Went in to buy a car charger and a case for my new phone that I ordered online. Was very difficult to find help and didn’t really feel like anyone wanted to help me because I was just buying a couple small items. Overall the selection of cases were good though.

Just wanted to buy screen protectors for my Note 10 and S10. The person behind the counter acted as if we were bothering him from doing nothing as there was not a single other customer in the store. He told us they do not carry screen protectors for our phones because there were newer phones out now. Felt more like he just did not want to help us, so we left and will never return to this store again.

Best experience with any in store sprint employee ever! Janelle is amazing and helped me with every step of my very confusing case and was able to get me into the phone I wanted quickly before leaving for a trip! Her follow up on the issue was perfect and you could tell she genuinely cares about her customers! I used to travel a half hour to the sprint store that was in my old neighborhood because I didn’t know of any near me now, but Janelle has won over any employee I’ve ever worked with!
What a great staff you guys have at this location. Janalle and Tim took their time to look at my current plan and change it to a better plan with a savings of $60 a month. They also sat down and showed me how to use my new phone, download apps and send an email. I have never had anyone actually take their time to sit down with me. My new favorite store

Today October 17 at the sprint Taylor location the service provided my Tim and janelle was excellent and unique. There needs to be more professional employees like them in the public. They helped us switch to sprint and get new phones for my wife and I. Fantastic service.
Tim was awesome..I tried calling Sorint directly a few times. I tried inquiring at a different store. Finally, Tim listened and was able to work with me in getting what I wanted done with my upgrades. Thank you Tim! I will def recommend you and this store to everyone.
What a turn around this store has made. I used to come to this store and employees and the store was very dull. Looks like they finally got a new manager and she is very sweet and knowledgeable. She was working with maybe 2-3 different families and everyone was in there laughing and having a good time. I walked in there with a device issue and walked out with a new phone a new tablet and a cheaper bill. Bringing Janalle into the store made a huge difference in the environment. Beautiful smile and friendly faces.
Janelle is so Great!!! She works so hard and even stayed after hours to help us and to make sure we were happy. I will never ever go to any other store!! Everyone should go in and work with Janelle and her excellent Team!!!!

This is a corporate store, which means they have access to everything needed to take care of your lines and wont try to jerk you around. The service here is also faster than most of the other stores in the area as the out-of-the-way location means there are not as many customers waiting in line. Take the extra five minutes to drive here instead of the store on the hill and you will save 45 minutes waiting for a rep.

I have never wrote a review before this one, after being on the phone continuously with apple trying to figure out my problem Tim came up with a solution in about 1 minute. Safe to say this is the best, most supreme customer service i have every had in my life let lone the phone companys. And when i smashed my phone about a week later, they very friendly manager was so kind and treated me very nicely, and went out of her way to help me out again! So if you are dreading going to the sprint store, I recommend this one without question, so at least you wont be lied to, ripped off, or treated unfairly.
Awesome, very helpful courteous down to earth workers. This store has workers who will actually take the time to help you with an issue, not just direct you to the internet to solve on your own like a corporate store did. Prefer to only deal with Sprint Eureka store.
I love coming to this store. I couldnt get into my ipad anymore and the staff went about and beyond to help me figure out my apple id. The manager sat on the phone for an hour with apple to submit a case for me. The other sprint store down the street refused to help me. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me.
Janalle was absolutely amazing. I tried to have another store and also corporate handle my issue with no luck. Janalle had it solved in 5 minutes. I would recommend this store to anyone.
These guys are the best. I dealt with Omar back in March and he fixed me up just right. He made sure my phones were all activated with all my contacts and my email set up and even paired my phone to my car. I was nervous at first about switching over to sprint since I have been with Verizon for over 10 years, but because of Omars awesome service, it made me more comfortable.. I even sent over 3 other family members to go get new phones from Omar.. Thanks!!
I am very happy with the help I received from Tim and Janalle at the Taylor store. I felt right at home. They had an answer to all my questions. I would refer everyone I know to this location.
The customer service was fine, but at the store theyre not able to do anything that I need done on my account I got to go to another store. So that is a pain in the ass. Not trying to be rude. Just frustrated I used to be able to do what I needed at the store. I probably would have traded it for if not a five if they were able to do what I needed done on my account. So thats the only reason I put three stars I wasnt able to get anything done but the people are very pleasant.
Janalle and Tim are amazing! All they want to do is help people and lower any and all costs. Great store, great people!

What a great experience I had at this location with the manager Janalle. She not only convinced me in getting a new phone but she also transferred all my information from my old phone to a new one and fixed all the issues I had going on from another sprint store. This is the only location I will go to and I will only deal with Janalle.
The staff were friendly and did a lot to help me with phones throughout the years. Ive purchased every smart phone Ive ever had here (mostly if not all LGs because of how good their phones are) and have been happy with my purchases.
John was the helpful person at Sprint and he didnt make it seem that I was outdated from cell phone language or usage.
-14/10 Do Not Use This StoreI went there last December to buy a new phone with my free upgrade and the sales associate told me that not only could no not use the upgrade, but I would have to buy a whole new phone plan. Since I needed a phone for work I agreed and got the plan with the understanding that it could be cancelled within 14 days at no charge. I also ordered a case for the phone while I was there.The next day I went to a different corporate-owned store because it all didnt seem right and they told me I had been scammed by the salesman so he could get a commission. I fought for months with Sprint corporate and the store to get my money back and my old plan. I was able to get my old number but despite providing receipts and other paperwork, the store refused to cooperate with Sprint national so they never did anything. I lost almost $200 and never got my $50 case. I went back to the store with my receipts to at least try to get the case and they said I had never been there before despite the paper in front of them signed by their manager.

