Great sales and installation experience with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Nick both gave us the info we needed to make a decision regarding our irrigation system, but also followed through on every thing he promised, including the install date, the equipment, and the revamp of our entire system. He was professional, and friendly, and made sure we understood how everything worked before he and his team left our home. Everyone we dealt with at Sunrise were very helpful and nice. You cant go wrong with both great work and great service!

I have been using Sunrise for over a year now for my sprinkler and irrigation needs. Every time is always great! Today especially! Sean was out on time and ready to help! He took the time to explain options to me and didnt treat me like a child. He also didnt rush to get to the next job like so many service professionals have to do these days. Sean got my pump tuned up and my cracked pipe fixed with those great Sunrise heads and helped me fine tune some in another zone that were causing more issues. Even as he was able to pull away he still took the time to help me really quick as a head popped out of the ground while he was emailing me my service info. Talk about going the extra mile! I fully recommend them and Sean.And anyone complaining about prices in the comments I would remind that this work is hard, specialized, and in the Florida heat! You pay for what you get when it comes to Irrigation and even as someone who doesnt have a lot of money am willing to save for their services because its always done right and on time and they know their stuff.

Fix Zone 8. That was my initial request. I upgraded to a wireless control panel .... way overpriced at $650 ... but its great as of today. This company wanted to charge me $6K+ to fix selenoids and valves and sprinkler heads a complete new system. Long story short, the one guy says $1,200 roughly, then came.to door with $1,500+ quote. Just like that. No explanation. After all was said and done, they said Zone 8 is still not working, because the sprinkler heads are clogged with dirt. How did this happen? Not sure, but company said if YOU take the heads off and flush the system, it SHOULD work. After thinking about it, I thought, that was my original request ... fix zone 8. And its still not working today. Called company, who said $1500 did not include fixing Zone 8 ... and wanted me to talk to tech that worked the project, who sat in his van for hours. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. And no, I dont post nasty reviews, but this is frustrating!

Christian came out today and was amazing to work with. Ive purchased an older home with an old, poorly designed irrigation system. Weve also added a new circular drive so the old irrigation system was in need of a makeover. Christian listened to all my needs and designed a system that will not only work better for my yard, but will probably save me $ on my water bill. VERY excited to have found Sunshine Irrigation!

Everyone here is perfectly pleasant, and this review is not about the employees Ive interacted with. They are the only reason its higher than one star.My sprinkler system died, and $3K later, I had the whole thing re-wired and running. Then, about two weeks later, I noticed only half the zones were working. They came back, charged me another $59 for the pleasure of their company (FYI, the $59 service fee only gets them to the house, after that I was charged a$500 fee to actually find the problem, as if they might star at the lawn and get an answer for the $59. How else would you know what to fix!) Anyway, on visit 2, they said I needed to replace sprinkler heads and there might be other breaks, which they would gladly find for a lot more money. Got it, understood. Now, go pound sand.My issue is that after a shady pricing system, I am out almost $3500, and my sprinklers dont work. Thats my problem, not the people being told to peddle this garbage system of overcharging. Ive had nothing but problems with the irrigation system since we bought this house 16 months ago. Jarak came out to repair the latest problem and gave me several estimates to improve the whole system. I chose the one which would basically overhaul the entire thing. He and his crew completed the entire operation in about 6 hours and did a beautiful job. They worked hard, were very professional and courteous, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. My wife and I are very pleased and looking forward to no new irrigation surprises for the next several years. I would highly recommend them to other homeowners.

I would strongly recommend against using this company. When I first called they were booked up so the appointment was 3 weeks out. I was told they would be there between 2:00-5:00PM on the day of my appointment. The day before they texted me to confirm and said they would contact me the day of the appointment with a more specific ETA. I went into work early and left early to make sure I would be home by 2:00. I called at 2:15PM because I hadnt heard from them yet and the woman who answered clearly seemed irritated that I was following up and said, yes, someone would definitely be there and they would call at least a half an hour ahead. At 4:35 the story changed and they called and said their technicians were all tied up and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. At 5:30 they called again and said a technician was still 20 minutes out. I asked if he would even have time to do all of the work that night and she said she didnt know and that would be up to the technician but they would give me a whole 5% off any work if I still went with them and yes, they still expected me to pay the $59 estimate fee. They wasted half of my day, completely blew the appointment after making me wait three weeks and then expected me to pay a $59 estimate fee without even knowing if he would have time to do the work before dark. I called their office back and cancelled. There was no possible way he was going to arrive at 6:00PM at night, do an estimate, get approval and then do a good job finishing all the repairs to 6 zones before dark.I have run service companies and any business who makes a customer wait three weeks, sit around for half a day waiting, not call when they say they will and then completely blow an appointment but still expect you to pay an estimate fee when they get there is not a well run company.

