I want to stress that my review is based entirely on the help my husband and I received from Genesis and Donna. We bought an office chair from here a few years back and it has a warranty through the Manufacturer. Both ladies were wonderful and helped us to work with the Manufacturer in order to have a replacement sent out due to the situation at hand. We are currently waiting on the replacement and they are keeping in touch with us throughout the process. I will say that the Salesperson who sold the chair to us was an off experience and he is no longer there. But, I will also say that if we had to judge this center by its actual Manager, we would not step foot back in the store for another purchase. Due to the kindness and genuine concern of Genesis and Donna, our view is a bit different now. :) Keep up the good work ladies - it is certainly a difficult world out there right now and you two are gems throughout it.

I had a great experience with them about 2 years ago buying a new chair for my home office. I work from home and am in my chair for hours every day. I went there for about 4 visits each lasting 2-3 hours trying one chair per visit to see how my back felt afterward. I brought my laptop as they have free wifi and desks I could sit at while I tried each chair. When I found the one that looked good and had good ergonomics for me we placed the order with the options I wanted and about 3-4 week later it was ready for pickup. Very happy and Ill use them again.

Victor was very helpful. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the products and sensitive to our needs, he was able to put together exactly the office system we wanted for our home office less than a week before Christmas, delivered by Christmas, for our new home. He also beat the prices of the other office furniture outlets in Tampa, including Freedmans. We are pleased with our purchase and with the store and will be back for any other needs we might have.

We have been doing business with them for years, great pricing and fast with helping with our needs. We continue service and send people to them all the time. I highly recommend them.

Do not buy from them. Horrible customer service. Jennifer in the sales department completely botched our order. First, we were promised a call back the same day we came into the store (because Jennifer was out of the office but would be right back) but we did not receive a call back until the next day. No biggie. We decided to proceed anyway.Then we provided her with our credit card information and she failed to place our order. Also, the day we learned our order was not put in, Jennifer again, was out of the office. In the meantime, the product we wanted totally sold out and then we were told that we had to wait a month to get the ones we originally wanted.OFC promised to provide loaners- but the quality and color of the chairs were not even close to the ones we are ordering. We have clients come in frequently to our office so we cannot just put any chairs in the office- for a month while OFC tries to fulfill the botched order.
