Accepted walk in, customer service was great. Everyone was knowledgeable about the products and services. Service was quick and painless.

They okay for minor jobs like fix flats or oil changes. But they dont go up and beyond to help. Watch for their line of bs when they dont know......js

The WOODHAVEN auto center was excellent, NOT Taylor. Kenny the manager at auto center Woodhaven is awesome.

Help was pretty good they need a little more help at the counter but they took good care of my problem

I arrived at the Taylor Walmart to pick up a special order four trailer tires ordered online . I was instructed to pickup the tires at the car service department. The hours online state 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday . So it’s now 6:12 pm and the Walmart service center in Taylor is closed . I tried to go to the Service Desk in the store to get help. The line was unbelievable long no help at the counter. Just change the hours on the website to 6pm or leave the closing time at the store TBD .

They werent open due to not enough man power

They were supposed to be open til 7p but were closed when I got there around 5:45p. Only reason I chose to go to Walmart for tires is cuz I need 2 new now as belts are showing and they were about the only place nearby open, or so I thought.

Absolute worst service ever, first of all there is no place to sit if you are waiting for service for a vehicle. I know there is a pandemic but there is a such thing as social distancing! There was an elderly couple who had to stand up for like an hour while thier car was being serviced. There were like 4 or five tech and it still took more than an hour to mount 2 tires. After they were done Instead of checking me out the tech lefte me at the counter to do what looked like nothing. Then he pushed a waiver over to me and said you need to sign this incase you have an accident because you are replacing your 2 front tires. The person who wrote up the initial order never said anything about it. You would think that would be important since it was a safety issue. Completely unprofessional to say the least!

The weight was way too long to even get service

Never organized!! Close when they get ready. Make an appt and when u get there there closing.

I just called the man to ask about getting my tires done. He was very rude on the phone cut me off before I could finish my sentence saying whats the tire size, well I need the tire size if u dont know I cant help u go out and look at your car. I havent even made it to the store yet and I WILL NOT be bringing my service there. Too bad too I was looking to spend good money to get 4 brand new tires.

Decent prices especially on Certaincar products that are always expensive but Some reason wally world has the more lower prices keeps me coming back. Especially mobile 1 oiI priced always low

Waiting room quite small so perhaps take a walk around the well lit store. Everything youll need for do it yourself auto repair and improvement or let them do the work for you. Staff very knowledgeable. Restrooms in back of store very clean. Many seasonal items. Nice bike selection though few had prices. They even carry stuff for swimming pools. Store can be set up/organized with a better flow it was difficult locating deck cleaner until store rep found it near outdoor pesticides. Store appears well stocked for groceries and household things. Health and beauty selection was decent: more ethnic options would be nice

Only giving four stars is because I found four brand new truck tires for $45 each. These tires had a five star rating. They were ordered by someone on line then they didnt want them and walmart put them in a discontinued pile. They were normally $123 each. I got the deal of a lifetime. Otherwise I would never take my vehicle there to be serviced. Except Michael did a excellent job installing my tires. If you take your vehicle there watch it the entire time.

Walked in the Auto Center for an oil change...was told 2 hour wait time...15 minutes later another customer walked in for new tires...he was told he would be taken care of in 45 minutes...I guess an oil change doesnt make enough money so I left for good.

I went in to get new tires, and was pleasantly surprised. Shane was working at the desk - it was pretty busy and he did a wonderful job keeping up with all the customers. The person who worked on my car was Josh, who was also very nice and helpful. He even rolled my tire in to show me something wrong with the valve stem. Even with being so busy they still managed to get me in and out within an hour, and for less than half my quoted price at Discount Tire. 😊

Used to love coming to this auto center all the time quick and got the job done but for the past month or 2 they’ve stopped accepting cars extremely early. It’s 9:43 am on a Saturday and they’re already done accepting cars while I am in dire need of tires. May never get service here again

Purchased a new battery & had it installed 12/23/20. Took only about 15 minutes! I arrived at 2:35 PM & it was completed by 2:49 PM. Everyone who was involved were friendly & professional. Thank you!

Auto service is lousy from checking in to checking out!

Emergency flat tire repair found me at a Walmart service department. NOT my first, second, or third choice but here i am. I was there before MOST of the employees so I had a bit of a wait for service (2.5 hours for 2 new tires and a light bulb repair), but the price was very fair, work was done completely and correct.

Prices are very reasonable. very professional staff.They are very faster sometimes compared to other times depends on how busy they are...Note:pls ensure they do all the services for which you are paying. most of the times they wont unless you are persistent in your requests.example: For lube services-transmission fluids may not be refilled.

Waited 4 hours to get 2 tires mounted gee whiz life is short.

Great staff. They tried to help me and were honest in telling me, before taking my money, that what I was asking to have done would not fix my car. Took it to a dealer and they were right.

Absolutely horrible, 2 weeks ago 4 days in a row, waited over an hour to get 2 wheels balanced after telling me within an hour.. stood there twice and watched the mechanic sitting there chatting with each other.. Got tired of waiting.. Then go again twice this week, and here we go again.. If anyone decides to go there for service, ask how long first and have them write it down, and time it... Very poor management...

Terrible place. I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s taken 3-4 hours just to change 3 tires. EXTREMELY SLOW! They hang out and socialize way too much. The Manager Matt is a jerk.Don’t shop here. You’d think it’s convenient to shop while your cars getting worked on but you’ll shop and pay for your groceries faster than they can get your car lifted.

