This was a great experience being able to tow my car behind my RV so when I got to my destination I could go places and do things where it might be difficult to drive to and park a Motorhome!

Ive stored my belongings here for almost 3 years. The service had been phenomenal. There was a miserable made once where my account was accidental erased. They recognized immediately and contacted me to fix it. Ive just moved my things to my new home and all is well. This group is professional from the top down beginning with Dayna. The customer service excellent, and I guess that why they are always busy! 😉

Visited today for climate controlled storage. Met three of the staff members and all were very nice and helpful! They explained everything perfectly and left me with no questions to ask! I rented a unit and am very happy knowling their is a great staff on property! I highly recommend this location for climate controlled or non-climate controlled storage.

I am a customer of U-Haul for 30 years usually never have Any problem with my rental except today Actually I don’t do bad reviews but I have to give -1 start to this location Real bad customer service. The front desk lady with the dark hair she was very rude I do believe the company need to get more training for customer service

Staff is not friendly, you can tell they are just there for a paycheck. Also, see photo as reference: this location has Zero climate control units per the girl at the counter although it’s advertised as if all units would be. There is misleading advertising, the building reads ‘climate control storage’ and the banner on the entry gate reads ‘climate control’. I’ve been a loyal u-haul customer for years and many moves and lately it’s not seeming worth it. Not upfront with fees. After renting at a low advertised rate, they tell you after the fact that you need to buy their lock and the unit chosen is also not climate controlled. Ok if it is a good lock, just be upfront with any fees.

Ive dealt with U-Hauls before but I have to say this was my best experience. Because we drove one way from New York we received our first month of storage free which was awesome. The had a number of staff unlike other U-Hauls that only had 1 staff. The process was quick and easy and the employees were awesome.

Absolutely no service period! No one in the office and no answer to any of the 3 phone numbers posted on the door.

I was there today Sunday. They left a TRASH lady work there. I cant believe how nasty she was. Do nor drive with your truck without a written approval from that BH

I have used several U-Haul locations around Florida including three in the Tampa area and this is my preferred location. It is a smaller office yet I get served faster than the giant U-haul place just up the road on Florida Avenue. I am surprised by the negative reviews since I have used this location three times, most recently on March 20th, 2017 and they have been helpful and friendly every time. There was never any issue with billing or charges to my card other than the correct amounts. The vehicles are clean and not worn out or beat up and full of fuel so you dont have to guess how much to put back in. They have a convenient night drop box so you can leave the truck after hours which I love. I would recommend this location to my friends and family without hesitation.

Worst service I have ever received. Moved from Tallahassee to Tampa a couple of months ago and will never use uhaul again because of this store. I parked my truck in the return section as instructed and no one attended us for about 30 minutes and a lady whos tag said manager told me I needed to move my truck and go make the line inside to be helped. I was the first person there and instead had to go wait in another line for almost 2 hours because no one bothered to ask me to come inside when I first got there. Not to mention the lady was extremely rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask what I was supposed to do. Never using uhaul again.

It was a quick rental, I was in and out. Ive been to some U-Haul centers that took forever so this was a nice change!

Uhaul has spacious trucks and low enteries. The facility has items for your packaging needs. Pick up some tape to secure your boxes. The matteres plastic coverings are quite handy. Many were releaved they had them when it rain suddenly.

Couldnt have been better. They were helpful, the storage facility was clean and they even followed up to make sure that we had what we needed. Far exceed all expectations.

These people dont try to help at all, all they are concerned about is if someone is going to steal their truck. If you treat people with suspension and like criminals you wont get much bussiness. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
