Went into Harley to look at an iron 883 kalem came up to me showed me the bike and instantly knew that’s what I wanted but I wanted to look at other stores I went to another Harley dealership 30 minutes away and before I could even look around I was rudely approached and talked to by a sales associate so I left and the next day i went to Brandon Harley and bought the bike kalem made it very easy and was straight forward with everything. Will definitely buy another bike from this location

Had Legend air-suspension [rear] + front system installed along with several routine maintenance items in Sep-Oct 2021. [There were indications that] one of the maintenance items was not completed correctly resulting in unanticipated consequences. The service department took complete ownership of the matter and far exceeded my expectations in terms of remediation. Ive been to many Harley (and other) high-end vehicle dealerships ... and can report with confidence Harley-Davidson of Brandon is a best-in-class operation. Can’t say enough about Chris and the service team at Brandon Harley. We were on the back leg of a long road trip from Kansas City to Key West and had a flat tire in Tampa. Brandon Harley was the only place that had the tire in stock and was willing to put it on same day so we could get home. By the time we got the bike loaded and over to Brandon it was five minutes to closing time. They looked at each other and said, “Let’s do it.” on a Friday night no less. They ended up replacing both tires with a smile and great service. Great people. Thank you for caring.

UNLIKE ANY OTHER... This was my first visit to Brandon Harley Davidson. I was on my first long motorcycle trip, and had a tire problem that needed to be taken care of immediately. Being i own a metric I had called several other places for pricing and help. From the 1st interaction with Shirley in reception to my conversation with LT in service, I could tell this dealership was different, I just didnt kniw how different. LT quoted me a price that was $200 cheaper than all the other dealerships AND was able to get me in for service the next day....the other dealerships said they could get me in in a week or so even after being told i was from out of state. I pulled into the Harley dealership and was impressed. Beautiful facility and surroundings. I was greeted by Blake from service and received white glove service. Courteous, professional, personable and genuine. I was given a time frame of how long the tire replacement would take and was advised the lounge and facilities were at my disposal. I was hesitant to walk the showroom, because the last thing i wanted was to have someone pester and pressure me to get a new bike... Sooo NOT the case. All the staff was as friendly as could be AND there was zero pressure. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with John and Andrew (members of the sales staff). Not once did I get that feeling like i wanted to run because here comes another one that just wants to high pressure me and push, push, push me into a new bike. Dont get me wrong, I know they are there to earn a living and sell product, but they have mastered the art of it. I own a Honda VTX 1800 Retro, have never seriously thought about buying or owning a Harley... Until today! The interactions and high level of service from the staff and the atmosphere of the dealership are seriously heading me in the direction of an Ultra Glide or Road King. Being i am from out of state, when i am able to pull the trigger and becone a member of the HARLEY Davidson family, HARLEY DAVIDSON of BRANDON is the dealership I will be using... Thays what an unbelievable and great experience I had. Ive never had a dealership wash and detail my bike after a simple tire change.. Thank you HD of Brandon for saving my vacation, providing me with a level of service that I can only describe as legendary as well as giving me an experience that will be sharing with everyone.

Doug helped out with an oil leak today which resulted in needing a new oil filter gasket and an oil change. Great price, and I went in today not expecting to get my bike back until next week due to the amount work they have right now. All work got done along with a wash of the bike. Great job! Second time taking my bike there and have been great for me both times!

Im late at finally posting my experience that I had here. I came in Memorial weekend looking to trade my Iron 883 sportster for a bigger bike. I met Dusty on that Friday afternoon and he walked me through their inventory. He was super helpful and they had a great selection too choose from. I came back Saturday with my wife to pick the bike I wanted but he had to leave early that Saturday. Neil came over to take care of us and I was really impressed with him and his service. Hes got a ton of knowledge about the bikes and helped me make my decision. I ended up getting a 2017 Dyna Fat Bob. The bike was in perfect condition and I immediately loved the bike. Everyone there from Dusty to Neil and then to the finance department were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend going here for your next bike and definitely ask for Neil. You wont be disappointed

When I decided to get a bike I had my heart set on the new Idian Scout Bobber. I signed up for the Harley Motorcycle course expecting to get my endorsement and move on. However, after my first day at Harley they had won me over. Their warm and courteous reception coupled with the professionalism and above and beyond service they provided during and after the class was unlike anything else I have ever experienced at any other dealership. Immediately upon completing the course I was paired up with the nicest people I had encountered at any other dealership. They helped me find a bike that was appropriate for my skill level, they told me about their buy back program which guarantees me full price back if I upgrade in a year and they insured I stayed under my budget without even giving me a chance to negotiate for it. I can’t say enough about them and their service, they have surely earned a customer for life. Whether you are in the market for a bike or not, Harley Davidson is definitely a cool place to visit on a leisurely afternoon and with their bar and grill out back you can catch some food and take in a beautiful view.

