Ive gotten my glasses here since 2016. The doctor is very professional. Alanna is as well. My latest experience has been highly stressful. I need glasses to be able to drive, cook, read, watch television and everything. Three weeks of excuses nd they were finally ready for pickup today. The clerk was very busy on the phone and rude as heck. She finally got off the phone and just handed me the case. Big was amazed because usually there are some small adjustments. Did she ask? NO.i took them anyway because she immediately went on to be rude to the next person.They dont fit and are crooked. Fell off 3 times before I made the 2 mile drive home. At least I can see..Ill be back tomorrow

The optometrist is nice, handsome and funny. I felt very comfortable. Then the ladies were smiling and happy. They were very helpful. My sister, daughter and I went there. They have a little chalk board for the children to play on. The prices were decent. I brought my own glasses in and I was completely satisfied with the service. 😊😊

My glasses & sunglasses came in so fast! I was highly impressed! Everyone was so nice too! This was my 1st experience there. Definitely will be going back again in the future!

Such a great experience with my toddler that can barely sit still! The optometrist and his team were extremely kind and patient. My husband and I were also able to get our exam in while our son played in the exam room!

Im actually sitting in the vision room writing this review. My son had just came from childrens eye Care and was given a prescription his eye sight is very horrible, i come to Walmart vision because I love Walmart and never have had any problems. The lady that was working 1/29/2020 at 2:30 was very rude and unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes! After sitting a hour waiting after rudely being told shes booked today and has to pee and already has an appointment at 2:30 just to say they do not take Michigan meridian when the specialist gave us a list of where we could go! Im highly upset and disappointed

The manager and staff went above any beyond. I was met with an enthusiastic greeting when I came in and the customer service continued through the whole process. I couldve chose anywhere to bring my prescription in but Im glad I chose the Taylor Walmart vision center. Will come back with family.

My childrens insurance only allows a covered pair every 2 years. Soooo the 10,000 times they need a replacement pair in-between time, I go here. The prices on frames and lenses are very reasonable. And theres a 1yr warranty on all frames (no addl cost). The last time my son broke a pair they were replaced THE SAME DAY!Theres usually only a couple employees to handle walk-in customers so when it gets busy they do the best they can.Very friendly and attentive staff.

Very bad customer service... When I went there to get my eyeglasses...I said Hi and no reply..for the second time hi...she didnt reply..she didnt even give me my stuff in a bag..she let them scattered on the desk to let me pick them!!! They do not worth one star
