I researched tires before making my appointment with Tire Kingdom for four new tires on my 2015 Ford Escape. I called to make sure they had everything in stock and the gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable and professional. I dropped my car off and they had it ready for me in time to get my son from school. It was clean inside with fast, friendly service. I will be a repeat customer.

9/4/21 EDIT: Saddened, frustrated and understandably perturbed to report that having awakened to my two brand new tires 4-5 pounds UNDER the recommended air level PLUS MISSING their caps -- i.e. BOTH new tires! NO caps! - losing air, well, of course, I called Tire Kingdom who wasnt even slightly apologetic or sympathetic to fact Im handicapped, moving out of state (which they knew) and -- and absolutely unable to just stop by. 🤔ps: Fluids low too despite their assurance they were checked and good to go. Unreal. Shame on them.Matt and Eric could not possibly have provided more outstanding customer service from the initial appointment booking, to their impeccable timeliness upon arrival and subsequent follow-through. Bonus points for the well priced tires and comfy waiting room! Definitely 5 stars and beyond!

I got 2 new tires, oil change and front end alignment the people were nice and helpful 1st thing i noticed was how clean the shop was real clean this is my new place. I Highly recommend this location.

This past Saturday I made an appt to have my rear tires checked because they were making noise. Arrived 10 mins before my 12pm appt time and checked in, where I was told that if I made the appt online I should have called because the system triple books... Which is what happened. Then he also stated the manager had tried to reach me... Not true. After explaining it would be a couple hours before he could even look at my car... We opted to go home and get another vehicle so we could just leave it with them and not wait 4+ hours. At ~3pm I received a call stating I needed two new tires because they were chopped and possibly an alignment. In the next breath he told me it was too late to get the tires and get it done today, that it would be Monday before he could do it. I explained that wouldnt work with our schedules but asked him more about the need for an alignment... He indicated he would have it checked so we could do it all at once. Another 2 hours went by before he called and said they didnt have time to check the alignment after all. Basically they had my car for 5 hours and barely touched it. Very disappointed, will take my business elsewhere.

I know Tire Kingdom as a company may have a bad reputation in some areas, but this one is a BIG exception to the rule. I got new tires for my truck with 87k miles and they did not try to upsell me on anything else I didnt need. The staff was polite, professional and I would highly recommend consulting with this shop for vehicle tire and maintenance needs.

There was a miscommunication with my tire order on their part where things could have gone down hill with my appointment- higher paying price and longer wait time resulting in a wreck of plans for my next few days BUT they made it right and was even able to offer a better deal than before. People make mistakes but they went out of their way to correct them and make it inconsequential for me which was such a relief. Their consideration is something to be appreciated. Been coming here for about 5 years and will continue to. Thanks again Sean and Sarek!

Matt and staff go the extra mile. We always use this location for service or tires. They are always great. This time was exceptional. We were about 20 min from home and our tire pressure light went on. We stopped and checked and a nail was in out tire. We went there and Matt squeezed us in and we were back on the road in an hour. We were on our way to my daughters graduation. One of the service people worked thru their lunch and got us back on the road quickly. Wonderful people. Thank you.

First time giving a review for service not rendered!I am in town visiting my daughter. I had her car detailed and was shown a slash on her front passenger tire, where she ran up on the curb. I was told it could lead to a blowout. I imededially called Costco only to find that the tire was not in stock and would need to be special ordered. Weeks at best...so I searched for local tire companies and was told that Tire Kingdom had the tire needed for her 2020 Mazda6 Touring, not to be confused with the Grand touring! So I drove there and was pleasantly surprised to see that the paperwork had been started and waiting. The attendant, (I regretfully did not get his name), helping me, went out to get the vin number and mileage. When he came in he said, “darn shame those are new tires. I was wondering why you were replacing the front two and then I saw the damage on the front passenger tire.”He proceeded to say that he thought that damage looked superficial. He grabbed a tool, and went back out to further examine the tire. When he came in he told me that the tire didn’t need to be replaced and the damage didn’t seem to compromise the integrity of the tire. I was so shocked and delighted that I didn’t have to incur the unexpected expense-of two new tires. Just when you think there are no more honest folks out here, something like this reminds you that not everyone is out to make a buck at any cost. Thank you guys and best believe that Tire Kingdom will be my first call when we do need tires!

