seeing Dr. Danner for a few years now - it really changed my life.My previous ENT really screwed things up for me. Dr Danner did a balance test and discovered I have an atypical migraine condition which was causing the ear pain.Hes a younger doctor and hes been professional, helpful and honest with me.The wait time here is usually a half hour minimum.Audiology is also very kind and clear in their directions. The balance test they conducted was quite thorough and the staff worked to put me at ease. The front desk and nursing team are usually pretty friendly.Ive been to numerous ENTs in my day, but Ive not received the up to date, professional and accurate care that Ive reached from Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance Center.
Im sitting in the doctors office waiting for Dr. Danner as I write this. I got here at 9:30 (30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment as requested). Its now 11:52 and I still havent seen a doctor. This is my one day off this week and Ive wasted it waiting at this office. First impressions werent great either, front desk staff is rude and pretentious. Parking is nightmare. I wont be back.
Dr. Danner did my acoustic neuroma surgery and I wouldnt trust anyone else. Several people commented on the wait, but I dont think they understand the situation...People come from all over the country to be seen by Tampa Hearing and Balance. Since I came from out of town, they would try to coordinate imaging, testing and doctors visits on the same day. If one thing ran behind, it threw off the entire schedule. They were always good at accommodating me, since they knew it was beyond my control. I never waited more than an hour in the 10 times I went to the office, but even if I had, I would have gladly done so to get the best surgeon. If I had to wait 3 hours to have the best surgeon possible to cut a hole through my skull, I think its worth it. The communicated well through the portal and were very friendly. Dr. Danner always spent plenty of time with me and made sure all my questions were answered. If you want the surgeon who isnt busy and can get you in right away, you should wonder why they arent busy. If you want the person who is in demand, go to THB.
All good, no issues
These people really take good care of you.
Id give it zero stars just for the waiting. Ive waited as long as 4 hours Bc this office overbooks every day! This is so ridiculous. Today, Ive been here for 3 hours so far. staff is awesome, but the overbooking is horrendous.
They know their stuff but wait is too long and it is far away....
If nobody eles helps you, or can solve your problem, may i suggest this place and Dr. Loren Bartel . and real professional in hearing and balance ..
This is the place to go fot all of your haering needs
Monica was very helpful at checkout.
Awesome practice
Just the place you want to be when you need this type of help!
Great doctors & employees.
Very professional team
Was not impressed, after sending in paperwork and having had docs sent in then being told they had no info on me did not sit well with me. We left.
