I visit the Taunton store regularly and enjoy it. Recently, I was looking for a specific jacket advertised in a catalogue sent to me in the mail. They didnt have it and neither did other Paper Stores I called. Probably due to national shipping issues. The sales people at Taunton are friendly, helpful, always willing to help. They kept me updated on whether the shipment was in yet and to date, it has not. They have handicapped parking in front of store but their doors are not automated and are heavy. If another customer or salesperson is near they will help hold the door open!

The Paper Store in Taunton is always my go-to store for Hallmark cards. They always have a wonderful selection of cards for any occasion, with more choices of cards to chose from than you would find at a drugstore or other retail store. They also carry a great selection of gifts which can vary from season to season. The store is clean and organized and its always an adventure to shop there. You never know what great gifts or unusual finds youll discover!

Everyone very pleasant. Greeted at the door and asked if they could direct or help in any way. Always have found a great gift when needed. Love this store!

My go to store. Lovely gifts..nice coupons and gift with purchase features. Good selection of comfortable pretty clothes and accessories. Also full line of Vera Bradley. Friendly helpful staff and an overall pleasant atmosphere. I will miss this store when we move South!

It would be a fine store but unfortunately closes whenever they feel like for several hours during business hours without informing customers just by placing a piece of paper on the door. So if you drive out of your way to this location, try to call because they could be closed for no reason. If you are looking for a birthday card, just try target or cvs up the road!

So this store is dangerous..😂 I absolutely love this store. They have everything under the Sun. Everything from Hallmark Brands to cards to Alex and Ani, Yankee Candles ..Great collection of kids games, clothing.. ETC.. There is so much Variety in this store For EveryOne.. You have to give it a chance.... everytime I go to this store I have to bring somebody with me who hasnt been there Yet and they love it!!.....

I have always been a fan of The Paper Store but the staff at the Taunton store are the best. They are friendly and helpful and make shipping a fun experience.

I walked in and saw a Vera Bradley bag that I liked and they had a price tag hanging from it that said 19.95. I brought the bag to the register and they said it was 19.95 for the key chain attached to the bag and the bag itself was 95. That is honestly disgusting baiting, will not shop there again

I had a coupon when I went last week but they had 1 that was a better deal & offered it to me to use! & I had found something on their website I wanted & called the store & they held it for me to pick it up when I got there but as soon as I went in I couldnt make it straight to the counter because of all the wonderful things I had to look at first that caught my eyes! **Make sure to sign up for their program & emails to get the chance for all the great benefits they offer you! I ended up buying more for myself when I was going in for only 1 thing for my mother & I did pick up a few other gifts but really more for me! Lol & I cant wait to go back!!😁🙆🏻🛍❣👍👍

The staff that work here are the rudest people I have encountered in a very long time. First off, they followed me around the entire store while I was shopping acting as if I was going to steal. Then when I found something they took it away immediatly and brought it to the register, do they not trust me to hold my own items? When I actually did have a question about an item they acted bothered and annoyed! Wont be returning here, I think theyre sexist.
