Stored my items here for a year. Zero issues. Safety was a big thing for us. Had no problems. Management was amazing. If you are looking for a secure and well managed storage facility. Metro is the way to go! Thank you to Debra for everything.

5 star location. Staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. Location was exceptionally clean, well light and accessible. 5 years and NEVER one issue. Highly recommend this location.

We have appreciated the professional service received from Metro Self Storage on 19390 Bruce B Downs Boulevard Tampa Fl. Debra, the manager, has been most helpful from the beginning of our rental process showing a thorough knowledge of her business. Debra gave us tips on how to pack our unit to maximize space. We found the unit to be clean and ready for service. All or questions were answered as she gave us a thorough tour of the facility. We will recommend Metro to our friends.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The process to sign up if quick and straight forward. My only complaint is that you are required to purchase a lock directly from them.

I visited this facility for a quote and it was one of the nicest Ive seen; clean, well maintained and good security in a nice location. Deborah, the property manager that showed me my unit was very helpful in walking me through the process. I would highly recommend.

I always received prompt polite professional service from this Metro Storage in New Tampa all of my dealings with the Metro Self Storage has been positive Ive been with them for almost 12 years or more and have never been disappointed in any of my interactions with any of the Personnel everybody is very professional and tactful and more than willing to bend over backwards to help you even when we had a a situation where another tenant had mistaken one of our units for theres and in so doing broke their key in our lock the the Personnel at Metro were quick to remedy the situation drilling out the lock and helping us to replace it with a new one with no charge!! I highly recommend anyone who cherishes their items to store them with Metro Self Storage in one of their climate controlled units you will not be disappointed.

This facility is easy to use and safe to store your belongings. Management is easy to communicate with and the prices are reasonable.

Steve was great and getting my account set up and providing me with all the information needed to establish my account with metro.. I will say this storage facility is a little old and the out of elevators are very tight. When youre trying to get stuff into your storage unit. Overall the place seems to be very well maintained!

People where very nice and helpful in office. The units are clean and well lite. They must spray for insects often have never seen any and in Florida ThaTs saying a lot i would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I have been a customer of this particular Metro Self Storage for over 4 years and never had a negative experience. Deborah, the manager maintains a professional yet personable demeanor, but runs a tight ship and the facility is kept spotless, tidy and well maintained. Would never think of moving.

We just reserved a storage space today. Deborah was extremely honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took us on a quick tour to see the size differences. We told her what we needed it for and instead of trying to sell us a bigger more expensive one, she told us the smaller option would work. She also researched all special discounts currently offered and gave us the best offer. I would recommend this place for all your storage needs.

Overrall, getting the paper process was quick, Deb the Counter Representative was very helpful.The move was a bit disappointing for my storage unit is on the 3rd Fl and although there are 2 elevators they are not active at the same time so we had to wait when other people when they were using them.I am very pleased with how clean the site is kept.

Debra was very nice. Helpful. Honest. Keeps place clean. But, I gave only 2 star, because, the place is kind of expensive plus, I am having a hard time signing up to pay monthly rental online.

Great place to do business with! Extremely well managed (Deborah is very helpful, professional, and friendly to all -- greeting customers by name as they enter the office!) and the facility is well-lit, secure, and very clean. If ever in need of storage I strongly recommend using this location!

Very nice location, clean, well lit and the manager, Deborah is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

The facilities are clean as other reviewers have already commented. However, the storage spaces advertised are approximate, (i.e. inflated). For instance, the 5x10 space is more like 4x9 which was a deal breaker for me since I needed all the space advertised. Also, Im disappointed that the 24 hour access is also not the case. Perhaps there was something wrong with the door but the building did not open when I keyed in my code (yes, my rent was paid, my rental began just the other week, and I got in through the gate with my code so I wasnt keying in the wrong code). I also did not receive much assistance when trying to report the issue and was told to contact the store when they are open again.
