Good work, decent prices, fairly quick. I had an alignment done only took about an hour. However, I wanted to purchase a set of four tires too but was told they didnt have time and to return in two days. I went to their competition and two hours later was on the road with fresh treads. Otherwise a very positive experience.

This is by far the best Belle Tire I have ever been to. I blew out a tire on the way out of the airport and called to see if theyd be able to help me mount and balance a new tire if I could get there before they closed. I was a complete mess and Andrew was extremely patient and kind and told me if I could get the wheel there he would stay and do it himself if he had to. I then realized that I didnt even have a jack or spare in my car (super irresponsible I know) and ended up having to have my car towed in. When I got there, I apologized and told him I ended up just bringing the whole car and even though it was a lot more work than they anticipated, he still helped me get my car right into a bay and had the tech start working on it immediately. They had me back on the road in a half hour. I am so grateful and cannot recommend them for service enough.

Ive come here several times now and I have always had a great experience. The gentlemen are informative and helpful. With me doing Lyft/Uber, I have to come here several times for tire repairs/replacements. Ive gotten towed to this specific location during my last incident and I couldnt believe what they pulled out of my tire which perfectly explains that flat tire 😒

These guys are amazing. I had nails in my tires and Chrysler did not supply me with a wheel lock key, after 3 days with arguing with Chrysler, they took the locks off. And left me with a missing lug nut on both back tires. These guys got me right in, no charge, and replaced the lug nuts Chrysler left me without. This will be the only place i go, just have to get Chrysler to supply my wheel lock key they never gave. Thank you!

I scheduled an inspection because of some vibration at the front passenger side of my car. Even though they were short staffed, they took the time to talk to me and find out what the problem was. I was in and out within the hour and everyone was nice. I will definitely go back to this location.

Let me start off by saying I was refers to this belle tire from the belle tire store in Ann Arbor because they didn’t have the tire I needed so I called them to confirm they had the tire I needed for my suv and it was confirmed they had it I let them know I would be bringing only the tire to be replaced and was told it was a two hour wait Which was fine with me Since I’m driving from Ann Arbor then I called back to let them know I wasn’t far and was told they aren’t excepting any more cars today I was trying to explain to them I’m coming from Ann Arbor and I don’t know if I can get a ride tomorrow they didn’t care so today Wednesday June 23 2021 I got there around 3:30 pm and was told there no longer excepting cars and I asked why you all close at 6 and it’s 3:30 and I was told that there’s 14 cars ahead of me and I told them I will wait and I was told I couldn’t wait so I asked for the manager and was told I’m the manager so I asked if there was a different manager and I was sent to speak with Paul the manager and was told the same things I started tearing up because I knew tomorrow I wouldn’t be able to makeup their till 3pm again because I’m using someone’s car and that’s the only time I can get there and I explained that and was told sorry 😞 there’s nothing we can do. So then a gentleman whom goes by D who works there was standing there looking and I guess he slid the manager a paper and told him he could do it and he did it in less then 20 minutes I’m very 😊 grateful for people like D I couldn’t do anything but say thank you so much thank you thank thank you the first guy had no empathy or any love for customers at all I don’t like playing the race card at all but it made me feel this way and the fact I’m a woman but I can honestly I pray 🙏🏾 to god I never ever ever have to deal with this location AGAIN BUT THANKS “D”

Horrible service and management. Went in to order some parts and they said the parts will be in 3-5 days, I go back in a week later seeing where my parts are and one guy tells me I have to talk to Chris so I come back 3 days later and another guy tells me there is no Chris that works there and I have to talk to Aaron. So I go back in a couple days after that and one guy tells me the parts are in and while he is saying that another guy comes up and tells us both that the parts are not in….it’s now been a month since I’ve ordered the parts with no phone call which they said they would call me when the parts are in. DO NOT GO TO BELLE TIRE ON EUREKA WORST SHOP EVER.

