Fortunately the lumber is of good quality because the two people i came in counter with were very unfriendly. I believe in giving the smaller businesses more business than the big stores. It is often worth paying more for similar products because you keep them in business. The man behind the counter had zero people skills. The man in the yard had very little people skills.I will continue to support small family owned businesses but not this one anymore. Years ago i purchased enough lumber to build a house and had similar issues, so fool me twice but not a third time. Maybe they are friendlier to contractors.

Excellent customer service!

I called to purchase material, I spoke with 3 separate people and they were all equally rude. I am a business owner and I know how important customer service is, you would think that a family owned business like this would treat their customers with respect and appreciation. Do yourself a favor and shop around, these people should be your last resort because they dont even say thank you have a great day when they hang up the phone, they dont even say bye they just hang up!

Staff is extremely helpful. Prices are reasonable, service and delivery is prompt.
