The only reason why I gave this store three stars is because, the staff is Pleasant and their customer service is ideal to help with the frustration that this store isnt stocked with a lot of things that is common to peoples everyday use. The staff keeps informing me that they are still waiting on things that is on backorder to help their store be stocked properly. Their staff is both empathetic and sympathetic to their customers needs and concerns. There is several hotels close by that people are actually residing in not just visiting that these things as a necessity for their daily living that unfortunately myself and others have had to walk down to Family Dollar to get what they need

I frequent this location as it is close to home.Couple employees are in need of people skills.But always had a positive experience here. Better selection than some of the other Dollar Generals.

Not a bad spot. Often busy which means they run out of items quickly but definitely worth stopping in for a few quick items.

Their prices keep going up. They used to be really cheap prices on everything. You knew you would be getting the best bang for your buck. Now the have items that are higher priced than Walmart, CVS and Walgreens.

I went to EVERY Family Dollar store in the immediate area (4 total) to find a pack of crew neck tshirts for my son to no avail. The stores were messy. I could barely walk down the aisles without a trip and fall incident and they did not have crew necks for children. I finally decided to go to Dollar General and hit success! Not only was the store and aisles very clean and clear for walking purposes but they also had fully stocked shelves of crew neck style tshirts for kids and adults! I was able to make my son some decorative Holiday tshirts and create lasting memories!

I had a really pleasant experience shopping at this dollar general, a young lady named Destiny pointed me to everything I needed in a blink of an eye.

My go-to store! Employees are great and store is usually stocked and cleaned well

The store is nice now that it is open again after the riot in May 2020.

They often close the store early and a couple of the night staff cashiers are rude. I dont think the younger crew members were taught bagging etiquette.

Great store for couponers especially if you have their mobile app. Giving 4 stars only because you never know what kind of experience you will get. Most of the times its nice a few time you will have a ghetto encounter.

Great employees,very friendly & helpful

I stopped by this Dollar General to grab a drink and while shopping I noticed; people were coming in without any type of mask and were not being asked to use face coverings. Furthermore, the cashier was not wearing a mask either. This is how we’re continuing to spread COVID 19 by not enforcing the law!

I use the coupons on the mobile app, if you dont know about it then check it out.However, we came here today and locked our keys in the car after shopping. The entire staff here was so nice. I appreciate everything! Made the situation not so bad.

This does wide range and variety of items. Prices are reasonable compared to places. They have name brands and off brand. It is not best place in the world. It will do. Service is not bad at all.Some time lines are little long. I do recommend coming here if you’re close by. So go shop and shop to you drop lol

Hey used to be a nice place now its not they dont take care of it theres no pride in their work. The Isles of become very hard to even walk through much less try to see if theres something in there you want to buy. It seems dirty not as clean as it once was and I dont think I want to keep going to the store.

Okay, it is a lil on the rancid side but arent most dollar generals?..LOL! I do tend to overlook a lot because its CHEAP! I also like some of the products that dollar general makes. I can get all of my cleaning supplies for the average cost of forty bucks which I have to restock here at home every three months. Not bad, Id say. When I was buying my cleaning supplies at the grocery store (unless it was on sale) I would end up paying a little more...like forty-five to forty-seven dollars every three months. I always look at sale papers, coupons, discounted and discontinued products to always find the best deal. You can get ahead people, penny by penny, nickel by nickel and dollar by dollar. Stores like Family Dollar, Dollar General and Dollar Tree helps me keep me well within my budget! My bank even pays me for shopping. I get a monthly rebate of anywhere between three to four dollars total every month just for paying my bills and spending money I was going to spend anyways! AWESOME!

I do a lot of shopping at the store and utilize the app on my phone. They offer a lot of coupons. I especially like the $5 off on Saturdays. I recommend it to everyone I know.

Great service

They have their days where the workers are really sweet and helpful. But the rest of the week is unpredictable.The girls that work there are ghetto and talk about inappropriate things in front of the customers. I walked in once and two women were on opposite sides of the store but were screaming back and forth, talking about how one girl went to another girls house to fight. I walked in once and they were talking about sex and there were kids in the store. YOU CANT HIRE EVERYONE.

I just want to give the new manager at this store awesome review l really don’t like to give reviews but I feel this young man has done awesome job to improve this store and went out of his way to help him with excellent consumer service it was highly appreciate just want to tell him thank .

So unorganized, prices are that much cheaper than other places. Shop around before going here for bad customer service and higher prices. (Some stores have good service but very few).

Great place to just stop and grab something in a hurry...its usually not to busy and u can be in and out i stop here for regular household stuff and baby items like wipes pampers bottles.....its well organized so thats what makes the shopping visit pretty quick i would recommend this dollar General because of the great store conditions always clean and well stocked

I tried to enter The store like I always do with my small electric fold up bicycle in my cart and the security guard said I couldn’t bring it in and it wasn’t touching the floor or sticking out . Yet I was kicked out !!! Told me I needed to leave my 500.00 bike outside at night in the hood! I had to ride all the way home empty handed.

Whoever Teresa is at the store on 2400 E Busch Blvd. Is very disrespectful. Im a frequent shopper. And ive seen her help customers. She needs new training or a new job. Customer service skills are not strong with her. Will not be going back to this one. Very unprofessional and hostile towards customers. She has told me and other customers that were listening in on the very unprofessional conversation that if a customer became hostile towards her that she would curse them out. What really sucks is when my six year old asked me at the end of that unprofessional conversation, Why was that lady so mean to you? Please do not spend your hard earned money here until shes removed...
