THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased a 12x15 glamor girl (pink) carpet for $600.00. I at first thought this price was too high for this size but I was told by Stephen that this was the standard price. Nevertheless, I was told that my carpet would arrive in 2wks or less. Long story short within a week and a half I was given a call by Stephen stating during the process of delivery the carpet was damaged and that I would receive the carpet in a month instead of 2wks and asked what would I like to do? I told him I would call him back and let him know, therefore I called back the next day and stated a whole month is a long time to wait but since I have done business with them in the past I would like a discount for the inconvenience. He stated no. So the therefore I went back the next day to get my money back but the employee in the store at the time refused to give me back my refund. So I called the police and then and only then did I get all my money back. I went with a different carpet company (MARKS FLOOR) and the same size carpet I got for 408.00 (200 dollars less). And also it came in week .If you are looking for great customer service and cheap prices please go with MARKS FLOOR.

Top notch company. The owner took the time to educate me on the different types of flooring they offered. From there it was easy to fine which floor best situated my budget and my taste. Friendly staff, great prices and quality installations. I highly recommend Best Flooring Center!

We recently had a bad water leak under the foundation. Once the plumber fixed the issue, Best Flooring Center was able to give us an estimate, get in and lay the new floor and even went out off his way to help with re hanging the closet doors. We are very happy with the service we received.

This review is about the Clermont store...Do not believe their guarantee...read the fine print!I should have read the signs when I went there three different times during when they were suppose to be open and found the doors locked the the store closed...their explanation was that the salesman were out making house calls...to me that does not excuse it.After much searching I picked a vinyl planking based on the sample, well the flooring does not look like the sample! Their excuse, which they have for everything is that the manufacturer often change the flooring and do not send them new samples!I was trying to work with the floor by having area rugs when the crackling sound started...the excuse is that it is a floating floor and it takes time to settle in and can change with the weather. After further discussion they said they can try to level the floor in the crackling spots of which there are many.My contention is that is they were going to pull up at least half the floor that I want it replaced with a color that works for me.They of course declined, they have nothing but excuses as to why they cannot do anything!Buyer Beware!

This place sucks I ordered some material 2 weeks prior was told it would only take a week to come in and because its a Saturday and his warehouse is not open he doesnt know if he has it and is forcing me to wait to refund my money to see if he has it in his warehouse on Monday
