Was in urgent need of headlight bulbs. Bought 2 from here despite the reviews. They were overpriced stock-grade replacements and burnt out in under 5 minutes.Do not recommend going here for service or parts.
The girl answered the phone.. Whats up .... thats not the way to answer a business phone..then she asked if I been quoted the price for removing rear tire of razor scooter and install tire and tube I bought already..I said no so she gave price of$75. Ridiculous price for something that with the tools theywould have probably take 30 minutes to do .i left
They need more mechanics there. They only have one dude doing all the work, and their always backed up...smh
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! ITS A RIP OFF!I took my bike in to fix a busted tube. Cost me over 90$! Little much for a tube repair but I paid anyway. When I went to pick up my bike the lady at the register told me extra work had to be done so it’s going to be more money!I asked her “why didn’t you call me to let me know before hand.” Her answer was “I was, but I forgot.” (Very Unprofessional) I told her she should refund me or give me a discount since she forgot to call and tell me there’s gunna be an extra charge.Long story short they had to turn a bolt around that was the wrong way on the swing arm and tighten my chain evenly that was already undone for the tube repair an extra 40$.
So I looked up the closest bike shop to me from where I was and Cycle Pros popped up. Before I went there I called them told them to make sure they had the part I needed. The man in the phone told me they should have it and if they didnt they would try to figure it out or order it. So I decided to go. When I arrive I walk to the counter to hear another customer complaining about being there two hrs for a tire change that was going to cost him 100.00. so after the customer and the man at the desk finish arguing I walk up to the desk to inform the man that I was the person who called and showed him the part and asked him if he had it on stock. To my surprise he just looked at me and never said a word. I waited an HR for him to say something but he never did. I even offered to buy something there to get him to speak but he again never said anything. He didnt he even try to ring up the items so I decided to just leave. As I was leaving another angry customer walked in up cursing about how he paid him 1500.00 mid November to fix his issue and here it is January and nothing he was even complaining about how they left his bike outside the entire three months. Two other customers got their bikes back after a service to have them smoking when the customer drove awayI WILL NEVER TAKE MY BIKE TO THEIR SHOP OR GET ANY PARTS FROM THEM.
They couldnt have worse customer service if they tried. Im flabbergasted how rude they were. Their prices are not even good. Mystery how they stay in business.
Terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. And I hate that I had to put one star on it to comment.
Wow! WARNING ⚠️ ⛔️ DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE, they are horrible specially SCOTT HE TREATED ME ON THE PHONE BECAUSE OF MY ACCENT, this should be report and people need to see where are they taking their bikes.
Horrible service!!! Prices are super high and no matter how much your spending they don’t work out a deal or try to help !!!
Good work I need a scooter.
Its alright I guess.
I had a terrible experience I bought this for my son and it lasted 2 days and I had to go back and they said i could not return it and they fixed it then it worked for two weeks and then it broke again. It started doing a clicking sound.
Long story short and I will eventually fill the story in..... Wish I had thought to take picture of the guy that runs the place with the two police officers there getting his side of the ordeal. ... Dont interact with this dude for buisness or as a person in life. He is a Total blank space for a good name calling . Unless youre some sort of karma collector and its your duty to exterminate pests of humanity just stay clear of this guy. Either way one shouldnt support this guy. You never know what exactly it is that will be getting the support. Its not good. I can assure you that much.
Went yesterday for a tear rim for my dirt bike .. I looked everywhere everyone said something I had to order it... but called cycle pro spoke to Scott my dude had me in and out even Put the rim on for me.. great service I will be coming back
I will never recommend or do business with this place again. The owner is very rude and angry towards minorites.
I had no issues at all getting the parts I needed to completely rewire my 150cc gy6 engine in my go kart from cycle pros. Friendly knowledgeable people willing to listen to and help customers. Cash only is a little inconvenient but the service totally makes up for it.
