I was stopping by Target for a return that was a bit cumbersome. As I was looking for a parking spot I noticed one of your employees in the parking lot. I stopped him and asked if he could help me. Without hesitation he responded “sure”! It was only after his generous help, that I found out he had already checked out of work, and still didn’t mind helping. I placed an order for 2 products. One came damaged. The other was fine. I sent the damaged one back. Then I see a charge again for the one I kept. I had to find the target number. I called spoke to one person, then another I told her I was frustrated and raised my voice telling her how difficult it is dealing with target. She hung up on me. Never have I had such an experience.

I drove all the way from the Canadian border about (75 miles)to pick up and item that was put on hold. I even called the store when I was literally 17 min away....when I get to the store I was told sorry sold 10 min ago. I WILL NEVER TRUST TARGET and I will never shop there again. Horrible horrible horrible experience. And was only compensated with a measly 10 dollar gift card!? I doubt 10 dollars will cover 150 plus miles and the absolutely disgusting feeling I got from this experience. The absolute hands down worst retail experience I ever had in my entire life

I dont like the the you cant talk to anybody on the phone and actually leave a message or or get them to call you back and it takes too long to try to get a hold of the people that youre really trying to talk to theyre kind of really belligerent about what theyre trying to do I definitely would not shop at Target again in fact I cut my card up and I sent it back to the company because of what they did to me I thought I made it my payment they never said that they didnt get my payment and they turned it over to the credit reporting agency that I was late instead of trying to get me my email or mail and they have my address so I think it was really dirty pool of them if you shop anywhere do not shop at Target

If only I could give zero stars. My fiance and I ordered a couch over two weeks ago, and somehow it was shipped to New York? We live in Indiana. Apparently the zip code was off and they dont know how it happened.They cancelled the order without even letting us have a say. Then tried to turn the situation back on us, as if it was our fault. We talked to at least 6 reps trying to get any help we could. The final person we talked to LITERALLY, I cannot make this up, tried to call me wrong and giving him the wrong information, even though I had the proof, names, reference numbers, etc. He said I dont see why you are contacting me, because this situation is done and over. Although it was impossible to understand him over his poor communication.We were only compensated for the multiple mistakes of TARGET with $20 in gift cards. Stuck without a couch, and no other option. Good thing Amazon exists and we ordered a couch from their competitor. It is ridiculous they cannot make this right. Be wary of ordering any large furniture from Target that is shipped through EFW. Ridiculous.

My other half purchased a gift for me for Christmas. It was supposed to show up today and said it was delivered but only received some children’s books. Contacted corporate was informed the gift was no longer available and that they would refund the money. The gift was a specific item that was asked for and now she feels she cannot provide the gift I wanted. Made sure she purchased it early enough that it will be here in time for Christmas. Corporate has reassured us that the sale price will be available to us is soon as the item is available to them. Which is helpful except for is three weeks before Christmas and we highly doubt that that item will be available to us anytime in the next month or two. Wow thought a Company we invest so much money into each year would provide us with a little compassion in the times that we are in right now. Trying to stay out of the store and shop online has provided us emptiness for the holidays!!! 2020 and Covid strike again 😞

Wish i could give them negative stars. Went in to pick up my order this morning and they canceled it and shelved it at 5am due to limited space!! The confirmation email THEY sent to me stated i had until 4pm!! So now Im out a Christmas present for my son and the $$ since they said it will take up to 7-10 days to process!! Worst company ever!! They now stand in front of Walmart with horrible customer service.

6/26/2020 - San Antonio, TX, purchased 2 bags of Fritos, the sign above said 2 for $6.00. Checked out at the self-service, after paying noticed the amount for each was $3.99. 1. The assistant there sent me to Customer Service only they could correct. 2. CS tells me to go take a picture and bring it to her. These 2 dept. are on opposite sides of the store. 3. When I get there notice the sign is above the 12 oz and the ones on sale are below the 12 oz. 4. I get back to CS, the cashier is text on her phone. I took the cashier’s picture so I could show who I was talking about to the manager, then decided to ask for the manager.5. Manager apologized and asked that do not take picture of cashier for Consideration of her privacy which really did not matter since she wearing a mask. I deleted picture in front of the manager. 6. Where was her consideration for the customer. I had already stopped shopping at Target for several years, for convenience started going back. It will be years before if at all go shop at Target again.

TARGET need to have clear guidelines with their store managers and employees about what is expected of their behavior. Turning a community service drive away By a MANAGER because he personally didn’t support the police should result in termination. I personally will NEVER again shop at Target.

I ordered a item on line at 10am with 7 in stock, by 12noon I received and email saying my order was going to be canceled because it was out of stock unless I pick another store. Called customer service (Amanda was great) she looked and said White Marsh has 6 and you can order online and pick up from there. Or Towson has 26 but you have to go to the store and try your luck. We did what I thought was a secure order for White Marsh, at 4pm email your order has been canceled item not in stock. Call CS back rep is looking Towson has some, calls none in stock. She calls and additional three stores and hour away from me and none of them have it, but ALL the stores are showing they are in stock at this very moment. I am very disappointed in Target and there online updates because I had another option but I didnt use it because Target is my go to.

