I called in my prescription and 5 hrs later it wasnt even started yet. Then they told my partner my insurance doesnt cover one which Ive told them multiple times I pay out of pocket for that one. They say they are short handed and I understand that however five hours and my 2 prescription werent even started.... not acceptable. This is not the first time either.

Worst pharmacy. The techs are helpful, but the one pharmacist treats you like you are less than a human being. Prescriptions are ALWAYS late. They never have enough ordered and when they assure you it will be ready by a certain date and time it gets pushed off until the following week and it’s too late to even call your doctor to have it sent to another pharmacy. People are prescribed medicine for legitimate illnesses and pain. She makes you feel as if you’re doing something wrong and has zero empathy or kindness. We started with Walmart because they were less expensive than CVS. I’m transferring back. I’d rather pay more, be treated like a human, and know my prescriptions are ready and handled correctly.

Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and courteous. She was able to resolve a problem where my doctor made a mistake on my prescription quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The pharmacist Christine D would not fill my thyroid medication called in by a doctor! I am now out of my medication and will hold her responsible for any health issues that stem from her behavior. I have been on for 20 years. She is very unprofessional and rude. I will never fill another prescription there for fear of this pharmacist working there.

I had a great experience at this Walmart. I had to have prescriptions transferred from out of state to here and it was smooth and easy. I received text messages when my prescriptions were ready. Both times I visited the pharmacy there were no lines and everyone was NICE!! I definitely recommend this Walmart pharmacy.

Very courteous and helpful staff however, phone calls are not answered promptly.

Been trying to call ALL DAY to get an update on my refill. Out of the dozens of times i have called today, they only picked up ONCE & then i was placed on hold for over 10 mins with no response. They never have medications in stock, so you would think they would reach out to you to let you know. However, you get the honor of finding out yourself when you go to pick up your so call ready prescription. This pharmacy is a mess, the communication is all messed up. Im told one thing by another technician, and then Im told different information by another. They put you on this wild goose chase just for you to find out in the end that DAYS have passed, and nothing has been accomplished. Im glad that my medication isnt needed for anything life threatening, otherwise i would have probably ended up dead before even receiving my meds.

Have been told on 2 occasions that the medication was out Walked back up to a different employee 10 minutes later just to make sure (as this happened before) and this other employee fills prescription Obviously the medication was not out of stock When I questioned this person (that DID fill prescription) He said he thought the other employee was confusing my medicine with a similar of close to the same name (that actually WAS out of stock) I asked shouldnt someone say something to her and address this issue He smiled and agreed - Well apparently they havent addressed this issue as it happened again Wednesday! This makes 3rd time Now I sit here wondering if the medicine is there or not This makes 3 times....Im going somewhere else! It is very Inconvenient for me but I am!

I have been filling my prescription with Walmart for years. I tried to fill them here (store 3415) and the pharmacist would not fill them unless I explained why I take each one. Other customers could hear- It was very embarrassing to detail my medical issues with a stranger.

Awful service. Difficult to get the correct medications, never in stock, takes days to get it resolved. Im done with all the hassle. Transfered to a different pharmacy!

Spent $50 for pills that are free at Publix.Ridiculous.Going elsewhere.

Pharmacist is a total idiot. Gave script without consult & had reaction with other medication.

Customer service is terrible. Very rude people. They never have the meds to even fill the presription. Avoid at all costs.