Brooke the finance manager is amazing and knowledgeable. I came in unannounced and she stopped what she was doing and took care of me. So just purchased my first ever Harley Davidson. Wow amazing! What made this experience even more amazing was the help of John and chelsy. They literally Jim threw hoops for me. I am a recent graduate of the Basic Riders Course. Although I have been riding motorcycles most of my life, I like many of my peers, had dropped my endorsement while in the military due to the regulations associated with having one on your license. This year I decided to become legal again. The classroom environment was friendly, inviting and professional in setting. The motorcycles utilized in the class were well maintained and adequately adapted for beginner riders. Our instructors George and Mark were tremendously knowledgeable and proficient in the subject of motorcycle riding. Mark was extremely patient with everyone and took extra time with students to gain mastery of the skills needed to pass the course. He personally helped me with my obstacle avoidance technique until I was able to put it together. I hope he gets some major kudos for having to put up with my pleasurable personality! George was also a great mentor for the class although he would not share his cookies with me... Our class was made up of both men and women. Our class was made up up experienced riders and beginners. Our class consisted of persons from diverse economic, educational and racial backgrounds yet all were treated with respect. It is worth mentioning being that it is such a hot button topic today. Everyone was treated like family and I believe this was truly sincere. I would recommend these guys to anyone and encourage riders of all skill sets to take the course. My personal thank you to Mark and George for making the class both fun and educational. God Bless and ride safe all!

Long, but theres a reason: I attended the beginners riders course. Ill be honest- it didnt go the way it was supposed to. One of the coaches fell ill, and had to go to the hospital, which ended up throwing off the schedule for that day, and the next, making for 2 of the longest days Ive had in a while! All of that said, George, (ill coach) actually came back that day, when he left the hospital, and returned the next day! Mark and Nick were were great on the range- very patient! Vinny, who heads up the program, was very involved, and was a huge help to me, personally, when I began having some issues with my left hand, that wouldvehad me leaving that day, and having to come back. These coaches all seem to have something that has happened in their lives, that makes them passionate about sending out the safest riders they can! Id absolutely recommend HD Brandon, if youre considering a riding course!

Hey there my name is Robert and just wanted to let my fellow riders know especially with riding season at its best.Brandon/Tampa Best Harley Davidson dealership I’ve ever dealt with…To be honest who hasn’t stopped at a Harley Davidson dealership that they were passing by in any town, but I have to say hands-down this is #1 on my list I live in Lakeland and I won’t mention any names 😉 but I would drive the extra 30 minutes to go here just to buy a washer before I would stop in my hometown !Everyone at this dealership was awesome .my wife and myself dealt directly with Brooke in financing and Dusty one of their sales reps and I can honestly they work with us on a personal basis and actually made us feel welcome it wasn’t just a job to them and they were definitely compassionate to help us with our situation !We weren’t there to per say buy a motorcycle but my wife and I had lost our son and didn’t want to let his bike go back to the HD for auction for sentimental reasons !We tried to get help with the dealership in our hometown but they did not want to deal with us because it wasn’t profitable enough to them which Harley Davidson Financial group pointed out to us and asked us if there was any other dealerships close by that we could talk to so we called Harley Davidson of Brandon which helped us keep our sons bike through a rider to rider program that Harley offered.Again I can’t say enough about this dealership their staff went over and beyond our expectationsI also have all my service work done here as well due to again bad experience elsewhere in my home town of Lakeland.LT is my service advisor and has helped us with repairs that anyone could had easily made us spend a great deal more !We are so appreciative of this dealerships compassion and honesty thank you all.Robert and Michelle ❤️ ❤️

Service side has been pretty good and will continue to use them as my primary service shop while my warranty and service package is active.Retail side has not been as good of an experience. Many small issues over time and one in particular has forced me to re-evaluate where I spend my money on parts and retail items.

