Other than the phone messages being full on their business line…and full messages…necessarily causing my need to drive to the store..to receive my new Apple 13 Pro. !!! Overall a simple great experience!!!

I can’t imagine how it could have gone any better. We got our phones switched over to Verizon in no time at all. We ordered the latest iPhones and are getting them sooner than we thought possible. Can’t wait until the new Apple Watch comes out. A big thumbs up.

When i went to put my sons phone on my pay as you go plan I was told I couldnt. They cancelled my plan and signed me up for an unlimited plan that she said was $60 but its $70 per phone and more. when i went back to have them fix it they said it would be more fees, didnt fix the problem and told me that it was all a Verizon problem and I would have to deal with Verizon and when I thought we had come to an answer with a new plan I find Im still on the same plan, extremely unhappy and will never go back to a store again

The sales rep, Jaelynn, was very polite and greeted each customer as they came through the door even though she was the only employee in the store. She also was able to help me purchase a new SIM card at the same time that she was helping another customer. She provided great customer service to both of us while 2 other customers waited for their turn to be helped and she never seemed or acted overwhelmed while there were 4 customers in her store. Jayla was so very professional. She explained the transition from my plan to a better plan, did upgrades to my phone and helped me choose a new phone. She also suggested that I purchase a case and a screen protector and installed them. Jayla made the experience quite positive.

Ryan was AMAZING!!!!! He helped when I decided to play hulk smash on my phone he was great getting me what I needed at a great price!!! And while I was there many people were coming in with service issues because of a downed tower and he stayed cool calm and collected the entire time!! He is a great asset to your team!!! Frustrating experience. Customer service agent did not explain terms and 2year length of home phone service contract, nor did she mention that an early termination fee could apply. In fact, she didnt even specify there was a contract at all! Wireless calling device did not work in my area, so useless. Also, transaction took too long, and the agent repeatedly made mistakes entering my info. Printer was either offline or out of ink, so I could not get a physical receipt. Verizon needs to do much better: please train your staff to basic levels of competence, and make sure salespeople are transparent. Luckily I can return for a full refund but what a waste of time. Avoid this place if possible.

I needed a new phone, and I received outstanding service from Jose! He was patient, super helpful, and did not pressure me to buy an expensive phone... I gave him my price range and he brought me 3 phones to look at. Nowadays its rare to come across someone who cares about providing great customer service, so we were very pleased to have such a good experience with Jose.

Every one was nice but could not help me. Im now stuck with a phone that doesnt hold a charge. So Im not happy. My 74 year old husband does not know how to use a smartphone. So we paid for a flip phone a broken phone. I trusted the Verizon company. Ive been let down. After being with Verizon for 20 years. As soon as I can afford to move to another company I will.

I would recommend Verizon to anyone, they are fast and get you what you want. Joey helped me and he made sure everything was working with my phone, and made sure it was set up correctly. Dont believe reviews!! I read a glowing review about how great miranda was that I never wrote.I went back talk about identity theft .She wasnt there but one of the other girls deleted the original rewiew.My experience was not good.I was misled about bundles and insurance.Was a very costly mistake.Dont believe discounts especially when myranda says she is giving you a special price and incentives .She is good at spinning the web. I would compare shops before buying .
