Amazing staff, always going the extra mile for customer service. Ive never seen another dollar tree with such happy, helpful employees. They really enjoy their jobs at this store and you can see the care they give their customers.

Super lots of options to select and lots of necessities for only a dollar each! You cant beat the Dollar tree... This is a fairly nice location considering the area its in.This location sure tries to compete with stores in more upscale areas! Theres a great variety and they really get through some stuff!

This is one of my favorite Dollar Tree locations because they have a lot of stuff that my other local stores dont. However, it seems like its always a solid 5-10° hotter, 3x as packed, and severely under staffed. The staff they do have are friendly and helpful, and usually respectful. But I highly suggest hiring more employees because two cashiers and lines packed up way into the isles isnt, and shouldnt be, acceptable (for the customers as well as the employees).

Great store for some food items, plastic storage boxes, kitchen utensils be and other assorted odds and ends.

I want to be very clear that Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores and I have been to every Dollar Tree location in Tampa and this by far is my least favorite location.Just because it is in a bad part of town and has a armed security guard outside the store still has nothing to do with my review of this location. The staff, store cleanliness and inventory issues absolutely need work. I avoid when possible because of the long lines but I do love that they are open until 10 p.m. #DollarTreeForLife

Customers were walking around the store without masks on so I went to a cashier to report it. She told me that employees were not allowed to say anything to customers without masks on. Great job trying to keep everyone safe from a very obvious and very dangerous global pandemic. It seems to me like this dollar tree doesn’t care about the health and safety of their customers and employees.

Everyones favorite store

I always love to browse through a Dollar Tree. Theres no telling what you may find! Depending on their stocking shelves after weekly deliveries, there is always more merchandise. The clerks are wonderful & friendly. They never fail to call for back up when check-out lines get long.

This store is ALWAYS clean and organized. This is one of the absolute best dollar trees in my area. I can find things easily and the employees are eager to help in the event that I cannot.

Dollar Tree N. Florida ave. location was convenient for me to do some shopping today. There is a variety of products to choose from, the store could benefit from a inside facelift and more organization of products. Pricing is over all good.

Great store..often very busy..the carts have wheel locking anti theft devices which can make it tricky taking a cart to your car and back..plus Ive often noticed busy cashiers having to stop working and leave there register ( Evan with long lines) to unlock the wheels so the carts can get through the front door... Other than that its a great well stocked store with friendly staff...

The employees at this place are running like crazy fixing all Christmas stuff getting ready for the holiday. Clean, helpful, fast pace at the register. Just a good place to shop for goodies

I love my dollar tree. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even with the hurricane shopping they were on it. They had enough registers open and were continuing to stock shelves.

This location is definitely busy and has a decent selection of new weekly items. On a bad note, I was not welcomed into the store and throughout my thirty minute trip of browsing the store, all I hear is the handful of employees complaining, bitching, and whining about doing their jobs. In an area where homelessness is no joke some people should be more grateful they have a damn job! I go to check out and the cashier couldnt speak to me because she was having a conversation with another employee. Just wow. Probably will not return.

One of my worst experiences at this store. As I walked in the store today (2/21/19) around 3:40 this afternoon, I overheard a male employee who I assumed to be the manager talking very loud to a female employee in Spanish. I only understand basic Spanish; I believe he was telling her about some of the customers that shop at the store. After he said in English, “that’s all they do when they come in here and that’s all they do when they go to Walmart”, I knew for sure that he was generalizing certain customers that shop there.So I went about my business and started to grab what I went in for. When I started walking toward the back of the store, I noticed that he left the front area and started walking in the same aisle I was in. I went to the next aisle and there he was coming in the same aisle. I’m a black woman, when I’m being followed in a store, I usually walk toward the person that’s following me and try to make eye contact so they know that I know what they’re doing. They usually walk away or pretend to fix things on the shelf or say hi trying to pretend that they weren’t just following you. He did exactly all three when I started walking in his direction, he made a U-turn and all of a sudden pretended to be unpacking things from a box at the end at the aisle and turn around and said hi when I was passing by him. I went to the aisle where the mirrors were, I grabbed one and started checking my hair but I was really checking to see if he was still following me. Then I just decided to leave. When I got to the check out point, he showed up next to the cashier looking for some mysterious item that he couldn’t find. When I was about to hand the cashier my money, he just walked away toward the office. I wish I could give NO STAR at all.

This store was an absolute wreck! Boxes filled all the aisles, merchandise all over the aisles, and a long line with only 1 cashier open.

This dollar tree is very busy, especially around the holidays. Raven was very kind and helpful but the older woman working on the register (I think the manager) was shouting and made the shopping experience unpleasant. Overall its a good Dollar Tree with a nice selection but some employees are friendly whereas others have a bad attitude.

Store was fime but the cashier mae was the rudest most miserable person. Acted like she hated her job.

As a Realtor with Lombardo Real Estate, I always get my Open House Balloons here - you just cant beat those Dollar Tree prices... :-) Everythings $1!Just as a point of interest here, their shopping carts have locking wheels so that when you take them past the door you cant really push them... But its for good reason, unfortunately.The staff here is super friendly, and the store was clean and well-stocked.

Inexpensive items that most people dont buy because of lacking brand names, but products are as equally good compared to the higher competitors prices and sometimes healthier choices more people dont understand i.e.: self sustainable soy milks. Great for everyone.

Never seen a bathroom so gross 😷The store was ok but hat to take my daughter to the restroom and you could smell it from the hallway.

Cheaper name brand foods on some items but be careful, some are smaller amounts and therefore actually slightly more expensive than the regular grocery store: such as Cup Noodles and other normally cheap anyway items. Theyll sell a four pack for what you can get much more for. Also some of the canned goods were decent at a dollar or less each, but anytime they are at sale at Winn-Dixie they will be cheaper and have fresher dates. Nothing I saw was expired but some items that keep for years were on their last few months. Their frozen dinner goods were same price as regular grocers but they did have more options on some of them. They also had quite a large art and craft section for some low cost alternatives, but dont expect Michaels or Dick Blick quality items here, of course. You get what you pay for, but on things where it doesnt matter, it will save you quite a bit if you have transportation to go to multiple stores.