This past weekend I participated in the New Rider Course though Harley-Davidson Brandons Riding Academy Range. Everything from the classroom to the riding area was right here on the property. They provided the motorcycles, the helmets (if needed), and classroom equipment. Mike was the BEST instructor. He was both patient, incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He was a very skilled instructor and kept the entire course lively, interesting, safe, and FUN! The skills you learn in this course are incredibly useful and 10000% worth it!

Harley Davidson in Brandon. FL is first class all the way! I just completed the basic riders course at this location and it was a first class experience from the very beginning. It started with Jared. He helped me feel prepared, excited, and extremely comfortable to start the course. He made sure I had everything I needed and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. George was an incredible coach! It was my very first time on two wheels and he was extremely patient, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. I feel safe ad more confident than ever to continue practicing with all of the right tools now at my disposal. Thanks again George! Stop by any H-D dealers when Im traveling, I stopped in and purchased a few items walked around a bit and enjoyed the event that was going on. I was exiting the dealership and I saw a few people with there camera out, walked over to see what they were filming and what a beautiful site.

Called in two days ago and spoke with Shirley who was very helpful Have a Rocking Harley Day really nice person. Returned today to get new tires and oil change. LT in the service department assisted me. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Finally met Shirley in person, did not disappoint. Still nice in person.

This is my favorite place to go. All of the staff are very sweet and welcoming. Shirley always greets the customers and is very helpful. Vinny is the best, he always makes sure customers leave with a happy and good experience. I came here for a beginner riding class and really enjoyed my time there.

Completed the Basic Rider Course through the riding academy @ Harley Davidson Brandon. Course was great. The instructors (Mark Parco/Nick Matros) were great, Academy manager Vinny Porter was encouraging and the whole staff @ HD Brandon went out of their way to make you feel apart of their family. If you are a skilled rider without the endorsement or just a beginner this course will help you greatly in ways you may not be aware of. I highly recommend it.

I took the new rider course (and passed) and from the very start to the end it was a super smooth process. Jared reached out to me many times throughout to keep me updated and make sure I had everything I needed, Vincent was fantastic and my new BFF lol .. he also made sure I was well taken care of, and of course George, George is a great teacher, with good patience lol he not only teaches you, but hes got a good sense of humor as well to lighten the mood. I have to start by saying that once you go through the Harley Davidson gates you feel like you’re on a getaway vacation. Then comes the cool stuff, the staff is awesome, the motorcycles 🏍 are awesome, there’s a restaurant and many more cool things to see. I have never been a motorcycle owner or have never ride in a motorcycle so I decided to take the Riding Academy course to learn how to ride, it was the best decision I’ve made and I encourage anyone who is eager to learn how to ride to sign up for a class you won’t regret it! I had two awesome coaches, Dan and George, both phenomenal, funny, driven to teach what you need to know about motorcycles and they made the class extremely fun, after all we are riding motorcycles how much more fun can you have! I got my first bike in december and I wanted to get my endorsement so I can be riding legally, safely, and have more knowledge of how to maneuver a motorcycle for being a brand new rider. I called around and other places and they did not really give me the understanding and proper follow up. I called once to Harley Davidson of Brandon and I was signed up in 7 minutes over the phone. My first day when I drove in to the dealership and the building and the environment looked like a paradise! I have never seen anything like it! It was like a resort and I walked inside and there is a huge inventory of seriously beautiful Harley Davidsons and everyone was genuinely friendly and relaxed and helpful. Immediately felt like a family. I had the great honor to work with Vinnie Porter, George Laws, and Dan Landando. These people are the TOP GUNS. It just simply doesnt get any better than this. So I was on vacation and riding with friends who “ own CVO harley’s. I was on a sports tour blackbird. We were going to Miami in a few days so wanted a full tour bike. I asked my friends to take me to the Honda dealer for a Goldwing! Didn’t happen, they passed it up and went to Brandon. What a eye opener! Great greeting from the door, Mgr ( Richie) owner and Eric (salesman). Road several Goldwings before but never a Harley. Fell in luv purchased a 2020 road glide limited. Took it home to Michigan but within 1,100 miles it gave hela problems. Where HD MoCo. had to step in. They did there best to fix. Even replaced the motor. 395 miles on new motor same issue occurred. MoCo begin to back pedal. But not Brandon Harley! Mgr said “ we sell bikes & service . We will purchase the bike bake +++ plus… they kept their word and handled it very professionally. I recommend regardless where you live Brandon Harley. We purchase cars on-line why not purchase your next Harley with premium service ( second to none) thanks Brandon family I’m having a rocking Harley time now on my 21 Sunset Orange CVO.🙌🙌🙌

