This place is the best place ever. My car was in a bad accident and Nick the manager responded so politely and helped me get this resolved. Also, Venita the beautiful secretary at the front was so helpful and nice. If I wasnt married I would ask her on a date.

I got my rear bumper replaced here. Picked it up today 6/23. The owner at this shop took his time and explained everything step by step to me what parts he would need and exactly how much it would cost me. He was very nice and professional. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. They did an amazing job. My car even was wash down and vacuumed out :) I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR RELIABLE SERVICE THESE ARE YOUR GUYS. Thanks so much for bring my baby back to life.

I had a flat tire and was able to roll into the body shop parking lot. The tire had large hole in it and the man there was able to insert a temporary plug. He then pumped up the tire and I was able to make it to the Firestone tire store. I did not get the name of the man who helped me, howerer I want to thank him for his help and kindness.

I went to Body Tech after I had discovered a rear fender had been cutting into my tire. Kevin looked at it (by laying in the parking lot), said the shocks were original to the car (2006 Mazda 6 S) and that I should look into getting new shocks. Unfortunately, his body modification guy was out at the time. I took my car to the Mazda dealership on Laurens road the same day to have it looked at. Nothing wrong with the shocks or anything else in the car, the edge just needed to smoothed out and the dealership did not have the equipment to do the work. I called Body Tech the next morning and spoke with a shop worker and asked if theyd be able to do the work for me. He said Sure, itll only take me about thirty minutes to smooth the edge. On my way there, I called to make sure they could fit me in their schedule. Another guy picked up and acted as a go between between Kevin and me. I asked to speak to Kevin. Kevin got on the phone and said that they could not do the work, and said Id have to ask the owner why. I told him that their shop worker said that it could be done, that my shocks were not the problem, and if they didnt want my business I would gladly take it elsewhere. He hung up.I ended up going to All Autos Collision Repair and Sales at 110 Sunbelt Ct. in Greer. They were courteous, professional, and did the work for me in less than an hour with a completely smooth edge and no damage to my paint. I was charged $30 for everything.I would not recommend Body Tech to anyone.-Smalls

I picked up my truck yesterday and noticed they went (ABCD) Above and Beyond the Call of Duty! Big customer service kudos to Ferdinand! He has my business for anything needed done in the future!!! I would give this place zero stars if possible. My car was totaled and the highway patrol had it towed for me to this place while I was put in an ambulance and taken to the hospital. My cell phone and other personal belongings were left in the car in the chaotic aftermath of the crash. When I went the following day to retrieve my things, they refused me access to my own car until they had garunteed payment for their services. I told them I needed my phone in order to contact my insurance company to pay because it was a hit and run. They still refused to let me go to my car and get my phone. They had someone go to my car and retrieve my insurance card so that I could call my insurance company and ensure they would be paid before I could have my things. I had to use my mother-in-laws phone to make the call because they did not have a phone I could use. This whole process took a very long time. They were very rude. I had to wait on the phone and file the accident with insurance and let then talk to the owners of the shop and wait for the insurance company to get everything in order before I could even see my car. I ended up crying because of the emotional stress. They also said that I would have to pay them rent for every day my car sat on their lot. It was terrible. They made a terrible thing that happened to me even worse.

Dont use this company. After my husband rolled his Mustang convertable (a show car) and was in the hospital fighting for his life (the driver who picked up the car thought he died), Ferninand, the owner, tried to strong arm me into trading the car for the $250 tow bill. After learning the motor and tyranny were salvageable, I refused his offer, so he called me a b**** and started to add on bogus charges ($75 gate fee, customer service fee, etc). He also said he would have to charge storage on Saturday and sunday since they were closed (they were open when I stopped in on Saturday).  We had to have the highway patrol come and remind them of the max charge allowable for a police ordered tow, and we were able to get a much better offer on the car within 2 days.  Several valuable items were missing from the car (cds, his cell phone, very expensive car care supplies, etc.). After threatening to call the police again, some of the items were found at the home of the driver who took them to keep them safe. This guy is a vampire. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible to deal with, refused my wife access to her personal belonging in a car that had been totaled. Should be shut down!
