A very honest quality mechanic shop, Richard went out of his way to find me the best deal on a used transmission, installed it during the week of Christmas and New Years! I have a 2000 Z3 and for the last 3 years I have been trying to find out how to fix the multiple problems it has, I started with a BMW dealership and they just took all the vacuum line off and left them off and said they do not know but that will be $150, then I moved to Colorado and took it to a so called mechanic in Denver and suggested I buy a Ford Focus, then another BMW dealership and then I moved to Tarpon Springs and my neighbor recommended Richards Import Auto. Rich went beyond my expectations and worked until he found a solution to all the problems and I didnt have to go to the poor farm either. My car has never run this good. Now that is what I call above and beyond service and results.

I learned about Richie at Richards Imports about 7 years ago when I had a quote from a mechanic that was $1750.00. It seemed high so Richards Imports was recommended to me by a friend so I had my Van towed there and he was able to fix it for $450.00. The difference is honesty and knowledge. Richie is very good at how he fixes his cars. Expert when have problem with SAAB automotbiles. Honest guy tells like it is. If you dont want to be told how it is, and rather be charged crazy loco $$$$, go elsewhere!! But go here for good reliable service with foreign import car especialy.

Sons Mini Cooper was running hard took to dealer was told $4000 for repairs unbelievable . Recommended by a friend to call Richards imported foreign auto shop and so glad I did . He got to the problem quickly and the price could not have been beat . 80% cheaper than dealer .

This has the best mechanics, honest and dedicated to there work. I would recommend them to every one.

I took my bmw to ferman Bmw in Palm harbor and they told me they did a compression test and that two cylinders had no compression. They said I probably had bent valves and it would cost $7000 to fix or 5600 to replace the motor. A friend of mine recommend Rich so I brought the car here. Turns out compression was fine and it just needed spark plugs and coil packs. If youre looking for an honest mechanic to work on your car, especially an import, bring it here. Now my car runs perfect and I didnt get ripped off by the dealership. Thanks again Rich!