Riding Academy is a great opportunity for new riders to learn how to safely ride and learn the basic Riding skills, the couchs are very professional and friendly. They really know what they are doing and help you gain basic skills in just couple of days.If you are a new riders, this is a must for you.

Just went through the riding academy, George was excellent, he was super patient, he took the extra time he needed to show us what he wanted to be able to do. Vinnie was fantastic about showing us the dealership and welcoming us to the family. Jared sold me my bike and he was awesome. This shop is amazing and I recommend the shop and riding academy to anyone who is thinking about it.

Purchased my first Harley here at Brandon HD and couldnt be happier! They have an amazing staff onsite and not once did I feel pressured to purchase. My sale rep was Kalem and hes fantastic! We got to ride around between two bikes that I couldnt decide over and he ensured to point out all the Pros and Cons. Very knowledgeable and understood my needs for my first Harley bike. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I would highly recommend anyone to stop by and check them out! My favorite amenity here at Brandon... they have fishing rods and a pond next to the facility. A unique way to wait for your bike while being service and get some fishing in!

Bad Rabbit All Female Band. Beautifully harmonized, Great vibes, energy. The band made me stay long... Love it...Nice beautiful scenic view. Restaurant, 2 full bars with waterfalls, plenty of parking, cars, snd motorcycles. I will be back with more of my visit later...

Just graduated from riding academy here and these people make you feel like family, if you know how to balance a bicycle you can ride a motorcycle, of course if you come to these guys first, coaches George and Nick were super helpful and very patient with everybody in the class, George its an awesome coach he really knows how to explain everything in a simple and easy manner that you will pick it up real fast, everybody in that building welcomes everybody like family and that counts a lot!! They dont just want ur money they want you to learn and be safe in the road, i got a honda grom as my first bike but mannn once i rode the ones in the range now i want a harley lol i will be back to keep practicing in the future!! I recently attended the riding academy as a brand new rider after researching the various schools in the area. Im so glad I chose Harley-Davidson of Brandon. Vinny and Jared made us feel welcome right from the start and our coaches, Ted and Brian, were amazing!! I was pretty nervous at first but they were so knowledgeable and made the experience so much fun! Ted made sure I had a lower seat on my bike and checked in with me often to see if I was doing ok. You are in good hands with these coaches. My only suggestion for new riders is bring some snacks to keep your energy up!

I went into Brandon Harley Davidson looking for a Street Glide and Eric U found me exactly what I was looking for. They didnt have it on site but he got it shipped from another store and ordered the tour pack I wanted. Even though he doesnt work in parts hes knowledgeable and has a great sense for what the customer is looking for and suggested led lights and turn signals that are exactly what I wanted. All around a great experience at Brandon HD. Ive been back several times since my buying my bike and Ill be back again for sure.

This dealership is so nice. Great western theme. The staff is beyond friendly. No wonder why this was voted the friendliest Harley Davidson in the United States. Great customer lounge with free drinks and beer. Yes free beer! And the surrounding grounds are super nice great little Harley pub off to the side of the dealership. Definitely stop in here before you hit Tampa or Saint Petersburg. Jess, Cynthia, Shirley were a great help, so friendly. Sid on sale was top notch, polite friendly and full of bike info.

I recently participated in and successfully completed the Riding Academy at Brandon Harley Davidson. The class, the facility, the instructors (get KEL and Brian if you can), the riding range, and the supplied bike for the class were all top rate! I strongly recommend that any new rider interested in taking the MSF Basic Skills Course, register with Brandon Harley Davidson.I liked it so much I bought two motorcycles at Brandon HD after completing the class. Ask for Neil in sales at Brandon HD he will take care of you for sure.

