Definitely an awesome place! They do a little bit of everything there! They work on a variety of power sports. From pit bikes to jet skis. Great customer service and the friendliest shop cat around! They also offer window tinting and detailing. Paul the owner is very knowledgeable.

I absolutely love going in there. The casual atmosphere and easy banter and one upmanship games tween the wrenches makes me wanna hang out longer. They work fast and get the job done right and they LISTEN and they absolutely work with you to make getting in and out as effortless as possible. They arent the cheapest, but they are very competitively priced and I trust them far more than other places Ive been. Fix it once, fix it right so you can get to improving your ride rather than just keeping it going. My bike rides better now than it did when I bought it off the dealership floor.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am completely and utterly disgusted with how OTC runs business. I had my car detailed here and now it is not running at all. An abundance of water was found in the engine totaling my car since the engine is now not functional. I had been in close contact with Paul the owner regarding this situation and now they are NOT willing to work with me to resolve my mechanical issues. After making an insurance claim, they were found negligent and I was awarded the residual value of my car a full month after this incident occurred. If you want your car to run properly, do business somewhere else. OTC should be OOB, OUT OF BUSINESS!

Paul at OTC did the top end on my 2015 YZ125… Literally has never ran better since I’ve gotten it back. They got it in super quickly and I’ll say I was a little worried when I gave it to them not knowing how much the rebuild would be or how long it would take. Paul, assured me he would take care of me… He called me a few days later letting me know my bike was ready to go and my bill was surprisingly much lower than I had anticipated it to be. 5-Star work and customer service!!!!! I will DEFINITELY be back in the future!!!!

So bought a 2002 Honda cbr 600f4i in upstate NY and drove over a 1,000miles down to Tampa fl and I thought I destroyed my rides transmission. Sold my quad on consignment. They sold the quad but never gave me a call telling me the sold it. Eventually we went back there asking if they sold it. The owner said oh yea couple months back, sorry we never called you. never even gave us paperwork with the amount so we took whatever he gave us and left. Other wise there great people who were very nice but they just made a mistake we think.

After getting the Run-around from House Cycle World who gave me the Old Low Ball - Bait and Switch tactic, I continued to search for a person to replace my Shifter Shaft for my 92 Honda CB 250 Nighthawk. I called OTC Powersports and was given a quote immediately over the phone, The repair was performed the next day. I received straight forward good customer service and a quality repair performed in the time expected. I would definitely go to OTC Powersports should I have any future repair needs for my motorcycle.

Was referred to this shop by another local shop because the original place couldn’t get my sport bike done in a short notice no problem so I had my wife call OTC since I was working to get a price for labor as I had all the parts. I needed a quote for fork seals, replacing front brake pads, clean & lube chain and a synthetic oil change with filter. She called OTC Wednesday 6/23/2021 and spoke to a younger guy that works the front counter which answered the phone and she also rides so she knows about motorcycles but tries telling her that I may want to get a diagnostic service which totally had nothing to do with the what I needed so she stopped the conversation and asked for the owner & she told him everything described from above and he said that front fork seals service was about $230-$240 and depending on parts would range the price as well. He was told that I already had the parts which I bought from Barney’s in Brandon and I would be in touch with him. I called Saturday afternoon 6/26/2021 a little bit past noon told the guy on the phone I’m coming up with my motorcycle and my wife spoke with the owner on Wednesday about doing my fork seals service I’d be on the way up, he said “okay but just to let you know that we close at 1pm on Saturdays” I said no problem I’m right up the road. I pull up and went inside and I’m told a whole different price which was much higher price than my wife was quoted by the owner over the phone so I asked for the owner and go figure the owner just left said by the younger guy at the counter, so he pulled out a invoice sheet from the counter and tried to explain to me the pricing, fork seals service was $450.00 and when I mentioned that I already had the parts he scratched off some prices and it went from $521 to $474. I also told the younger guy to have the owner call me when he comes in Monday morning which at this’ time he was on his cell phone telling someone he had to go he has a customer in front of him and kept getting louder and louder as they weren’t listening to him so I assume a spouse, but I told him not touch my motorcycle until he calls me and he said ok. Well owner never called me so I called and spoke to the owner Monday morning at 1038 AM and wanted an explanation of why the price change and is much higher than what was quoted & I’m told that I must have called around to different places and confused about the prices quoted which was definitely not true as I know what was told to my wife so I went and picked up my motorcycle from OTC, I’ll never do any business with them nor send them business, first and last time I’m going to them for anything. Not only does the owner not hold his quotes for his potential customers but he got loud with me over the phone & talking over me when I was trying to understand why he couldn’t hold the quote he told my wife and when I said I’d be up to pickup my motorcycle he was fine with it but when I came inside to get my motorcycle a few hours later he was so apologetic, I don’t do liars and fake people. It’s way too many motorcycle shops in the Tampa Bay Area and the average price for fork seals service is $199.99 not $450.00 & they also leave your motorcycles outside in the blazing hot Florida sun out back as they work on other bikes inside the shop, I picked up my motorcycle from the back of the shop outside..