I purchased an order on line and try to cancel within the hour of ordering it but this company automatically puts it into shipping process so you cant cancel. I of course paid on my PayPal and they cant refund to paypal so get a freaking gift card for the refund. I DONT Shop here for that reason. If they can except cash and paypal they SURELY REFUND TO THEM

Last night I placed an order for 1 item at $95.94. I later checked my bank account to see that it had been debited $407.94 by Target. Immediately I went back on to my Target online account (within hours) and tried to cancel / change the order.The policy is that The Item has been Processed. When you receive the order decline the shipment. Or when the order ships to call customer service to let them know and they will then cancel the order.I called Target Customer Service as soon as it opened this morning and they did nothing to help facilitate. I was told exactly what I stated above.So, my checking account is now $300.00 short and Target refuses to help!!!!!! The order page for this item shows 1 item at $95.45 each. I only wanted 1 and somehow ended up with 4!! I did not order 4.Target refuses to help. Especially during a time when we are all trying to be careful spending, they refuse to help..... How long should I have to be $300 short in my account?

Target says they will only forgive 2-3 late payments, although the pandemic has put me and many of us out of work for several months. I’m a chef and lucky to finally have a job.I’m contacting an attorney before I’ll pay these vampires another penny in late fees!!Target is the only biz I’ve encountered that’s not fully willing to forgive or work with late fees.TARGET IS A VERY BAD GREEDY BIZ

Beware of placing any orders with target and third party on target.com. If you cancel 2 hours later, you have to wait a week before you can even get refund started. They say they cant stop order until it ships?? I am still trying to get cancellation and refund from third party with ZERO help from Target. Not the way I do business....sorry.

Pre ordered the PS5. They pinged my card for $537.49, 8 times in 3 days.Which caused the order to decline. Now I sit a month later still with a $537.49 pending charge on my card. My credit card company has tried to remove it but cannot. They said that it will sit till Feb. 2021. I have talked to about every type of person you can talk to at Target and no on will help me. All they do is transfer you off in to space. This is insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!

Bought the Ring security system which included the Echo 3 as advertised for 179.99. Picked up the system, no Echo 3 and was charged 199.99. Called and they said all I could do was return what I got for credit and reorder and hopefully would get it all for 179.99. I will be filing a small claim case against them for this incident. I am so tired of stores ripping you off.

I treated so poorly and called to speak to the Manager and she seriously didnt care and other customers around me thought the women at self check out was being ridiculous. The managers reply to me by saying I dont know what to do for you. And I cant help that how I was treated. Wow, I decided I will jot be shopping here ever again.

Worst service ever.. bought 2 HD 8g kids tablets for christmas eve warrant protection plan bought devices started to malfunction and of Feb Im home bound brought back mid March was told couldnt exchange due to corona virus, purchased on red card so I thought and was told to just bring back to store so I dutifully gave them a smile and left now I have 7 and 8 yr old boys grandsons, home schooling tried to take back today Ben condensed said basically that 90 days was correct and that they could not pull up on my account to get warranty resolution. Come on we are all trying to homeschool our children no exceptions Im so angry why do they sell this warranty put on charge card which I dutifully paid at god awful interest rates to be told by manager to deal with warranty company tore piece of paper w warranty info and said I could not exchange for same item.. the phone directory said June 15 was extended date to do store return..people in March I was told it wouldnt be a problem. I was able to pull up my red card account. That shows date of purchase and warranty info but I did not have receipt people its a credit purchase!! How about some service, instead of accepting these tablets that are in original boxes. Except for malfunctioning. Im so mad disgusted feels like theyre just after that dollar and interest on red card . Urge the consumer charge holders to join me in cutting up red card and take all my business to competitive company that still believes in customer service.

Would give zero stars because of service.Usually use walmart but gave target a try! What a mistake!Waiting for weeks for online order with visits to the store with no help. finally target admits that they made a mistake. Things happen but now we have to reorder without coupon and no faster shipping. Called the 800 number and got hung up on twice reps pretending that they could not hear me. I have Verizon service and am home no one ever complained about that. Called the store to see if a manager could help after 10 min waiting again get hung up on. This time the phone system just disconnected me. This was a huge waste and no one could help fix it . Target seems to be the next big store to be closing! Definitely not moving to the online market either!

I called to order and pay for replacement cushions for 4 outdoor chaise lounges that I purchased however, I did not have the order number. It was no where in my target account. The lounges were almost $400 each, and the person said they needed my order number, even though I had the UPC code, I was on the phone for an hour while they tried to locate it. I then asked if I could talk to a supervisor, the person warned me that this would change nothing. I finally got on the phone with the supervisor after a 15 minute hold and was explaining the situation and then we got disconnected!!! On hold for yet another 15 minutes to get through again! worst customer service ever!!! Not understanding!!!!I Waste of my time, and money since it is unsatisfactory quality that does not hold up,

This store needes A NEW MANAGER OBE WHO CAN CONTROL THE EMPLOYEES, They seem to SNUB HANDYCAPPED Shoppers, those who cant walk the store better bring there own WHEEL chair, the ones provided as A CURTUSY are never charged or working. Complaints have been made twice to Corp office NOTHING GETS DONE. they blame the cleaning people who should plug in the mobile carts.