Picked up my Mainah fellow Harley riding cousin from the airport and it wouldnt have been right not to stop at a Harley dealership. We had choices and found out we made the right one when we stopped here. We had a blast and had some laughs with Mandy, Haley, & Jordan. We scored some Brandon Harley swag and then moved on to hang with Shirley for a few minutes. Everyone was very fun, friendly, and helpful. 🤘🏻

I completed the Harley Riding Academy’s Basic Rider’s course. David was an awesome coach. Having never driven a manual transmission car or having rode a motorcycle, I was literally starting from scratch. Three days later, I pass the riding and written exams and am test driving a brand new Harley Street Glide touring bike. Amazing! I never thought I would progress so quickly. I attribute my success to the amazing coaches that taught me these new skills. I look forward to buying my first bike soon and I will certainly be going thru Harley of Brandon.

Ricky in Sales was absolutely the best at what he does. Super patient, knowledgeable and NO PRESSURE what so ever. I knew I wanted a Harley but had no idea what I was getting into. Ended up riding a Road Glide Limited home and would have probably made the wrong choice had it not been for Ricky. Super happy with the bike and Ricky keeps us up to date on events and mods we can do to our bike, great guy!

I cannot say enough about the service department!! I had a Screaming Eagle Stage IV 131 engine put in during November 2020 and to this day any questions or follow-up that I have had Ive been able to reach out for assistance and the team has been more than accommodating. Ranger, Blake and LT provided excellent customer service and continue to do so. It was greatly appreciated to have team members be so attentive and caring.

My husband and I rode our bikes to Brandon Harley to meet some friends. While waiting we started browsing, we had been talking about trading in my 95 Electra glide for a few months, long story short we ended up meeting a super awesome sales guy “Lunch Box” (Tony). Tony is a very personable guy. He listened to what I wanted and found me my dream bike. He worked with us on the price and financing. If your looking to buy a new bike or trade in your old girl like I did, Lunch Box is your guy.

I LOVED IT SO MUCH! I had a great time with our coaches Dan & Kelly !!! It was my first time on the bike. DAN is absolutely amazing! He was very encouraging, supporting, understanding. He came up to me personally and cheered me up each time I did something wrong. Thats what I love about him, Bc he always finds right words/advices. Kelly was very fatherly to me, he helped me push my pick when I couldnt (Bc Im too short) ahaha. I suggest everyone taking the course and having these coaches.( June class). Today, (08.06) I had to retake my test. Gorge was absolutely amazing coach! He was very encouraging, too his time to help us to feel more comfortable on the bike. I was scared of making some turns but with some new tips&tricks I was able to pass! After a long day, I am more comfortable on the bike, have more knowledge about how to ride a bike, most importantly I was able to fix all of my problems.While waiting for my test day to come, Vincent was helping a lot. I came to Harley almost every week, few times per week, to have some more trainings with Vincent. He was very patient with me, he show me his own tips that he use when he rides his own motorcycle, and it helped a looooot! Today was very hot and I had a huuuuge headache, Vincent gave me an ice pack, water, and asked if I need any pills or if I need to see a doctor. I love this location and everyone here, they are like family ❤️

I took the riding course and was very nervous because I have only been a passenger before on a bike but, I wanted to learn how to ride. The coaches Brian and Wayne were amazing! The first day on the bike they explained everything in detail to where I understood what I needed to do and by the 2nd day I was not nervous and more comfortable on the bike. I went from no experience what so ever riding to passing the class and having confidence in myself that I can ride and be comfortable doing it. Huge thank you to Brian and Wayne for all your support and help during the class.

Just recently completed the Basic Rider Course at Brandon Harley and it was a great experience. We had a larger class of 11 but the instructors were still able to give everyone equal attention and instruction throughout. Wayne and Brian were fantastic coaches, really easy to interact with and were always willing to talk through concerns or questions. Looking forward to riding now that I have my endorsement!

First experience with this dealership was to grab gloves for my hubby - they stayed open a few minutes later for me after I called not realizing they closed at 6! Then, I was looking at boots another time for myself and Vince handed me his card after he saw me looking at a few sportsters. No pressure, no games just told me when Im ready to learn to ride to give him a call - so I did! Best Harley I’ve been to in a while. Everyone here is very friendly. Haley and Kat in the clothing department were very helpful with helping me find what I needed. As well as parts helped me understand what certain parts I would need for my project. I highly recommend this location.