Do NOT waste your time with other companies! Ask for Rayce! Rayce came on short notice late in the day to assist me with getting a quote and work done to satisfy my HOA. Wed been stood up by one irrigation company, and another quoted us an obscene amount of money with little effort to repair what was already installed.Once we had settled on a very low pressure discussion of my options Rayce and Blake came back with all their equipment and got my whole huge yard completed for a competitive price I doubt anyone could have matched.They did an insane job, extremely quickly (1 day) and for an excellent price. My wife and I are both thrilled with our irrigation and I cant honestly recommend this team/company any higher. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This really feels like a life saver in the middle of difficult times.And I did the whole review without making a joke about Rayces cool name and how he raced to our aide!

Nate was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained things well and was very patient with me when I needed something explained again and when I had to take a minute to compose myself and figure out what to do.

JarekC was able to assess the problem and provided several options. He was friendly and professional. We opted to replace all of the heads, fix the pipe and drip breaks, replace the controller and rain sensor and professional onsite clean up. The work was done the same day but the professional clean up was not as expected. There was a lot of soil left around the heads and in grass/sidewalks and some of the stoppers were left behind.Since posting the comments above, Deena contacted me to address the feedback. She arranged for JarekC to return and finish the clean up. He was very courteous and apologetic for not doing the clean up the first time. I am revising my 3 star review to 5 since my concerns were resolved.

When I first inquired I was contacted right away, and it was a Sunday! I was scheduled for an estimate which was done beyond professionally and given formal written estimate at visit. Well explained. Installed occurred 2 weeks later which is typical based on time of year.Crew arrived on time and I was impressed by the Forman Zach. He was very professional, nice and knowledgeable.Crew worked very well together, efficient and they communicated the entire time.

I needed to have some small things done with the irrigation. It went fine, but then there was an issue that arose resulting in low water pressure of one of the zones. The next day, the issue was taken care of very well with the upmost professionalism, strong knowledge and courtesy. I highly recommend their services because they really do care about their work and their customers!

Our tech was Nate, he did a great job. He tested the whole system and presented me with three options for resolutions. He quickly repaired and expanded my irrigation system to resolve all my issues. The only issue was they were late to my appointment, but that did not impact the quality of the service. I would use them again.

Hired Sunrise in order to reinstall two zones in front of my house that had been damaged by crew that did drainfield. What they ended up doing was neglecting zone 1 entirely and dividing the original zone 2 into two separate zones. Zone 1 had been comprised of just sprayers in the garden bed in front and side of the house, and doing the walk through after the work was done I noticed that these sprayers did not come on, and Brad indicated he didnt really have an explanation for it. I said it was part of zone one that they were supposed to fix. Brad then indicated that it would cost an additional $700 (on top of $2800 already paid) to connect the garden bed sprayers of the old zone one to the new zone one he just laid down. He said though that it really wasnt ideal to mix rotor zones with sprayer zones, but that is exactly what they had already done, because the new zone one (rotors) was still connected to sprayers on the side of the house.All in all, I got a charlie foxtrot of an irrigation configuration, and they want to charge me $700 to fix their oversight. He also said that I could just keep drought tolerant plants in the garden bed and never worry about fixing/using those sprayers again.I will probably end up having this fixed, but I will not be asking Sunrise to do the work, unless they plan do it for free. I dont care at this point if it voids my warranty.

My irrigation pump unexpectedly stopped working and I saw a Sunrise Irrigation van in my neighborhood so I thought I would give them a call. The individual I originally spoke to was very helpful. They were quite a few weeks out, which is completely understandable, and they said they would call me if something opened up sooner. I couldn’t have been happier when I heard from them and they were able to come out almost 2 weeks earlier then expected. The gentlemen that showed up, Brent C. was so knowledgeable and professional; he explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it and explained to me what the issue was. He also had 3 options for the repair needed. I could not have been happier when he told me he was able to replace my pump the same day. He also explained to me the very affordable maintenance plan they offer which also saved me 15% off of my total bill for the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an irrigation company. From what I also see on the receipt I received they also work on electric and AC; I think I will definitely call them if and when I need either of these services as well. Customer service was second to none!!