They did a great job replacing my cylinder jugs and pistons they also re-jetted the carb. Kept updated on all the issues. Really great job. Thanks Paul!! Will return for more work.

Paul @OTC has maintained my HD for a few years. Bike always comes back in tip top shape at a reasonable price. Recently, i used OTC’s consignment service to sell the HD. Paul assessed it and suggested an asking price. It sold fast and at the asking price. Very easy to do business with OTC, never disappointed.

Great shop, Nick was great, he swapped out some street tires for dirt tires, cleaned up some loose ends with very short notice and answered what questions I had on a dirt bike I bought from facebook marketplace that same day. They worked on my friends Honda crf450r he rode it twice, the bike started backfiring and upon removing the carburetor to clean the jets a valve seal came out of the intake boot. the engine is toast.

OTC is truly OFF THE CHAIN! Ive had 4 vehicles tinted here with ceramic tint and I feel a major difference. Their customer service is phenomenal, always a fun time hanging out in the shop waiting for the tint to be done. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing what Paul and Nick can make happen. Nick also did some custom work on my lifted truck to stop the front tires from rubbing. Go Bolts!

Good work on my automotive window tinting! I paid $50.00 extra from Groupon special to get the grade 15 window tint. Plan on 2 hours for a 4 door sedan. There is seating inside and outside while waiting.

My boyfriend had to have his motorcycle towed here in order to repair his front tire. The owner came personally to load up the bike. He provided high quality service and was able to quickly get a better tire that would better suit his needs. We will definitely come back!

Great service, great tint job. I called Paul and explained that my 2002 Honda Accord was in serious need of new tint. He walked me through some options, gave me a quote over the phone, and had my old tint replaced the next day. Car looks great, and the price was very reasonable. I had a great experience at this shop. Paul is really personable and easy to coordinate with. My Kawasaki 650 was having overcharging issues, and blowing headlamp bulbs.After replacing the melted stator, bad regulator, and putting in a new battery, the bike is running great. The work was all done within the time period they told me. No hiccups.Just road from Tampa to Jacksonville with no issues. Thanks guys!

Dropped off my older Quad a month ago. Quad had electrical issues and likely needs to be completely rewired. I asked to have a new wiring harness installed. Several weeks later OTC called and said they fixed the major electrical issues by installing a new battery. Last week I went to OTC to pick up the Quad and they said it was back to not running. I asked again to have a wired harness installed. OTC said they would call me in 24 hours with the status. No call. I called OTC 3 days later and spoke with the technition. The tech said the bike is not running and he thinks it is something electrical?? Shop is good for oil changes and simple fixes. I don’t think they can handle major repairs.

I was very happy with the whole experience dealing with Paul and the OTC team. I came in thinking I had a clutch problem turns out it was just my sprocket and chain. They saved me money and got my bike back less then a week. Thanks guys!

Brought my new motorcycle in for a simple chain adjustment, took 2 hours. Now the bike makes a raddling noise on the left handle bar and within a week the chain was already loose again. I did the next chain adjustment myself, not only did it not take a long. But its been well over a month and the chain has not come loose. Wont be taking my bike there again.

