Sharon was amazing. She spent the time to explain to us how insurance claims work and what our next step would be. She called our towing and storage company for us and arranged to have our car transferred from the storage lot to their place of business. They have agreed to keep us in the loop before any decisions were made. She explained the pros and cons on our options and will leave the decisions to us.A very well organized and super clean facility.Our car has not yet been repaired but we feel confident that this facility will do a good job when they work on it.

I would highly recommend Caliber collision to anyone and everyone. I have had work done on 2 cars there, an Audi A6 and a Chevy Tahoe, both came back spotless! I could not tell that either had ever been in an accident. No swirl marks, no uneven gaps, no paint differences and no over spray! Caliber Collision does top of the line quality work. You will not be disappointed with you decision to use them as your body shop.

I have never given a bad review of anyone. But this is how my new car looked AFTER a fender bender repair at Caliber Collision. I could not believe they considered this as fixed. Also, the paint job had an orange peel look to the finish because the new paint had not been buffed out. They repaired the repairs to my satisfaction, but it was aggravating that I had to have it redone. When I got it back the second time, the car mats had dirty footprints all over them. They had not cleaned the car at all.

Robby was great. He kept me informed while they had my car. It was completed on time. And so far I haven’t had any issues. Will use them again!

So Caliber Collision…. Wife was rear ended and this was a place on the list from the insurance company good reviews so I figured it was a good place. Now this is not pointed to one individual, but the Taylor’s South Carolina shop as a whole. Picked up the truck when we got there to inspect the work I immediately noticed the bumper was shiny and the wrong color.Started looking closer and realized that it had a plastic cover on it, the original did not. When I bring to their attention they said “ let’s go look”. So I’m thinking they will fix it. Nope they did not stand by their work they came up with b/s that the part number had changed and said that part was no longer available and that this was the part to order/ replace instead.I made it clear that it wasn’t correct and that we wanted it fixed. A lady proceeds to tell me that they will paint it the same color as the bumper replaced but that was it. So we AGREED that the bumper was at least the wrong color. They employee then tells me that the guy that did the body work was Russian and has a strong work ethic and she feels he did the correct job. The job again was a solid bumper (metal) not plastic and I’m sitting there thinking so you trust him but in the same breath you say he painted it the wrong color …. All in all they do not deserve th 4.6 stars they have and they sure don’t deserve to think it’s ok not to correct their mistake. Go some where else with your business

Be very careful when pre-registering to just simply have an estimate done by this company. Carefully read all the fine-print before you check off their boxes, and sign away any future legal recourse. Such as:•They want you to agree to award the Repair job to them, in advance before they’ve even looked at your Vehicle.•You’re required to give them your personal power-of-attorney, so they can sign and deposit checks, that are actually made out to the customer. Which means it’s possible customers could be completely unaware of all the monies issued under their name.• My insurance company seems to be a little too cozy with this company. They heavily promoted CC even when I requested 3 times by Name another company I wished to perform the estimate. There are other reviews herein that indicated they had also observed this same proclivity. Seems Way Too Suspicious $$ !!

Excellent Customer Service. Had our Daughters Kia Soul in for repairs after she was rear-ended. It was minor but of course needed new back bumper braces and assembly. My mother picked my car up for me because I was at work and still injured. When she brought the car to me I jumped up and down and called the company as soon as I had the car, but they were closed. IT LOKKED BRAND NEW!!!Thank you for the hospitality from the estimate visit, to dropping off and rental being there, to my car looking BRAND NEW! You guys are amazing. The atmosphere is so positive and diverse and it made me feel very comfortable with all of the employees. It was a great experience.

Not that there is ever a good time to hit a deer, but this was the worst timing ever. But Mark was on it, communicating timeline, talking to the rental company, and insurance. And despite some unforeseen issues I still got my truck back on time and looking like new. Caliber is that place for body work in Greenville!

Larger operation than I expected. Nice waiting area. Courteous staff. They took care of my estimate quickly and efficiently. The only issue at all was that I do believe the fill in for the regular Estimator was color blind. It had no bearing on my visit or the estimate on my car, so Im not deducting any stars over it.

Got rear ended told the insurance company that my car was driving funny. AND the phone call was recorded so they have all the proof and they kept trying to push me out the door saying they can’t relate it to the accident. Not good business at all. they’ll fix the appearance but won’t fix the real underlying problems cause by the accident!!!!

UPDATE—My car work was completed and everything went as planned. All of the staff I talked with ((Matt, Ashley, and Zack) We’re helpful and clear through the process. I would do business here again.. My first time at Caliber today. I was met with professional staff who left me feeling comfortable with this scary (post accident, insurance) process.I am looking forward to doing business with them for my repairs.

I cannot tell you how much my daughter and I enjoyed working with Robbie. He is truly a people person😘 And we instantly had a sense of trust with his integrity and his quality of work was outstanding! My car was only 3 weeks old and it looks like the accident never happened. Would not go anywhere else, just hope I dont have to 🤗.

My vehicle needed the entire side redone from being side swiped. Joshua Calleaux and team were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the repairs. Very slow, maybe incompetent body and paint shop. My repair looks good, if you dont look with a professional eye. I just couldnt believe that they never called me (I always had to call for status updates) and the job took literally weeks. My understanding was they had a hard time getting the doors to paint right. Thats a sign to me a coatings industry professional that their paint shop has some dysfunction. If you look closely you can see where the color flakes didnt lay down right (werent applied correctly around the mirror on the passenger door. That means the painter tried to do a quick job and didnt disassemble appropriately. Hence 4 weeks in the paint shop. At least I had a free rental car but cmon people. Not even an apology. Its been a couple months and I still am irritated with this place. The CC in fountain inn was better experience and service than this place but CC is not the best option even if your insurance says go there. Its just not the best. Sorry.

