Drove a long way to a closed store. The sign on the door says they are open until seven pm. Called and spoke to woman who kept saying she was the owners wife and she closes at 5. Cant imagine what kind of customer service is provided after a sale when they treat you that way prior to a sale. My time is just as valuable as yours. Im not going to spend several thousand dollars in a store that cant even employ a proper sales person during their advertised hours.

I had been experiencing back pain for months after sleeping on my old mattress. So I began searching for a new bed. After over 4 months of trying beds at every major mattress store in Pinellas County, I was ready to give up. I found Mattress Dr. By chance searching for mattresses online...I was ready to buy a bed in a box sight unseen. I spoke with Alec and my fiancé and I were impressed with the simple mattress choices and the price as compared to the major mattress stores. Alec gave us a great deal, suggesting 2 twin extra long mattresses, one medium and one hard so we could try both firmness choices. He also helped us make an informed decision to purchase adjustable bases. We have slept on the mattresses for about one month and my back pain is gone! My fiancé decided the firm mattress was too firm for him, so we are trading it for another medium. The warranty covers this trade and Alec is not charging a delivery fee to trade it. Cheap product. Bought a memory foam for $1000.00 but when opening the mattress everything is cheap materials worth$250.00. IDont recommend