If you can get them to actually do work on your bike would be a start. Called multiple times to get a repair. Even went in person twice. They will never return your calls. Plenty other shops with actual service. Being on twos, youre trusting that shop with your life. I learned, dont Go there, your life is worth more than a cheap rate/service youve been warned....one star cause you cant do - 5.
I had put my scooter there for repairs. It was there six months. I recieve my bike back with missing parts. He over charged me on my bike repairs. Dont ask them for a mechanic because mechanic dont stay working there. Horrible experience!!!
Great customer service. Interesting sense of humor. Reasonable prices.
Would love to cat walk on one of them cycles
Most horrible experience I’ve had in a very long time. Took my son’s 4 wheeler there yesterday to see if they would be able to check his battery. The mix looking guy with the dreads accused me of “wanting something free and trying to avoid paying a diagnostic fee”. Then he told me to bring him the battery. I explained to him I have the bike in the truck but I have no knowledge how to remove a battery, also having no tools to do so either. He then said it’s not his problem and walked away! There was a lady behind the counter as well as another gentleman overheard the entire conversation. The lady then came from behind the counter to take the battery off and he instructed her not to. Another guy then heard the commotion and came to see what was going on. I explained to him what happened and all I wanted was to see if the battery needed to be charged. Problem solved in less than the amount of time it took for the first guy (mixed race with dreads) to accuse me of wanting something free did. He was so rude and nasty towards me. Never will go back, I’ll sell the bike before I take it there to get service!
ThE WORST SHOP IN TAMPA! FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS STRAIGHT!THE GUY(OWNER) LITERALLY LIED ABOUT HAVING the correct parts in stock, then he liED and TRIED to RING UP & SELL ME THE WRONG PARTS!....I hope no other people waste there time
They were fantastic, Tarzan kept me posted on everything that was going on with my bike, the mechanics did a phenomenal job and were also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely continue to do business with them.....and anyone who needs anything for their bike, this is the place to go. No questions!
This is a horrible place to shop please do not shop with these people we purchased four wheelers for our kids and they did not deliver the merchandise then would not answer the phone all day long on Christmas to top it off refuses to give back money it’s not even a one star but that’s the lowest star they have
Take a very long time to get your vehicle serviced.
They will do if you are in a pinch but I would recommend going to a place that is more professional and knowledgeable...
The employees were nice and able to answer my questions. The time it took to repair my scooter was a little long, but I can understand with the amount of work they have. While my scooter wasnt completely fixed, I am satisfied with what work they have done. I am hopeful we can work out a deal to get my scooter at least 90%
Excellent service. Very good pricing. Extremely helpful and willing to accommodate customer situation. Before anyone considers any of the negative reviews for Cycle Pros, think about why someone would possibly walk away raging in hatred against a very straightforward, accommodating, welcoming, open and helpful local business owner....generally speaking, in the majority of cases it is the customer, not the business.Late on a Friday, in heavy rushhour traffic, the owner himself drove to pickup my bike with a rear flat. Not only that, he collected the bike with a lift gate, no flatbed here. If you want proper bike pickups, just call Cycle Pros. They know how to transport bikes properly. He took great care securing it to the lift and...double securing it.At 5pm, they immediately rolled it off and directly into the shop WITHOUT ANY WAIT OR DELAY - and started the repair. J-Mack and John went out of their way to coordinate everything in advance, tire availability, shop space ready, techs ready to get it done - AS PROMISED. They got the high end tire I wanted on the spot with no hassle and had it rolled out in 30 minutes ready to go. Also, when can you recall a vendor suggesting to NOT buy something new from them? That is exactly what they did where another part did not need to be changed, and which I was ready to add to the bill. Their advice? Leave it and save some money for later. So I have! And guess what? Now I know in my case they are genuinely trying to build a customer relationship for the long term, not the typical quick buck.To sum up, these are the guys I want working on my bike. These are the kind of guys I can work with for a long time. You will not find a super-duper, ultra-polished, new motorcycle dealership with pushy sales people or uninterested help. You will find an honest, hard-working, customer-focused, old-fashioned run business here. And thats something rare.
Asked owner if he can specify the size of a part for my bike. His response was “I’m not gonna help you if you’re gonna buy the part somewhere els” Terrible
In the last 4 months I have been to this mans shop 4 times and a week or two after he returns my scooter it suddenly breaks down again! Last time he kept my scooter for a month claiming he only had one mechanic available! Then he overcharged me for simple things!! Not worth the time and money!!
We werent going to go here because of the reviews.. Im glad we decided to go. Right away he knew what we were talking about and what we needed. Wont go anywhere else.
This is the best place to get honest work done on your bike or scooter hands down Charlies scooter depot is a rip off I drive my scooter as a daily driver been to more then 4 shops to get it serviced and he is the best any bad reviews on here about this place was posted my not nice people at all i was there in person more then once when those people were not acting right act like a child and get treated like one go figure. Go cycle pros singed more then happy client
New to town, and financially strapped, I arrived at Cycle Pros needing help with my bike. They were incredible. Knowing my budget, they gave me a deal on the parts I needed, and threw in some spare second hand parts to see me through. Also took the time to take a look at my bike and confirm what I thought I needed to do to it, as I didnt have the money to pay for someone else to repair. Thanks to their generosity and concern, my bike is running smooth and they have earned my respect and patronage for future.
One of the previous owners Janice stole my money and my bike, promising to fix it and then took my bike and left.... After I was hit and the driver ran and left me with a broken arm torn ligaments and several other injuries. Janice picked my bike up,came to my house twice for cash and everytime I asked about my bike he would say it was going to be ready soon..... Janice took off in the wind and quit answering my calls.... I had them replace several things on my bike before I was hit and it took longer than they said as well....Hope the new owners are better than him....
Avoid this shop if google has less than one star I would give them a zero star, theyre very rude and They try to take the advantage of you in everything even if you were late one day to pick up your bike. They Try to charge you as much as they can. I fixed my bike more than a half what they were asking.
Good service. Polite. Knowledgeable. Would have been 5 stars if quicker.
No way I will return to this place. Im sure some of the positive reviews here have nothing to do with the present management of this place. These people are very rude. They dont care about delivering a professional customer service. They swear, argue, shout and all sort... They open late sometimes instead of the 9am advertised. No professional at all. Avoid them as much as you can. Youve been warned.
Very bad experience I would give them 0 stars if I could. Gave them my scooter last month and it took them 3 weeks just to fix on a new exhaust. Completely destroyed my scooter and then tried to strong arm me into buying a new one. Avoid this place if you dont want to be totally screwed over
Had gone there once and was told (after two weeks) that my bike would need such and such repairs, but they didnt have the mechanics there to fix it now. So I picked up my bike.Went there again with another issue. They would not look at my bike for another TWO WEEKS just to tell me what might be wrong with it. I had to call them repeatedly just to find anything out. Still no word and they dont want to bother with it. Finally found out that they wanted to charge me $300 for a $40 repair. The owner is R.U.D.E.! The guy looks like he is a bum and acts even worse. He is scary and has absolutely no regard for his customers. No clue how he is still in business.
Polite and helpful staff with great service and good humor. If you need it, they have it. Definitely worth going to.
Run away from this shop had a worst experience in my life.....
Good reliable service 👍
Called for an appointment because they allegedly do not see anyone without appointment. Said over the phone it will be $75 for diagnostic. Took the bike 15mins earlier then the appointment time and they didnt even look at the bike until the 4th day. Not to mention they failed to mention they only take cash and they have $25 worth of miscellaneous charges that they also charge tax on just for you taking the bike to them. What happened to the $75 fee? Without looking at the bike they charged me $110. Then they said the bike was complete. While diagnosing the bike they were able to solve the issue after charging me another $60 for solving the problem turned out they didnt solve the problem. Left it there another week and same issue. I just took my bike and just accepted the loss.i am never going back to them.