Went to OTC Powersports to replace my back window tint. I specifically mentioned being concerned for my defrost strips. After the tint was done the defrost strips were scratched off. This is the first time this has happened with any of my other tint jobs. The job was rushed and when done with caution the defrost strips could’ve been maintained. Don’t go here for a tint job.

OTC was the only place that DID NOT give me the cold shoulder because I have a 50 CC scooter. I brought them in my tire/wheel to have them mount a new tire. THEY CHARGED ME HALF AS MUCH AS EVERYONE ELSE QUOTED, changed the valve stem FOR FREE, gave me axle grease FOR FREE. These guys are great! Would not even think about taking my bike anywhere else. They do great work, great price and always quick service. They are always up front and will help you out any way possible. I have taken my bike there around 4 to 5 times and every time they are always professional and always greet you with a smile. Every time i have brought my bike in they get it done that day and they tell me when it will be ready so i can go about my day instead of other places that tell you an hour and its ready 8 hours later or even worse the next day. Great place and great work.

Absolutely love the service. They picked my bike up same day I called, within the hour. They sold my motorcycle for me, in doing so, for about three months, they took care of it, took phone calls on it, let potential buyers test drive it and dealt with the hassle of selling it. I recently just put my 4wheeler in their shop and they came in under budget and just in time for Christmas, amazing work by an awesome team.

I purchased an offer they had in Groupon cause the offer sounds great right, let me tell you something first of all the offer only includes the lightest tint cause if you want darker tints they will charge you more .I make an appointment with almost 2 weeks in advance for that Saturday of memorial weekend and they didn’t even call me .I called them to confirm just to find out they cancel on me cause they were going to close early because of the holiday. Ugh.. I was very upset but had no choice but to rescheduled for the following weekend, and when I got there finally for my appointment at 12 he said is gonna be a wait cause he was backed up now no only they cancel on me and I have to pay more now I have to wait too (smh) so for you to have an idea I got there at 12 noon my car wasn’t ready till 3:30 He offer me a $10 discount for the inconvenience really I was coming from Land o lakes come on are you serious right now . So he gave me 10 just to charge me more cause I want the darker Tints 35 which is the legal one here in Florida . And the job was ok seeing bubbles already in one of the windows . Sometimes better to pay a little more for a better service .

Terrible customer service!! Tried to buy an ATV for my son for Christmas from this place. He had me fill out all the forms told me he had what I needed and as we were getting ready to head up there to pick it up he messaged me a picture of bedsheets!! I asked him why and he said he no longer had the ATVs so not to bother coming to get them because he had sold them already. He then proceeded to get nasty with me and tell me that next time I shouldnt wait so long to buy my kid a gift!! The next day the same ATVs he said he no longer had were listed again for sale. I do not recommend doing business with this guy!!!

I have had motorcycles, dirt bikes and atvs more that 50 years and for the first time I have found a repair shop that really stands behind every thing they do. When I first walked into the shop on Gunn Hwy. in Tampa I was greeted by the owners and right away I felt Blessed to have finally found a repair shop that was friendly and willing to go out of their way to meet my needs. I have used them several times and I am happy to say that they stand behind everything they say and do. Not only do they stand behind their work but when they quote a repair estimate they dont inflate the price once the repair is done. Their pricing is much less than a dealer and you really get much better service than a dealer ship. They are a very honest,respectful family owned company and I have referred them to many of my friends and they are all just as happy as I am. Every time I have called them for any information or for any of my bike needs they are always very happy to help out. A big hats off to a great repair shop. Needed tint for my Acura TL on all 4 windows. Not only did they tint them to perfection, they also tinted my back window without me even having to ask ! I’d give them 10 stars if I could, can’t beat the price/quality.

Absolutely fantasic shop! Im from Orlando and my honda rebel broke down on a work trip out here. Paul and his mechanics went over my bike throughly and recommended the right repairs to get it running like new again! They didnt move forward with any repairs or extra work until I approved it, they had no extra/surprise fees, and their prices, from the tow they offered to the final repair, were cheaper than I expected to find. I was treated professionally and their work was top notch. Id recomend them to anyone!!
