I enjoyed myself going to AT&T in Taylor on Telegraph Road. fast service courteous help. its nice to go to a place where the people that help you are very knowledgeable and friendly

$700 trade in discount is a 30 months contract. New customer make sure your down payment is the balance after the $700. If you decide to cancel service you will forfeit your discount but you won’t have to pay the new phone full amount. I was told by this store manager that I could pay my balance after the $700 discount was applied not truth. I have to stay with AT&T the entire 30 months to get $700 discount. READ THE fine print!

Kathleen was awesome! Some of the best customer service Ive ever had. She was very knowledgeable about everything. She even went above and beyond by putting my screen protector and case on herself soon as she took my new phone out of the box. Definitely recommend her if shes working and available.

Kathleen Love is a great employee. She is very knowledgeable in what products are available to the consumer. Very cheerful personality, always patient with whomever walks in the door. If you need a new phone, or any type of device service I highly recommend speaking with her.

Ryan was incredible helpful, we had some very complex issues with my account and trade in and he was very patient and took a lot of time assisting us to correct this issue. This employee solely maintained my business. I was ready to change carriers as my phones were all paid off. Outstanding service! Highly recommend this location and employee.

Michael was very helpful in trying to get me into purchasing my new iPhone 11 max pro. I really appreciate the effort he puts into his job. The way that he holds himself is very professional and his knowledge of the product was very good. I was in town for the week and noticed that I was able to upgrade my phone so I took it in the the telegraph AT&T store and he was the first to come up and ask what I needed help with. Very good customer service and above and beyond to do what is right to help the customer with what they want. Well done team keep up the good work!!!

This store is amazing. I was distraught and very sad that I thought I lost all my information but when I walked in Kathleen helped me calm down and make sure that I was able to restore my phone from the last backup. If I can give 2 recommendations it’s that 1 BACKUP YOUR PHONE REGULARLY. 2 go to this location. Her, Michael, and Rhyan all know their stuff.

Well lets see 🤔 besides them getting paid for 3-4 that I have no service because I get paid on the 3rd and my due date (when they shut my phone off) is at the end of the month.

I live in NYC, but my mom who lives in Taylor is on my AT&T account, so I needed a great team to help her out when she needed to upgrade her iPhone and I couldnt travel there to help her. When I called this store, Rhyan gave me all the step-by-step instructions we needed - and when my mom arrived, Kat made her feel welcome and took excellent care of her! Thank you both so much for making this such a pleasant and seamless experience!

Long overdue review. Went in just before Christmas to switch over from Verizon. The supervisor Brandon (I may be wrong on the name) was hands down the BEST service representative I’ve ever dealt with. He got us the best deal around, the hook up on phones, and accessories, without trying to “force” anything on me. I made suggestions on what I was looking for and he nailed it. There was a small problem getting one of the phones but was not his fault. That’s what I get for ordering a phone a week before Christmas. It ended up taking almost 2 weeks to get one of the phones and the 2 cases I ordered, none of which was the stores fault. He kept me updated on everything and was very transparent on what was going on, not one did I feel I was lied to. Moral of my ramble is; if you need to go to an AT&T store, this is the one to go to. Also the other staff I had worked with were also very helpful. I don’t remember their names but they did their best to help as well.

Ryan was extremely helpful. He gave us honest answers to our questions and made sure we were getting the best possible deal. Ryan also made sure everything was setup properly.

Kathleen was very helpful and patient with getting my new phone purchases completed. Also, Rhyan was helpful getting me enrolled in autopay. Highly recommend both of them to help you with your needs.

I am very Angry at AT&T, After a lot of issues with my phone not being unlocked and the bill that the phone is on being wrong I came to this store to get it figured out. I talked with Rhyan and he has helped so much. He helped me understand that the wrong phone was paid off and he worked out a plan to try and get that fixed and me and my sister switched phones since hers was unlocked. He got my sister a case for her (MY) new phone and put it on and took care of us. I feel like I was cared for by family. Rhyan is amazing and I hope he stays here so I can come back to him and refer family to him, my sisters husband even came in and it sounds like we are going to be switching to AT&T TV and lowering our bill. Thank you Rhyan I wont hate AT&T as much tonight. And he gave me a good price for me to switch from XFINITY thats right, I don’t have AT&T and I am now thinking of switching.

Absolutely love this store! Went in to get a new phone and they associate named WHITNEY helped me get the phone for FREE!! She was absolutely wonderful! she helped me tremendously all while maintaining her 6ft distance to ensure both our safetys! Definitely will recommend her to my friends and family!

My sister is very cross at AT&T, She has had nothing but issues. But she came into this store expecting the same issues and that was not the experience we had, Rhyan was greatly appreciated and he helped with all our issues, helped explained what went wrong and even helped my sister and I switch phones because of her circumstances. He made sure my phone was backed up and taught us how to make sure they stay backed up. We got a new case and even talked to us about getting our TV bill lower. AT&T TV sounds Great!Rhyan is Honest, kind, sticks to his word and helps out any way he can.I will defiantly bring my friends and family to this location and I will always come here. Ryan, Kathleen, and new trainee Mike are great workers and make sure you are well taken care of. They even helped me reset my password to show me how to get logged into my gmail account. They also helped me get logged into my Yahoo. They showed me everything about ATT TV and I might even get it here soon. Im still in contract with Comcast. I will definitely be back to get it in the future and Ill recommend anyone I know to come to this location.

Rhyan was great with getting everyone taken care of in the store in a timely manner. He helped me and two other people at the same time and made sure we were all taken care of equally, I’d refer anyone to this location to any representative in the store.

I was looking to come in to upgrade my 8 plus for the 11 pro max. Branden the manager was great not only did I leave with the phone I wanted I also got an iPhone 8 free. He has great customer service and very patient and understanding when helping choose the right plan in your price range.

Best customer service BY FAR!! I loathe going into these facilities. However, Cecil (and Branden) completely changed my mind and attitude. Cecil was extremely helpful, patient and genuinely caring/understanding. He listed options for me and took the time to ensure I understood them all. The working relationship between these two young men is very professional but welcoming and open to my ongoing questions. I’d highly recommend/suggest visiting this store for all your AT&T needs over many of the others I’ve been too in my lifetime.

Stopped in to check my sons phone issues. Lady who helped was very nice and helpful. We were in and out in minutes and there was a nominal improvement to his phone. IT is an old phone and needs to be update. I may be back to this location.

I would like to say thank you to the AT&T store on telegraph between 94 and WICK road. my parents got a new hook up and they were out of normal equipment and they got the top-of-the-line because that’s all they had the guy told her there was no charge but it was on her bill there was a charge for $800 and they are on a fixed income while she kept getting a runaround over the phone with AT&T so I took her to the store today which had nothing to do with it and they gladly helped and got the issue Resolved thank you guys. my poor mother of 76 was in tears at the store said she was up all night worried about this .Again thank you

This place is really a well customer oriented location. Its clean, organized, dedicated and friendly staff. Everything a new customer would want from a cell phone shop. I was attended by Alica, customer associate who did a fantastic job!!. She set up my account even though she was new, but didnt crack under any pressure like other associates do and just SOS the manager. When my account was all set up...she walked me out and opened the door, thanking me once again. It felt like I was leaving Marriot Hotel .....awesome customer relationship. My phone is working like a gem. Very happy....definitely recommend this place.!!