Thats like saying that Burger King or Subway are not real brand stores.This store is the best in the area by far. They will always help you and treat you like gold. Nick, the store manager, is down to earth and very knowledgeable.Do not get scammed at the Woodhaven store. Go to this store and you will be happy you did.

I bought a sprint phone online from a lady that told me I could use it witht mobile. I went to t mobile and they told me I could not use the phone. I went to the sprint store in Taylor next to menards and I told janell the situation i was in. Even though i was not a sprint customer she still took time out of her day to help me out. It turned out that I bought a prepaid phone that I couldnt use with t mobile or sprint. I was very frustrated because i bought a phone for $100 and i couldnt return it. Janell ended up telling me the plans they have available with sprint and how I could make my money back through my credit union. I ended up switching to sprint and will hopefully get $100 back to my cu account. I was very thankful to have walked into that store and for meeting Janell.
I had an lg g4 with a bootloop issue. They ordered ne a replacement with no issues and were some how able to get my stuff back for me. I am so happy they saved my info. They even took the time to help with my sons phone that is not even activated. I appreciate all the service.

I called the store and the worker Kyle answered and helped me with all of my questions about pre ordering the new iPhone 7. My phone was defected since I got it, and I finally had the time after 6 months to go in and talk to them. I got a replacement phone, the same one,but while they were trying to fix it before I got the replacement, I specifically told them to call me at a different number. They called it, but only to say that some of the software had to be changed, I said okay... Not ever did they say that they were going to reset the whole phone. And so they reset the whole phone. I had several paid apps that are now wiped because of that, other apps like ColorNotes with several important notes about work/school, gone, and a lot of other things gone. I am not satisfied at all with this Sprint store, nor will I ever go to them again for service.

Was having issues with a Samsung S4 and they rebooted it for me and I had to come back the following week for the same issue (due to the phone, not the service they did.)Ended up having to get a new phone but Kyle and Asa answered every question I had about how itd effect my bill and if it was the right decision to get a new phone. This sprint store is not the closest location to my home but Ill continue to drive to this sprint store above the others in my area. Thanks guys! :)Also there is usually VERY little wait.

These guys want your money not whats best for you. My phone stopped turning on and had insurance and they wanted to charge me 150 deductable but my phone had no physical damage. I went to a different store where I usualy go and got me a new phone for free..
Got there near closings time and the employee that took care of us made us feel like he didnt want to work and wished he was at home hours ago

The service at this location is nowhere near what it used to be. Customer service. ??? They have no idea. Issues with my phone not charging which they said it would take 2 hrs to look at it. Not once but 3 times. The tech was too busy on personal calls. On the 4th trip to resolve this issue the tech was off the clock but still there chatting on the phone. When questioning why the phone couldnt be looked at employee became belligerent and when asked for a pen to write the employees name down the employee threw a pen and then a paperbpad at my son calling him bro.The manager told us to leave when I questioned the employees behavior. He then screamed at us to leave his store. I dont think he owns the store. Sprint should be ashamed of the employees at this location. I have never received this type of treatment at this location with the previous staff and. Ive been with Sprint for 10 years. Never again..
Omar was very mean and very rude. complying him that i appreciate him getting me with a smile after the ride store manager in woodhaven today and i dont know but he may of seemed pleaeent at first and turned into a mean person in 2 seconds. not helpful at all other people he works with seemed nicer and a little compassionate but Omar doesnt care about Sprint loyal customers. wouldnt even get supervisor back on phone since their in house phone or service center drops calls like Sprint towers. glad i will be enjoying a nice gold plantnium edge with verizon. and i may use this galaxy 5 to play my music is the only thing is useful for.
Im not quite sure what to say now as I was just in the store recently to say HI to my guys and to get a little advice only to find that THEY HAVE ALL LEFT THE COMPANY!! I must say that one of the GOOD ONES is still there, hes the fella that fixes em and he KNOWS his job. Hes helped me many a time and I have ALWAYS been happy with this store and the sales crew that have moved on after MANY years of service will be sorely missed! I felt some employees were not very knowledgeable, the rest were irritated to have customers coming in to bother them during quiet time. There was an exception, dont recall his name (it was during my 2nd visit of probably 5+) but he was very tall and knew his business (maybe the manager)... thats why I gave the extra star. Wont be going back after my new phone comes in.

I can tell you i have a busy life and i can walk in here and these people help you and get you back out. I have had the managers jump through hoops for me when something was wrong with my phone. I do not like the Woodhaven store i have gone there several times with appts just to wait and wait more and the people are not very helpful. This is the only store i will go to.
I would just recomend going to the sprint store in woodhaven.. Avoid them every chance u get. They refused to fix my phone & tried to make me do a eairly upgrade.. Called corporate and ended up getting a replacement phone anyways (:
