Went to look at the homes on property but was only able to look at one. They didnt seem to want us there. The lady kept trying to send us to the factory in safety hour which is about an hour away. I wont be be going to either again. They were not very friendly

I literally just called to ask a basic question, in regards to purchasing a mobile home. The woman who answered the phone was VERY RUDE. Wouldn’t let me Explain myself just flat out told me “we don’t finance we just sell full price” and hung up. Horrible first impression but thank you for showing me I would just be wasting me time coming here.

They dont want to hear about any issues with outside contractors, who put the RAILINGS on, one on front right side is definitely not level, and the cement is completely hairlines cracked in the middle right in front of this RAILING .I would recommend buying out of the Clearwater dealership ( Citrus Homes, on Ulmerton road, ), Phil is the dealer. Much more honest and compliant with following through with buyers, .as three more came in my park by them and they actually sent seasoned contractors in to do the work right.