AVOID AVOID AVOID...I want everyone to know to avoid this shop they will take advantage of you at any cost. They barely have a clue on what they are talking about and what they are working with. they think everyone that comes in there has no common sense & they are an easy target for their SCHEMES. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I ask them to order a bike chain they said they will and itll take 5 days...it took them 3 weeks and they tried to charge me Triple the price after another man gave me a different price they will just throw random numbers out there they will try to stall you so they can charge you time and labor. And if you buy anything from their store they will not let you return it for cash they will give you store credit which is useless there because they have no product worth buying everything there is tarnished and covered in dust.. I recommend to any new customers to take an extra 30 minutes and drive somewhere else itll save you money and you wont be an advantage of... in my last visit there some hooker came from behind the counter harassing my wife and i. You could tell she was on drugs and out of her mind was having fight the man behind the counter over something that happened the night before and was very unprofessional... they should have kept that s*** behind the counter and in the back like they were before we arrived.
I went in with my Suzuki sv650s, my brain dead buddy put in a clutch for me and it wasnt right, they offered to do some adjustments for 20 bucks, which ended up only charging me 10. They also requested fixing it correctly for a fair price including oil change and all. Im a business owner just as they are, its not easy, or better said, its impossible to satisfy everyone. Take into consideration this is a small business, not a super franchise. Its hard to price match companies that buy merchandise in bulk, or companies that take in trade ins at low ball prices. This said, I prefer this small shop. The employees and owner are down to earth, and knowledgeable. People need to analyze their experience and be sure it wasnt as bad as they think before running a smear campaign on an honest business, thats been around for ages.
I WENT TO CYCLE PROS OF TAMPA AND TALKED TO CRAIG Y. AND SCOTT THE OWNER AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH NOT ONLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS PROVIDED BUT WITH THE OVERALL EXSPERENCE I RECEIVED. THERE WAS A SALEMEN NAMED STEPHEN THERE WHO HELPED ME OUT AND MET ME AT THE DOOR AND WAS SO KIND IT MADE MY DAY. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND I WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE I KNOW
Totally unprofessional. I called and spoke with them three times to be sure they had the part i needed. After driving from north Lakeland i get there to find out they had the wrong size because he didnt pay attention to what the girl at counter told him. Then he tells me he does have one but has to go get it from his off site salvage yard. After an hour of waiting in the heat i over hear him on the phone about how i didnt bring the old starter with me. It was in my truck the whole time. He tells me hell check it out no charge and well go from there. All it needed was a cleaning and new brushes and will be less than what a used starter will cost. While theyre working on my starter hes still looking for the used one which was at his shop the whole time. I hear him tell his employees to test it before they take it off. Since i was sitting next to their garage i could hear when they tested it and it did not turn the motor it was on over. After another 30 minutes of banging around on the thing they bring me a starter that was in worse condition than the one i had and didnt look like mine. He even said it looked different. I asked why he didnt just replace the brushes in mine like he said he would. The answer i got was when i found this one i stopped working on yours I didnt feel right about buying a part they didnt bench test after taking it off the motor and didnt look right. I told him i wasnt going to buy it and headed to my truck to get my wallet to at least pay him for the work he did to my starter and i was called profane names and other comments i couldnt hear clearly. I sat at his shop for over two hours when all he had to do was put new brushes on my starter instead of trying to sell me a part that by his own words didnt look the same.
Rich and the shop guys are GREAT, they know there business,, I would recommend them anytime to anyone
This company has been through a few owners and all of them are rude and disrespectful. They speak to you like you owe them something and will tell you to get your stuff and get out of their business when they get attitudes. I have gone several times on different occasions thinking maybe it was just a hecked time (because people can be frustrating). But no they are the same all day long. I have several mopeds and believe me none are from them and the parts I order off line now cause they so rude. This is just a warning for future customers go with guards up cause theyll say something to make you come out of character.
I been dealing with Cycle Pro a while and they are a reasonable shop I have never had any problems with them they can always get the hard to find parts when I cant find them myself I will recommend them to everyone
Cool shop. I dont think there is a cable or control lever that these guys dont have.
