Horrible customer service, we went in to get a quote and gave all the products we need to the person working there and said he will get back to us with quote in a day or so, Never heard back from him followed up with email after 2 days, he said he is busy and will work on my quote same day, no answer till now. We wanted to give business to local store instead of ordering online but they made us order online.

Doesn’t sell to public. Just got sent froBeltram all the way here to be sent back to beltram.

Terrible customer service. I purchased over 700 dollars of glassware, all of which were infested with spiders and spider eggs inside the boxes. When I called to let them know multiple times, I got transferred to customer service where NO ONE answered. Let two voicemails and never got a call back. SCAM ARTISTS! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