I recently had 3 vehicles inspected here after severe hail damage. I can’t comment on the quality of their repairs, but there were many positives with my experience. There is a wide open parking lot, and lots of spaces across the front of the building. There are a lot of shops that don’t have anywhere near the ease of access. I dealt with multiple people at the front desk and all were very friendly and professional. The waiting area is clean and spacious as well.

Words cannot even touch on the quality of work Caliber Callison did when I had to have it repaired. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on getting my car back on the road and the quality of work.

After being rear-ended in a car accident the other parties insurance company told me they use caliber collision. I could have went anywhere but decided it would be quicker and easier since this is who they deal with. Everything started out great the people were great and the body work and paint matching was flawless. After about a week I noticed that once I locked my doors that the rear hatch door (Jeep Cherokee) was not locking and the replacement latch turned out to be faulty. I called them and they told me to stop by. They checked it and said it was defective and they would order a new one. Once it came it they would call me and I could stop in and they would install it. Well that day never came. I sent endless emails and was told they were working on getting it and thats it. My latch still does not work and they still have not called or emailed back. Its been weeks. This was my first experience at this establishment and will never return. If your needing a repair I would go anywhere but here. Once they have your money they seem to be done and not care about you.

Ill spare the details here and cut to the chase - Caliber was nice in the beginning after a rear ended accident, but after the repairs are done and when other issues/problems arise very shortly after the repairs, they ignore you as if you have COVID-19 and make up some excuse not to deal with you again. I would not recommend them.

I’m sorry some people have had bad experiences with this company. I took my Camry in July 3rd because the front bumper was pulling away on each side where it was connected to the car. I was told the bumper needed to be replaced, but when I said I could not afford that, the young man helping me said he could put some screws on each side to hold it. He fixed it right then & would not accept any payment. He blessed me that day & hopefully will be blessed in return.

Excellent costumer service, Leanne was a pleasure to deal with. Tad bit slower on the turn around time but definitely worth waiting a little longer.

My car was serviced for hail damage repair at Caliber in Taylors, SC. They told me the car would be ready in 2 days, but it actually took 5 days and cost me additional rental car expenses. That was not too bad and easily understandable and forgiven. However, when I got my car back and paid the 1000$ deductible, discovered that the spoiler on the roof of the lift gate was warped and did not match up with the car. Pictures from the original estimate prior to Caliber getting the car, indicated that the damage occurred in their shop. Caliber tried to put another spoiler on the back from a different car to appease me but it didnt match either. I called several times and asked where we were with this situation and never received a return call from them. I was told we are waiting to hear back from the insurance company a couple of times and then my calls just went straight to voice mail never to be returned. My insurance adjuster told me it was their responsibility because it was not part of the hail damage. I could not get anyone at Caliber to discuss this with me. I would NOT recommend this shop and will not use them again. I am still waiting for them to call me back. My car was serviced 3 months ago.

I am writing for a small family owned business. We had an employee involved in an accident. The other party insisted Caliber Collision repair his vehicle. We did not want to file a claim on our insurance policy and therefore paid out of pocket for the vehicle repairs.We were charged insurance prices! It was explained that we would be paying and asked the Taylors, SC location to please work with us and help us out in any way possible. We work with many other body shops and therefore have knowledge of repair prices. We were also charged for unnecessary services. This estimate was really unreasonably expensive.In addition, there was a supplement that was thousands more than the estimate! It was explained in advance that a supplement was likely; however it was not expected to be thousands of dollars more.Caliber Collision is a big corporation and does not care about you as an individual!

I had a dent at the bottom of my rt rear passenger door and one day sooner than was estimated it was repaired. I truthfully could not tell it had been damaged. The Caliber rep gave me timely updates throughout the process. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend Caliber Collision for any car repair. Enterprise had a rep on site so I dropped off my car and had a choice of three vehicles. Very good experience.

The waiting area and receptionist are lovely. Got there before my appointment time and was seen as soon as I got there. The inspector was very nice and took his time looking at my car even though it looked to be fine. I would recommend their services to anyone!!

Let me start this with our vehicle looks great now, but the behind the scenes has been nothing but a nightmare. AND we’re still not completed.We were recommended here by State Farm. Our car was predicted to be completed in three weeks. Fair enough.Five weeks pass and still no car. With little communication every excuse was used. Parts, weather, personnel were all a problem. I’m pretty forgiving, but at some point someone needs to step up.Gilbert agreed to cover our rental costs. Which is very much appreciated. Except they’re not covered. I have yet to receive a refund. Our car was dropped off on Monday November 26th. Today is January 24th and still nothing.I would never bring a car here.

With the recent hail damage, I took my vehicle to this location for my adjustment. Even though they were very, very busy at the time-- these guys are prompt and very systematic. I was in and out with no problem. Top notch operation.

Last week was my third experience in the past six months at Caliber Collision. I think my cars have a bullseye on them! All three repairs were completed beautifully and on time. One of the best advantages is the rental car folks are on hand to deliver the car to you at Caliber, no hassle at the rental car lot! Another advantage is the friendly and professional people at Caliber. Kevin, who wrote the estimate and Dillon at the front counter were thorough, professional and friendly. Oh yeah, there was free popcorn. How do you beat that.
