I can’t even being to explain how horrifying my experience was. From the manager calling me a liar and being extremely aggressive and pushy to the fact that I had to bring the mower in twice for a warranty issue and paid a lot of money both repairs. I would not suggest this business at all.

Needed a new mower and was looking around and found several commercial dealers closed on Saturday. I spoke with Eric and he helped me over the phone and that morning I had my new Gravely mower on my trailer heading home to cut grass. The Gravely is a strong mower. My other mower bogged down in the high grass and this one hit it and spit it like nothing.

We had already done most of the work just needed a single part put in we didnt have the skill set for gave very specific instructions of what we wanted done and what not to do. they did not follow structions and decided to do everything I had already done and charged me a ridiculous amount,At the end of the day it would have been cheaper and easier just to buy new equipment. Not handicap friendly

Showed up on Monday morning May 4, 2020 to have a blower repaired and was told to wait while the employees moved their equipment from the garage to the display areas outside the store. The attitude was their time was more valuable than mine. Apparently they are doing fine and do not need the business. I took my business elsewhere.

I dropped off my Craftsman weed eater three weeks ago to M&M. It was only 11 months old, purchased at Lowe’s, Lowes referred me Craftsman, Craftsman referred me to M&M to see if the repair would be covered under the warranty. I called M&M after one week, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and then told they had no record of me even after I gave them my name and phone number. They eventually found me after I gave them my work order number. They said they hadn’t looked at my weed eater yet, but they would the next day or two. A week later, I still hadn’t heard anything, I called again and was once again put on hold and then told they still hadn’t looked at my weed eater, but would the next day. I waited another week and no phone call from M&M, I called Craftsman, they put me on hold and called M&M, Craftsman told me that they still hadn’t looked at my weed eater, but would the next day. Two days later, M&M called to let me know the repair was not covered under warranty and would cost $195. The weed eater retails for $109 at Lowe’s. Absolutely ridiculous, not sure how this business stays in business!!

This place is terrible. The employees always seem to be fighting/arguing with each other in front of customers. One employee told me my mower would be ready in 2 days. 3 days later another employee told me it would be 2 more days... a week later another employee told me it would be another 3 days and this kept going until i got fed up and took my mower elsewhere and it got repair within an hour. Basically my mower sat here for 2 weeks and they didnt even look at it. Im sure the mechanics are good but this place is clearly mismanaged.

Came to purchase a Sthil chainsaw 251. These cost about 358 out the door. And when one of the attendants asks the main guy if we have any others in the back because the demo looked rough to me his comment in the back ground was I don’t care. So we walked out. Be sure to bring the model number and identification details for your lawn mower/equipment... top notch team of repair folks, but I had to get my model number off my mower in order to pick up parts, I thought they could have look that up. They deal more with commercial people so I kind of felt like I was being pushed around a little bit. Make sure youve got your ducks in a row before you come in and they are top notch.

I like this place. They were honest with me when they said their turn around time for a regular maintenance was 2-3 weeks. The kid saw the concern on my face and took a look at my lawn mower. He showed me how I could do everything myself in a matter of a few minutes and it saved me a lot of money and time. They even had all of the parts I needed, Spark plug, air filter, & oil for a total of about $13.50. Will always come here

Easier to just order them online at that point.Does not carry any John Deer parts for mowers, so they couldnt help with the second part, for the riding mower, for me.

I dropped off a saw that was under warranty, Store call me today let me know that its ready Chain saws have a oil reservoir along with the gas tank I am told that I put gas in your tank and oil gas tank Therefore its not cover in the warranty Their Policy is not to call with an estimate for under $100 My bill was $99 which they lowered to about $76 once I complained. I think they should have told me { a simple phone call hey gas and oil mixed up come get your saw)I will not be using them for future service And one more thing They said my brand new chainsaw blade(never used) needed sharpening

Will never go here again. Yes they have been in business for a long time but it seems they do not care about customer service any longer. Bought a used mower. Got home and a cord to keep mower running came off. We called immediately and spoke with Andrew who sold it. Said just bring it in next week, because it was a Saturday and well take care of it. Took back on Tuesday. Went to pick up and service technician states thatll be $25. Explained situation but ended up paying. Poor customer service. Wish I could give no stars!!