When I got there Vince greeted me in the most professional way possible. We made a 4 pm appointment and we were told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to get the tires changed and an alignment. We went for a walk and came back at 5:30 and they hadnt even looked at mothers car.I had referred her here because they did a good job when I got my alignment over a year ago. I regret telling her to come here. They didnt call and say they were running behind. I will tell everyone I know to not go to this location.It is after 6:30 and were still here with no explanation or acknowledgement that they didnt keep their promised time. Dont come here.

I recently got my car aligned here. It immediately vibrated more. After having another shop look at it, they somehow had knocked off the tire weights.The car also pulled hard to the right. It did not pull after having another shop replace the front-end parts.When I took it for an alignment (the second time) and to rebalance the tires, it was rumbling something fierce and felt unsafe.I took it to another shop and the belle tire employees had taken loose the bottom shock bolt and left it loose. I attached several pictures of it.I have been trying to leave for a 500-mile trip and two times they screwed up my car and the second time it could have killed me. I am very upset with Belle tire.They tried to fix their first mistake which cost me a diagnostic fee and the cost to replace the lower bolt. Now I am delayed another day, and kinda freaking out about it.This is completely unacceptable. The car was returned unsafe to drive and if I hadnt been smart enough to realize something was wrong, I could have had an accident. The car still pulls to the right, which it never did before and Im out money to the other shop to replace the shock bolt.2x alignments and money to fix their screw up = a car that still pulls and three days of vacation time wasted. Thank you, Belle Tire.

Came to have my tire balances and my tire ended up getting poked on the way into the shop. Simple mistake, nobody is perfect. Vince the service write made sure the problem was immediately taken care of and that I was notified right away. Very happy with the way this was handled. Will always be back. Great service at a great price. I took my car in for the front break pads and rotors. It only costed me 350 and the pads have a lifetime warranty. Paul took care of me and he was very pleasant to work with.

BEWARE OF BELLE TIRE ON EUREKA ROAD.... They didn’t want to own up to loosing part of my property on my truck my rim/center cap was missing when my truck was done being serviced. When I first took it to them my rim was on my tire. Why should I have to pay for something that you all lost! That’s unacceptable and the rim that was put on tire was disgusting covered in bird poop just dirty. You all were suppose to clean the rim how dare you! Unprofessional place of business... lack of communication... no one told me my rim was missing they thought I wouldn’t notice but I did. I always inspect my car before and when it gets done. I will never be going to Belle Tire again. Horrible service!

Weve always been impressed with OUR Belle Tire on Eureka in Taylor. Theyve always been up front, honest and fixed our problems. They do it with a smile and are genuinely glad to help. Weve had multiple cars over the years and always go there. This time was unique. My husband brought my car in for tires, they did a wonderful job and got the tires on, mounted and balanced in record time and for a fair price (they beat everybody elses price and the customer service is always better). They put my car in the parking lot and when my husband was done he went out and...the car wouldnt start. Its old, things happen. What impressed us is that Rich C., the assistant manager of the store, provided so much help. He brought his tools out and checked to make sure the battery connections were solid and once my husband came back with a new battery, he helped secure the battery. He was extremely helpful and my husband and I are both very grateful for his help. We ended up having to tow the car to our mechanic but the customer service at Belle Tire was what we have always expected, absolutely top notch, unbeatable and then going above that. Thank you Rich C. and the Belle staff for always having the best customer service anywhere.

The best service anyone could ask for. I have taken my vehicle there through many flat tires and other issues, and they always have the best recommendations. They never over charge and many of their services they have helped me with for free! They are great communicators and always call you and ask before they do something! No surprises! This place is awesome Ive gone here for years. Although I will admit since I started leasing cars I dont need to buy tires. I still come to Belle tire when I need to get a patch or top off the air. Both of which they offer for free. Previous to to my transition to leasing cars I drove a car with very low profile tires. Combine low profile tires with Michigan roads littered with potholes and you have a surefire disaster.I opted to purchase the additional tire warranty. I think it cost roughly $30 a tire and was well worth it. Over the course two years I had two full sets of tires replaced without any trouble whatsoever. Excellent customer service. I cant say enough good things about this place.

