Accu-Cut is the easiest company to work with. They call to schedule an appointment and is always on time. They explain everything and has parts with them so repairs are done right away. Even the one time I had to order the part It came right away and they came back fast to fix it. Friendly and easy to work with.

Accu-Cut is the only company I have dealt with in the flooring, repair, service, industries I have never had a issue with! Super fast, friendly, professional service all the time. The mechanics are always on time and preform a fast, professional job. Emails are answered super fast as well. Cannot recommend Accu-Cut, the people there I have dealt with (Lori, Johnny, Derek) enough!

This company is top notch. I have been dealing with them for 30 some years. The maintenance program is superb. I get an email when to expect a tech to be coming. Within that time frame the tech calls and lets us know what day and time he will be arriving. The tech does his thing and gets on his way to the next stop. Whatever tune ups need to be done are done on the spot. I wouldnt use any other company.

I work at UFS downtown outlet center in Peoria IL, about 5 yrs ago we ordered one of the accu-cut machines so we didn’t have to cut carpet on the ground! Best investment we have ever made!