They have had my generator for exactly two months now and still not repaired. Everytime I call it’s the same old “ we will get to it in the next day or so,” just to get you off the phone. The guy up front at the counter is a very friendly dude, but the service department sucks. If you want your equipment back in this century, don’t take it here.

I have to give one start, it’s not worth the one.Got to be the worst service and customer service center in Tampa. “I’ll call ya” is a punchline not a promise. I will not get my equipments serviced here again.Too long to wait, if you complain it takes longer.When you show up to pick it up is when they scramble to fix your item.Just awful.

Dropped off two trimmers for repairs a week and a half ago. Was told they would look at it that week and call to let me know what was going on. No call. I had to call twice, wait on hold when they do answer the phone, and was told they havent even looked at it yet. One would think customers should be informed of lead times on repairs so they can make other arrangements if necessary.

Not sure how this place stays in business. What a joke of a service center. I dropped off an edger and pressure washer on 9/21 and they have had it 3 months. Never got a call to pick up so decided to just stop by. Edger was done but would not start. Pressure washer had not been looked at yet. Seriously?? 3 months.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Just spent over an hour on hold just to see if they have a part. First moron that actually answered obviously doesn’t know a thing about mowers or using their system to look up a part. Absolute worst customer service in the world. Customer service is a foreign language to these people and hasn’t changed a bit over the years. Highly recommend spending your money somewhere else.

Terrible. I took them my mower all shinny and new looking and got back a faded scratched up mower. They kept it for a couple months and let it sit outside in the weather. Thank you MM I wont be back. Ive had OK experiences with these guys over the years. Brought in my mower to have the pull cord recoiled. It was done in the time that they told me. Other repairs were done when they said it would be and the cost they said. I really think that they are trying to improve their customer service.

Horrible service, they do not stand behind what they tell you they are going to do. I will NEVER go there again. If you want to be punished, this is the place. The service manager needs a customer service class on how to talk to customers.I have been a customer of M&M MOWERS since the 80s when I had a lawn business. That was when Cecil the owner was in charge. Boy, how things have change with the younger generation.I bought a Stihl chainsaw for $179.95, 15 months ago. The letters on the chain bar looks new, they want $335.00 to repair it. If I have used it 5 times, that is to much.Go to Wal Mart, the service and warranty is a whole lot better.

I dropped my lawn mower off at the beginning of July for warranty work. All it needed was a drive belt and maybe a few other smaller parts and its still not done. I called three weeks ago and they told me the parts were all there and theyd have it done within the next day or two and call me. Its now mid October and I still dont have my lawn mower back. 3.5 months to replace a drive belt??? Had I known it was going to take this long I never wouldve brought it there and just paid someone else to do it. Its clear they only care about the commercial guys so unless youre a commercial landscaper I would absolutely find someone else to fix your mower.