“fixed” my tire on saturday and my tire was back flat on monday ... took it to discount tire and was told it was not repairable anymore because instead of plugging and patching the tire, Belle tire just patched it👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 so I had to pay for a new tire that could’ve just been repaired if belle tire did their job. The employees at Belle tire were also very argumentative when I told them about them destroying my tire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BELLE TIRE WHATSOEVER.

My 17 year old son went into this store 4 times to have his tires looked at. All 4 times he was told it would be over a 4 hour wait and nobody even went out to his vehicle to look at it. He went 1/2 mile down the road to another tire shop and was waited on professionally and in a timely Manor. They also had a wait but took the time to go look at his vehicle and address his concerns.

I didnt get any air for my tires but the gentleman that attempted to see if they had a special tool to put air in the Duly truck was especially nice & tried his best to put in the air but the caps were on too tight! I appreciate his extra attempts to try his best! He told me to come back another time & they will pull it in the bay to pull off the tires & give them better service when I had more time. Good stuff! Oil leak after oil change:This Belle Tire location is very near my work. I spend as much time here as I do at home. I needed a reliable shop to get oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.I have been happy with other Belle Tire locations in the past.Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Spent the next few days scrubbing the oil stains from my driveway and garage floor. The tech made no effort to clean up the oil spilled from the filter when he changed the oil. No matter to him I was out the door and the oil slick wouldnt be on Belle Tires pavement.Mike, the manager, called back and said he would talk to the tech. There was so much oil left to drip dry, I am confident this was not the first time this has happened. I drive an F150. There are millions of us.I feel robbed of the opportunity to take my vehicle to the local shop of this normally reputable chain. If They dont care about the simple, easy stuff, why would I be confident they even attempted to balance my tires or trust them with my brakes?Disappointing experience.

Its never fun to suddenly find out that you have an expensive repair needed on your vehicle, especially just before Christmas, but I was glad we found out here then on the road. I went in to have my alignment checked as I noticed my front tires seemed to be towed out. And it turns out the Ball joints were going bad, especially the Passenger front. They were able to take care of it today and the truck is handling a lot better.

Went for a tire patch....the wait time was EXACTLY what they told me when I dropped it off. Then after completion I was told I was “all set”, when I mentioned it wasn’t paid for yet the associate told me “don’t worry about it”. I was very pleased with the service I received and it was a huge difference from a past experience I had at another local bell tire.

We cannot express how very satisfied we are with the integrity & service at this location. Several months ago (late January) we went there with every intention of getting our brakes done, they told us they were fine and we probably wouldn’t need them done for another year. They assured us we were very safe with what we had left on them. We drove to Florida in February, to date we have had no problems. We are positive if we would have taken our car to another garage, they would have gone ahead with our instructions. So I went online set up a 6pm apt at this location. I showed up 45 minutes early only to see they close at 6pm. I check in with the desk. Although it was going to make them have to stay late they took me right in honoring the apt I made on line. They were very courteous and pulled together to get my new tires on my truck on the eve of a huge ice storm to make sure I had safe tires. Thank you very much for your great customer service .

I drove my car from Detroit because my friend recommend this place. It is a great place with bunch of very nice guys who have welcoming attitude. I wanted to repair a small puncture which is closer to the edge of the tire. However, another famous shop ( a chain) strongly suggested me to replace two front tires at higher cost, and they told me the small puncture can not be repaired. However, these people fix the tire at no cost at all. Specially, I asked them when do I have to change my tires? they told me that my tires have more than enough life until next winter. Thank you again for your honesty have strongly recommend this place to anybody. It is 100% worth to travel from Detroit to this place.