Took my powersports 150 ther because of starter issues, determaned it wad the starter clutch, told them to fix it the mechanic wo was working on it destroyed the motor beyond repair, they fired him then and there . they ordered a new motor to replace the destroyed one, however they made me pay for the parts they put in the old motor, then the manager John said it came with a brand new carburator, which was another lie iwent to work there long enough tofind my old motor the carb wasnt on it. The truth of the matter is they smoke dope all day long, they order the wrong parts and point blank screw things up.they have bikes there that have set there forever so BEWARE. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BIKE
I dropped my ATV off at this joke of a place & 2 weeks later they call me & tell me that I have to go purchase the parts they needed to fix my ATV!!! Okay, so I did... 2 weeks later, still no word from them. So I decided to just stop in and see whats going on...well, I got out of my car & started walking up to the place n I see MY ATV on the side of the building, taken apart & clearly its been sitting outside in the weather for the last 5 weeks!! The people working there do not have a clue as to what theyre doing & the owner doesnt even show up anymore according to an employee. He left these ppl to run the place & they couldnt even keep up with the 2 customers (including myself) that they had!!!! Listen....If you need a place to have any repairs done on your dirt bike or motorcycle or ATV, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! FIVE WEEKS!!!!!! AND I WENT AND PERSONALLY PURCHASED THE PARTS AND DROPPED THEM OFF TO THIS PLACE AND THEY HAVENT TOUCHED IT SINCE THEY TOOK IT APART N PUSHED IT TO THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
They dont have insurance they took my bike on a test ride. My 650 burgman fell off there truck while they were bringing it back to shop. My scooter was totaled didnt have gap. Geico took xare of there part but i was left holding the bag on difference. Geico as coutest tried to fight for me to get the difference. I also kept calling. I have all documents to prove. I live in miami its gard to fight and take to court. Even if i took them to court and win they would probably still not pay because they are crooks and know how to get away with it. You shop here your flat out dumb not taking this warning.
My Grandson really loves the Spidey 4 wheeler I got from you guys. Thanks for a great deal and great service!
They totaled my 650 Bergman fell off there truck and I did not have gap my insurance played everything but gap. Geico my insurance tried to collect from the as a courtesy for me the difference. But Geico said they were not insured. I live out of town hard to fight in small claims. I count on reviewed so I hope you will help by not giving them business and prevent my misfortune to happen somewhere else. They are scum Terrible dishonest took my Suzuki 650 Bergman there they took it for a test drive and it broke down on then they went and towed it back to the shop and in the process it fell off the truck and was totaled I my insurance had to pay out but I didnt have gap. So I was stuck paying the rest because pros was not insured. I moved out of area could not fight in court. Geico my insurance company said as a courtesy they would try go fight for me but its not guaranteed. Geico recommended I take them to court. Living out of town this would be extremely difficult. K highly recommend you not going there. I dont know about you but when I read a negative review I dont do business with them. Im a strong believer on reviewd
The worst human being Ive ever met. I paid for my daughters scooter and shes had nothing but problems from the moment she drove it home. The topper is he will not produce a tag and title for my daughter. Its always some lame excuse about not being able to obtain the tag and title. I hope this ass goes out of business!!!
GREAT JOB!!! .... i will start by saying i was reluctant to go... however i was in a pinch... i strolled in there about 15 minutes before close... i needed some work done on my motorcycle (which i did not ride there)... i asked if they could do the work and do it now... they said sure bring the bike in here... i explained i had to go home at get it... these guys didnt even bat an eye... they agreed to wait for me and they did... the entire crew stuck around and pitched in to make sure i was taken care of... they stayed well after they needed to... and for a low dollar job that they couldve told me to come back... they did the job well and didnt try to push any other parts or services on me... THANKS!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MOMEY AND BIKE AND PARTS THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GO......