Bought a blower there 56c. It was weak asked to exchange it a week later for a backpack blower and inquired about a chain saw which I was prepared to buy and they said they wouldnt give me full credit to move up to the backpack blower. Its sad this place sucks as much as 95% of users say it is. I would liked to buy a stihl blower, and this is the closest dealer. ..after SO MANY CRAPPY reviews I guess Ill have to go 12 miles to get what I need. Since there is no way I will gamble with thebenefit of the doubt .the best review I saw said it took 3 weeks to have his mower fixed. .... and he was happy? Their many,many costumers have said STAY AWAY ....far AWAY.... Ive never seen so many poor reviews against one business. You would think they would try and fix that. I gave them 1 star because, after being confronted with someincredible facts (read on), they did the right thing (reluctantly).Otherwise, I would have given 0 stars.I took my 10 year old chain saw off the shelf on a Saturday,where it had been for well over a year. Added gas and oil and it started right up, first try. But while priming it, the plastic bulb cracked. I continued to use the saw, stopping and starting it many times that day, with no problems.The following Monday, I brought it to M&M Lawnmower. I asked them to replace the primer bulb and sharpen the chain. I was told it wouldnt cost much, so I said if it was to exceed $50 to call me first. I was told that should be plenty to cover it.On Friday, I picked it up. The cost - just over $50 total.A bit over-priced to me, but fine.Saturday, I go to start it and it wont start. It also seems to be leakinggas. Something Ive never seen it do before.Monday I bring it back to M&M. They call me later that day to say its ready.I couldnt get there till Thursday. When I did, they couldnt start it.They said I needed a new carburetor for over $100 or they could give mea discount on a new chain saw.How could this have happened? I know I gave them a working chain saw andnow its completely broken. I took my chain saw home, to think about it.Ive never worked on a chain saw, except to do some of the basic routinemaintenance, but what the heck - I cant make it worse.First thing I notice - the air filter is missing.I get down to the primer bulb and the hoses to the carburetor. In playingwith it, I come to realize that they connected the primer bulb backwards,which is why its leaking gas. Put it all back together, but it still wontstart.A few days later I have time to call the manufacturer to get the factorysettings for the carburetor. I set the factory settings, and pull the cord.It starts right up - first pull. The idle adjust needs a bit of tweaking, butotherwise, its running fine.So, to recap: (1) missing air filter; (2) primer bulb backwards;(3) carburetor adjustments incorrect.I called M&M with this information and they agreed to refund the labor, if I could show them it running. I also insisted they get me an air filter,which they also did. When I brought it to them, the manager took the chain saw from me and headed into their service area. I followed. He told me to wait at the entrance, and I said I wanted to say with my chain saw. At this point he (what appeared as angrily) handed my saw back to me, and said to meet him up front. I did, and he refunded the labor. He definitely seemed upset with me. There were no apologies, no concern of how his shop broke my chain saw and lost my air filter - no indication that he cared at all about customer service.Bottom line - I gave them a working chain saw and they broke it.Was this total incompetence or malicious intent? I dont know.But either way, they shouldnt be paid by customers for this kind of result.Needless to say, I wont be trusting them with my property any more.

Had a horrible experience since day one. Well the first thing when they came to pick up the lawnmower no one ever told me that it would be about a week before they even get a chance to look at the lawn mower. When I call to find out the status of the lawn mower the service guy gave me a horrible attitude so I spoke with I guess the manager named Eric and he was very helpful at the time so I gave him the benefit of the doubt you cant get mad at the company for one bad person. It took two weeks for me to get my lawn mower the day that it was delivered which is today the guy leaves without giving me the key so I call and the service person that I spoke to said that he would have the guy turn right back around to drop off the key. Hours go by so I call again then they put someone else on the phone saying that the key was never there.... which I know for a fact that he was there when they picked it up so they basically were never going to call me back and just have me waiting all day. I go to the office to pick up the key and big guy named Mike comes out and gives me attitude just saying that the key was never there arguing with me for no reason its a dollar key just give it to me and be done with it this was the worst service of my life I would never ever return . The only reason why I went to this shop in the first place was because the Toro company gave me their information as a licensed toroservice shop

I went in to purchase a gasket for one of my Honda 13hp motors and am still amazed at how rude and smarter than me the d*** h*** at the counter was. I took the gasket I needed with the float bowl into the store as one of my machines started oozing fuel out the bowl rim. How stupid I am to think someone who sells honda, services honda, sells honda parts could not get me a part to replace the one he was now holding in his hand. And had the float bowl as well. I guess it would take to much effort to do that, silly me. Remember, especially when you are in business with the public, its not what you say......its a all in the delivery......I would only recommend this place to my competition.....