Completely understaffed. Ive come up twice now several hours before closing to get told that they are not taking anymore oil changes. I refuse to try again.

Waste of time. Nobody knows what’s going on. Prepare to wait hours even if you have an appointment. I wouldn’t even trust the place since they called to say the car was ready after we already left in it because of other issues. Just to go lobo tire or belle tire

Somehow they dropped my van off their lift machine. Visible damge to my passenger side door and rocker panel. Then they denied it. Classy place. Manger reviewed film then said she could offer 1 free oil change if i signed her legal paperwork. Classy place. AVOID AT ALL COST. Your vehicle is not safe here folks.

After being sent here from another store for 1 nail in 1 tire (waiting an hour there) I was told 2 hours to wait. 3 hours later (4.5 hours after the drive) they tell me that it was repairable and would have to charge for half life of the tire. I had them exchange it and was promised a time (still not delivered and twice as long as promised). Total time to get 1 tire patch is 5.5 hours.

Recently had car trouble on a trip from Michigan to Ohio. I had my pregnant wife and toddler with me, 2 hrs from home and on a 90 degree day! We stopped in here and Robin and Brad helped me to troubleshoot and get my car back on the road and home safely. Megan at the counter was also nice. Cant thank you guys enough, great crew!

Good deals service very slow, 5 hours just for tires ridiculous. Give one star because price of tire. Price of tire beat fire stone and good year. Expect the wait. They dmevery inconsiderate of your time.

If you value your time, dont go here!Needed a tire replaced and was told it would take 45 minutes. It actually took 2 hours!!!! And it wasnt that busy.Should have went to Belle or Firestone.

Very professional. Polite, expedient and highly underated. I will speak volumes of the gentlemen this morning and the tire that had to be special ordered for me. I will definitely use them again for any tire needs that I have.

While they have the best prices in oil and filters (that I have seen) for changing your own oil, they may not always have the oil your looking for in stock (ever!).

The vast majority of the people working there were helpful and friendly. Very happy to shop there.

To all the people that complain about the service, and long wait times you people do realize your going to a GROCERY store to get auto service done to your car. The only reason walmart has a semi auto shop is so that you SHOP there and spend more money while you wait then you planned on. There techs not mechanics, they get paid the same as a cart pushers. Sorry to tell you but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR when you go to a grocery store for auto service!!!!🤣🤣🤣

Slowest service dept I have ever seen. I got 2 new tires. Arrived about 930 am and it is now 1:45 pm and just now getting to car. Sitting there watching the workers make sit worse they move like turtles. Will never be back again

Waited almost an hour just to find out that the tires never arrived. No one called to let me know. Very unprofessional

Try to get my oil changed, they told me 2 hours. I told them cool I have to do some shopping anyways. Went back 2 and half hours later my truck wasnt even in the shop. They said it would be another hour.bAll off the employees in the garage where more worried about who was texting them and going on breaks. Looked like no want to work. I went down the street and they changed it in 15 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go anywhere else but here for an extra 15 bucks you can save about 3 hours out of your time.

You get decent job, lowest price here. Sometimes you need to wait for long.

The customer service at the tire department was amazing. They were minutes from closing but still changed and installed a new tire. 5 +++ rating

They broke my dipstick off here, and also got oil on my hood, engine cover, and door handle and steering wheel. Took forever to get my replacement dipstick from Autozone. Were not even going to be able to change the filter at first because they didnt have the right tool, then the manager pulled it back in to finally get it changed. Avoid getting your oil changed here. I would never trust them to touch my car again. For anything.

I went there for Battery change, he told me 30 minutes and we will start on your car after 65 minutes nothing happen.If you have free time go to WalmartThe associate does not care about the store name or customers

Everytime I go here the associates are rude and not very helpful, wait time to get help is ridiculous and the wait for service itself is way to long. One time i can understand but everytime is unacceptable. Last time I will go here, prices are not even worth the hassle. Ill pay slightly more for better service.

Had the ties replaced and wanted an oil change done but they said they couldnt do an oil change unless I got the tires done then came back in to get in line for an oil change...??

Long wait then they couldnt remove my log nut. The Technician had a bad attitude but the manager was good. I went to Belle Tire and removed it in few minutes.

The shop floor was a mess. Only 2 tecks working. 3 work boys full of new tires that were nor put up. Could not find the tires i came to get.

I recently went in for a set of new tires and a oil change. I was in and out in a hour flat..Robin and her crew are AWESOME!!!

Very slow service. Just go to an actual tire shop save yourself some time .

Not enough technicians only had one but thank God they werent that busy.

Went to get tires looked at them online for $54 got there they had them but charges $69 in person. He says order them online for that price then come back in 2-3 days for pick-up, why you have them there already.

My battery was going on my car, after 3 other shops telling me 150 to 200$. I went to Wal-Mart. The wait was kinda long but its worth it. The mechanic did everything he could do to help us. And I only paid 60$

Tried to get a new set of tires on my truck before it snows the next day.Dropped it off at 1pmCall at 5:45 to confirm it is done, and it is confirmed.Return the next day to Find my truck with 0 new tires on it, and am told that they wouldnt replace the tires because they couldnt get the valve stem caps off. Believe me when I say that that is the laziest and most incompetent excuse I have ever heard, and I worked for belle tire for two years.