Worst mechinc experive of my life.Went in to have my tores redone since i dont havr the tools to do it myself otherwise i would have. Went in after i got my car back i noticed the ebrake wasnt working and had no tension i call them they took it back and said its the caliper and that i should replace it myself since they dont think they broke it (of corse they dont). And so i go to take a look at it myself and discover my caliper is 100% functional and i find that my parking brake line has been cut due to lazy jacking of my car. Called them back and they refused to acknowledge it.I will never be returing to a place that shamelessly lies to my face with a smile and then tells me i dont know my own car just to save a couple bucks on a new parking brake line.

This place will overcharge you and lie to you and still not fix your car correctly. DO NOT GO‼️‼️ avoid a corporate store, they work for 80% profit and will do anything to get it. these people charge you for more than double what the parts cost and still give you your car back with problems.

Went in to replace a tire under my road hazard warranty. The tire was charged at full price originally, then I was told the tire and mileage would have to be checked before they could give me the correct price. The manager, Joe, came out and made a snide remark about curbs popping out just everywhere, which wasn’t appreciated. I asked at check in for all 4 tires to be checked since I had a low tire light. Shawn at the front desk assured me it would be done and write it down. When I get home I found a bubble in the tire behind the tire that needed replacement. When I called Shawn told me there must have been some kind of disconnect between the front desk and the techs. When I told him he was the one at the front desk he transferred me to the manager, Joe. Joe made no apologies, threatened to rip the techs head off and called me sweetheart twice. He also told me they were busy. Not an excuse to let me drive home on an unsafe tire.

Very friendly. I made an appointment on line and when I arrived they logged my car into the repair process. Forty-five minutes later the repair was completed and I was on my way. The cost was very reasonable!

I purchased 4 tires installed as Im leaving I could feel the car pulling to the left. I pull into a gas station come to find out they only put 9 lbs of air in the front tire. It should have at least 33 lbs, unbelievable!!!

I came in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. Only 1 of the tires lug nuts were on so tight that the tire couldnt come off. I had a rivet in my tire from a board in the middle of McMullen I had to stop and put air in twice till I made it to the 7-11 next door. I ran over there and they patched my tire and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

I was in and out quickly for a battery replacement. This shop has always done a great job of diagnosing and quickly fixing basic maintenance issues. They present all the options and are not high pressure with sales tactics or extra fees. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be a customer...

You will consistently find honest and knowledgeable advice on your auto that is about helping you and your car and not just about making money. Matt and the staff always do right by the customer. They’ve saved me loads by sometimes recommending cheaper repair options but that’s why get my business every time, even though I’ve moved to Tampa and they’re a 35- min drive!

This was my FIRST visit to this particular Tire Kingdom. On my way to work my warning light said my tire pressure was low and instead of going to the Tampa location like I have in the past, I went to my local Tire Kingdom as I didnt want to drive too many miles with this warning light on. They took me in right away with only about a half hour of wait time. I have a lifetime warranty on the tires including rotating and balancing through this Company (a great deal)! So I asked them to do that for me as well as repair the bad tire. To my surprise my tire had no nail in it, in fact ALL the tires were low in pressure as I had not taken my car in when I should have months ago (shame on me). They were friendly and courteous and I really appreciated the speedy job done so I wouldnt be too late for work! I am going to continue to use THIS Location for my future tire rotating and balancing! Just wish I could post a minus star. Just like all these places they up-sell everything. Its a shame that so many people get taken for $$ they didnt need to spend. Took 1 car in for a oil change years ago, and they said I needed the following just due to the mileage on car. Needed air filter, cabin filter, transmission flush, alignment on front end, and tie rod. Now I had just changed air filter, and cabin filter 2 months earlier. The tires werent toed/worn on the sides, and car drove straight with no pull. So like I said they just looked at the mileage and didnt check these things. Had the car for 5 more years and still didnt need the transmission flush or alignment.

Long time customer turned employee, the staff has always been helpful, very knowledgeable staff but ofcourse I work for the company and receive tons of continuous training. The company does what they can to help in a professional yet friendly manner. Prices are competitive. Unfortunately for some people unexpected repairs can be costly and devastating. We as normal people also understand and hate to give you bad news when you want a 20$ oil change and need 1600$ in repairs just to keep you safe and others around you save.

Totally messed my car by doing a simple alignment. Told me to leave the store after complaining.