I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD EXPERENCE WITH THIS SHOP AS I RIDE ON A DAILY BASIS, THE SHOP IT SELF IS DIFFERENT COMPARED TO INSIDE STORES BUT I LOVE THE LOOK AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED AS EVERYONE THERE WAS ALWAYS ASKING IF I NEEDED HELP AND MAKING JOKES. THIS IS A BIKE SHOP I WOULD RECOMEND TO A FRIEND AS THEY ARE DOWN TO EARTH AND SAY IT LIKE IT IS. THE TRUE DEFFINITION OF A BIKE SHOP
Just bought a new hot pick scooter great staff good customer service cheap prices.
Good people and only 2 blocks from home! Daytona Bike Week specials going on!
If you want good honest business and customer service this is not the place to go horrible customer service from management all the way down to the workers at the front desk never have anything in stock and always offers to order it online so they can now charge you a ridiculous price for it not a way to run a business and I seriously dont know how they still are in business
I cant not explain in enough words to describe how sketchy and unprofessional this company is. Ive have many problems with Cycle Pros in the past and the incident today was the last straw. I went to Cycle Pros to look for pod air filters for my 1983 Yamaha Maxim 750. The first thing I noticed when I walked up to the counter is that the sales representative was texting away at her phone and completely ignoring me. I tried many to get her attention and when I finally did she became very rude and indecent. She refused to look for the items that I requested and started to murmur racial slurs. This eventually lead to us cursing and insulting each other until I finally had enough and stormed out of the store. I had never been so insulted and disgusted at any company before until now; and the worst part was that there was no manager present to give me assistance. I warn you everyone who goes to Cycle Pros; these people including Scott are nothing but liars, thieves, and scammers. They will stop at nothing to steal your money and waste your time. Please report Cycle Pros to the Better Business Bureau, this company needs to be shutdown once and for all.
Never been here was just looking for parts when I came across this place.... rating not valid as I personally have not utilized their services. Thanks for the information guys.... the only good review was from the owner himself claiming to have his carbs cleaned. unless of course there are more than one person claiming t be Janes..... good luck with that !where is a good place to get used 2002 Yamaha R1 parts ??? Any help appreciated... after reading below, I simply cant risk putting my life on the line by letting these people work on my bike....Sorry, Janes, nothing personal at all, Ive never met or even herd about you until now when I was looking for parts. Maybe if you practice a little more customer service and quality control on your services, I will check back and see if your reviews have risen.RIDE SAFE & RIDE SMART !Thanks and best of luck !Janes, If these are not correct or if someone has posted these in malice for something that should not have been your fault, I do apologize, but these are definitely hurting your reputation. Have some satisfied customers post their feedback, offer a 10% discount or something. Im always looking for something, so I will check back in a few months. The post from the former employee and the person who bought the bike only to only later find it was in horrible shape after bringing it home were the two that helped make my decision.
I brought my scooter in as I didnt have back brakes, it turned out the rear caliper had a leak and had leaked all the fluid out. KC took it apart, rebuilt it with new seals and the like and I was back on the road in just under two hours. All this without an appointment.
I own a 1983 motorcycle which needed a throttle cableand no one makes a cable for this bike any longer(discontinued) no after market cable eitherso i went to see cycle pro and they made me a throttle cablewhich by the way (works perfectly) and at a fair pricemany thanks to kc and the guys at cycle pro
I wish I could say the owner lacks social skills, but that would be an understatement. He is downright rude and obnoxious.
Does anybody know a better shop
Terrible business mngt
Terrible now calling police to get my moped back I talked to someone said they would meet me later today. They called me later to tell me they dont have the keys. I said I would be getting it back today and I ment it.

Poor customer service, had my bike for 2 1/2 months.when I called concerning my bike rich had me on hold for almost an hour.Still has not complete my bike.Would not recommend anyone there.
Shady place to do business
Really knowledgeable staff
This place sucks! Bad business the lost my key... customer service was poor!
Lack of communication which is very inconvenient
Nice people
Go to brandon this place sucks
Lots of parts and friendly staff
Excellent place to buy motor boats and fix them too.Good mechanics and its not a car.
The workers including the Owner of the place try to please your needs of parts and spare parts as well as what you need for a motorcycle.
Exclusively