Came to repair my sprinklers in the front of my home. Quoted $1330 to run timer wire to all my sprinklers due to pool construction affecting lines. When he completed the job only 2 zones worked. I paid $1330 for only half the work. Initially the tech said that the problem will fix all the front sprinklers but now said that due to the pool the other zone cannot be fixed. The technician did not do a thorough diagnosis if the problem and assumed it was only the timer cable. I called and spoke to deena the manager who sent the tech back to repair the sprinklers. When he returned today he wanted to charge me over $800 to fix the zone they should have fixed initially or $2100 to rezone everything. This is clearly a bait and switch fraudulent tactic. I paid over $1330 to only receive half of what was agreed and then told I would have to pay more for the rest of the work. This is a fraudulent company, I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will explore my legal options if this doesnt get resolved to my satisfaction. I request a full repair at no cost or an acceptable refund for only completing half of what was agreed.

Team initially sent our to install system in my front yard. The foreman was lacking in basic communication skills, poor eye contact, generally bad attitude. After installed, a wire running from the control box to the system was left lying on a gravel path to my backyard. It got accidentally cut, due to it not being buried properly with U wires used to tack the wire down to the ground. Crew never bothered to do this, too lazy I assume? Called them back, guy comes and splices the wire, makes all kinds of comments: well they never should have left it like this, the wire needs to be buried, or people will catch a foot on it and trip. Blah blah blah. Well, after he left, and just threw some loose gravel over the wire, the other day, lo and behold, there is a six foot or so length of wire still lying on top of the gravel path. I had to order special landscape staples and tack the wire to the bare ground myself, then cover with the gravel. So far, no issues, all good. I have a large backyard, and had intended to install another system back there, offered to hire this same outfit, but now, will go with another company.

Not willing to give a free quote on a simple request. I called and wanted to use this company. I just spent $4000 with Sunrises electric just yesterday. All I wanted was to replace the hard to get open Brass reclaim water valve.. cut out and replaced with something simple. $80 charge for the visit..applied to cost if work is done. I dont know the actual cost work and if really high...Im stuck with $80 charge.UPDATE: Im appreciative of the response from owner. Ill still consider calling Sunrise in the near future.

They want to charge me $79.00 just to come out and give me a quote. So if I want to get a few competitive quotes how much will that cost me if every company worked that way? Do a good job, charge a fair price but dont try and charge me just to get a quote. Update to their response. I told them I was adding additional zones which they originally claimed would wave the service fee but when I went to schedule they still wanted to charge me the fee. Dont worry I got the work done and am very happy with my new sprinkler service company.

System was not working properly. My lawn was damaged because of it. Sunrise canceled the first appointment and rescheduled for the following week. After fixing the problem, the technician changed the watering schedule to the wrong days. So they have to come back again.

It was easy to get an appointment and when I called with an emergency they were able to send a technician quickly. Jacob was my technician both times and he was wonderful. He arrived within the time window given, was friendly, and provided great advice. He worked quickly but was very thorough in assessing what needed to be done/fixed. I have had Sunrise service my sprinkler system for the past 3 years if not longer. I am a repeat customer and have had them do major and minor repairs on my system. In general, I have found them to be responsive and provide value for my money.Today, 31 July 2020, I called to schedule a maintenance call because my water bill was huge last month - I think I have a leak - and I have some new plantings that need sprinkler alignment.I was told the earliest date for service would be 1 September. That is 4 weeks from now. While I appreciate the summer rush and drought that probably results in high demand for Sunrise services, I cannot patronize a company that does not recognize my continued loyalty with at least an effort to schedule me within at least 2 weeks time.Sorry Sunrise, Ill find a new company to service my sprinklers, in addition to the complete installation of a new system I have been planning for some time.

We lost several zones due to a pool dig and with the heat of summer on us, needed to repair and replace lines for those zones. We called a number of irrigation companies where we either didn’t receive a call back or were to backed up to help. Sunrise was not only professional and easy to work with but they were on time, provided quality work and their crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t use anyone else other than Sunrise. Great job!

You never know exactly what you’ll get when you call a company solely based on the Google reviews/rating. But my experience couldn’t have been any better. Jacob was the technician that showed up and he was punctual, profession, and meticulous about his work. He checked and double-checked everything to making sure it was operating correctly. He’s the reason I will continue to do business with Sunrise.

We called out Sunrise to diagnose the trouble with our sprinkler system. We were told a $79 service would be charged but, that fee would go towards repairs. Unfortunately, this was a scam. Once they came out they wanted to charge 545$ to diagnose my problem with no amount going towards repairs. Oh, and we had to pay the $79 original amount just to get this ludicrous quote. Never never never call these scammers out. You will get nothing for the 79$ except a higher bloated estimate.