Chose this tire Kingdom because my conversation with the sales person seemed to be professional and knowledgeable. Arrived for my schedule appointment on Sunday morning at 9 AM and they found: No record of me in their system, No appointment, No paperwork, and the tires that were supposed to be ordered for my car were never ordered.They made excuse about receiving wrong tires, when what really happened was they never ordered the tires or made the appointment. Otherwise you wouldve at least expected a call to cancel the appointment and reschedule.I will never use this tire store again.

Its hard to trust car shops these days to be honest and forthright. Ive been going to this exact tire kingdom location for years and have never been let down. They never try to sell me anything that I dont need. They also have always done an outstanding job when it comes to quality. Recently, I went to jiffy lube and had a problem with my oil change leaking and they checked it out and fixed it for free when I was getting my brakes fluid flushed today. Moral of the story avoid Jiffy Lube like the plague and go to tire kingdom instead.

Awesome service, they really know what theyre doing and did everything in an hour and a half. Recommend them to anyone that wants a personal experience and a job well done.

I called this morning asked for the phone number for the TK store in Dunedin I was told by Shaun he doesn’t have the info available! Why would you not want to give out a phone number to your other stores this I do not understand. I will never ever go back to the East Lake location & tell my friends not to go there also! I have found them in the last 4-6 months to be rude & not helpful. Customer service is becoming a real problem at the East Lake location!

In general I hate tire stores but this location is the best of the best. I am in the classic car business and have recommended this location multiple times always with great results. All the employees seem excellent but Matt, the store manager, is truly exceptional. I have had people drive over 30 miles just to avoid the nightmare they have experienced elsewhere and each of them has raved over this particular East Lake Rd. business. If you remain justifiably skeptical just check the reviews of this location vs. any/all competitors on the huge Tire Rack installer site where they are consistently the highest rated around. Went here to get tires transferred from one set of wheels to another. Prices was one of the cheapest in the area. Stayed late to make sure car was done for me. Manager on duty was nice. Would recommend Tire Kingdom to others.

Dont go here they are crooks!..Dont be fooled by the smooth talking sales guy who does a good job of acting like your best friend.He will aggressively try to sell you services that you do not need based on imaginary issues.Also, beware of just going for tires ...their tire prices are reasonable but when I would not purchase an alignment with purchase of 2 rear tires...my care came out with a sloppy steering pulling to the left when it went in with perfect handling. Did someone turn a nut a few turns on my tie rods to try and get me back for the overpriced alignment..well thats what I think. I will never go back there for anything even if it is advertised as free. FYI Alignment to sort the problem was cheaper at main dealer.

Stay away! Especially dealing with Sean. He did an allignment on my car so bad my rear tires shredded into pieces. They also twisted my steering rack during the allignment. Did not admit to their mistakes or wanted to rectify the situation but rather told me to leave the store. I will be filing a complaint and claim. They care less about safety and retention of their customers.

This Tire Kingdom will be my home for all of my car needs. I brought my car in for new brakes and when I drove off with them being fixed, my sensor lights were still on. I took it back thinking they needed to be reset but there was actually a sensor out in the back tire. The manager was very kind and apologetic for not catching it and ordered the part and fixed it for me at no cost. If you want an honest place to get your car fixed, this is it!

Print out a coupon online for any minor thing your car needs (oil change, inspection, etc.) and use it for that – pass on everything else they recommend. Recently, this particular location wanted to charge me $900 for an assortment of things that, upon taking it to a mechanic, were completely unnecessary. All that said, I understand that this is a Tire Kingdom and that they essentially make money through uneducated consumers blindly accepting their recommendations . . . Just do your research and dont be talked into a large bill.

Ive been coming here for years. I recently had 2 unrelated flats, one with a damaged rim, and these guys went out of their way to get me back on the road, including having my damaged rim looked at by a repair facility that they have no direct relationship with. On more than one occasion, Ive overheard the mechanics discussing ways to save a customer money on repairs when they had no idea anyone could hear them. My teenage stepson recently got his first car and I will send him here without hesitation.

I made an appt a werk ahead then arrived and found out my part wasnt ordered this extending promised time from 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. After sotting there for 45 min the guy came out saying he had bad news. The lead mechanic was gone today and he is the only one to have access to the tool needed to work on my car. Lack of planning ahead for appointments was the problem needless to say i doubt i will be back i wasted an hour of my time for no reason i was thoughly pissed when i left.
