Appreciate, all the auto parts stores to help keep our vehicles in good working order.
The manager of the store is tall and just as tall as he is he is friendly and helpful. When I walked in and saw him working I felt at ease. He always is helpful, nice and knowledgeable.
David, the assistant manager went above and beyond helping me.Great attitude all around.

He is a model employee, and I can only hope that the other employees at auto zone strive to be like him. Also special shout-out to Ryan who was also amazing! I was driving down Wade Hampton Boulevard when I realized that my left blinker was not working! Went to AutoZone to purchase a new bulb. The employee sold me the bulb with some bulb grease and sent me on my way. Then I noticed another lady getting help from another employee to help her change her blinker bulb. So, I asked if he would help me. He asked me to try the blinker and voila, it was now working! Wow, my car is a 2000 Durango and I have never needed to change any of the bulbs! This employee was so nice and sent me on my way! I like AutoZone because they are very helpful and have saved me many times from having to take my car to a mechanic to get something fixed that I could fix myself!
Its extremely frustrating when I can walk in and NOT receive help or have the men working looking at me like Im an alien. The are very dismissive if youre a woman, because clearly only men know anything about cars. Only getting 1 star because I cant post if I dont give at least 1
Auto zone please remove your employees face diapers, humans need fresh air or eventually they will be carrying a portable oxygen machine to force fresh oxygen into there bodies. FREE THE SMILES AND MAKE FRESH AIR GREAT AGAIN !!!!!!!

Hes very knowledgeable with outstanding customer service!! I watched him go above and beyond for each client including me. They Do Not Honor Their Warranty On Their Parts! I bought a new starter in 03/2020 from Taylors location and had to go back to Talyors location because their stores are not linked together to replace their defective part in 11/2020. Now 04/2021 Their part Went Bad Again and they Claim it is out of Warranty because the 1yr warranty was back in 03 when I originally purchased it . Isnt The Warranty to protect u. Not with Them. But I am Also Filing Complaint with Department Of Regulatory of Staff beginning next week.

I rarely give 5 stars. Exceeding my expectations is so hard to do these days. Autozone makes Duralast auto parts. I have found there the best you can install on your vehicle. Plus the service and friendship with the workers is exceptional.
Carlos is the best of the best! Hes so knowledgeable and friendly. He checked my battery, installed a new one and gave me tips on how to keep my engine healthy and clean! Not to mention how fast and efficient he was. You cant get better service than this. Thank you Carlos and Auto Zone for fixing Mathilde!

I went here to get a new battery, the guy told me he was completely out of stock but their location in cherrydale had 5 in stock, I went to the autozone in cherrydale and informed them that I was sent here because the location in Taylors was out of stock. Well come to find out the location in Taylors had 9 in stock and was too lazy to install it. Bad business and lazy as can be. I will never return or refer to this location!! The location in cherrydale was FANTASTIC, installed my battery and was very helpful!

These guys are life savers!This store was my fourth stop in the search for a battery for my car. 2 other stores were out of stock. One (completely different chain) store tried to place two bad batteries in my car and tried to say something else was wrong with it when my car wouldnt start. I wasnt convinced and had a feeling I was getting played because they couldnt even tell me what else was wrongSo I went to AutoZone and I was helped by gentleman (I wish I remembered his name, I tried to look on my receipt and couldnt find it). He was patient with my questions, never once made me feel dumb and explained things to where I understood them.Their employee, Cam changed out my battery and he was taking his time. I told him my concerns with the prior store saying something else was wrong.He got my battery changed and my car was running on its own again. For reassurance he happily ran diagnostics on my car and told me everything else was fine.AutoZone made my day and helped me out so much. I know exactly where Ill be headed next time I have to buy something for my car. Customer Service was superb.

This store has some good employees that are very helpful and knowledgeable. But for the most part they just read car parts off a computer screen and really have no experience in the automotive industry. Cant except great service from the staff when lack of communication and training is an issue. That falls on the store manager. No wonder they cant keep people. Oh well thank goodness for Rock Auto and the other places.
Well Crystal the Mgr., is so knowledgable its unreal. Ms. Sandy also has her automotive knowledge, she has worked there for 33 yrs. This is the best auto parts store for great service and experience. Needed a fuel pump so I called Crystal and she pulled the in stock part and was easy to install. Thank you for always being so helpful and professional. 👍

If I could give a zero star I will. Ordered a clutch over the phone they did not email a receipt of purchase then the part did not get shipped and they have no record of the purchase but my card was billed! Worthless staff

Not in detail, however during a simple change, something awful occurred to my vehicle. All by genuine mistake I truly feel. In order to keep me from paying my core he helped take the mass airflow sensor off and did it with a smile! I was frustrated and he made sure I knew everything was okay! The lady offered to help me find a part. It was not showing in the system so she googled it on her personal phone and found a part number that she then cross-referenced in the system and found it for me in the store. Wow! Now THAT is customer service! This is the only parts store I will go to.

Good place for parts but dont rely heavily on the salesmans knowledge. Parts are cheap but they have told me to do some crazy things to my truck that would have damaged it rather than helped it. Know what you are doing.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I called before I went and asked if I got a headlight if theyd be able to change it for me and they said yeah. Went in and a guy greeted me and I told him what I needed but since he was in the middle of counting cash he asked another guy to help us, which was perfectly fine. However, the guy that actually helped us rudely told me and my mom that we had to step away from the guy counting cash because he was counting a register and asked what we needed and we told him and then he had to ask again the model of my car which I had already stated twice. Then he quickly rung up the lights I needed, threw them in the bag, and started helping the next customer. No one offered to help me install it. Ill never be back.

7:32 am and the door NOT open and I have been here since 7:16am. Employees in there walking around looking at me. See me out here but did not acknowledge me even out here.Saw about 3 employees walk in at 7:27 am all running late. They were just putting in cash drawers when I was finally let in after knocking on the door like y’all open at 7:30am? and the response from store manager Crystal B. was I been sick was running late. Not my problem. I just expected to be in the door at 7:30am and not be stared at thru the door like they wouldn’t open. Smh
Store was fine but we were given wrong information about the tire air pressure light that was lite up on the dash board. The employee answered our question quickly without checking.

The crew is top notch ! Searching just for some graphite Lube in a tube and I needed some for a Honda door lock the gentleman referred me to some white lithium spray work like a charm

Went in to buy a battery. The associate went out to check my battery and told me there was too much corrosion on the cables. Said I would need to take it to a shop. Well guess what Auto Zone... just because Im a female that cant change a battery doesnt make me stupid! I drove right across the street to OReilly s, bought a battery (a $140 sale that you missed) and they changed it for me. Maybe you should have Robert from OReillys come teach your associates to do a simple battery change. Its called customer service!
They always do what they say and tell me the truth, not what I want to hear...bottom line. The always have every tool that need and are willing to help beyond their job requirements.
Organized enough for me to find what I needed quickly without any assistance. Guy that checked me out was very nice and conversational.
Came in looking for a hose, but Im not really sure what size and asked the dude if he would look at it, it wouldnt even take a minute, since he is the expert, instead of helping me out, the guy just says I cant go, I need to help other customers when there wasnt any other customers in the store. Then not even a minute later, I see another store associate helping out a customer with his car. Then as Im typing this review, THE GUY WALKS OUT AND HELPS SOMEONE ELSE WITH THEIR CAR.
I needed a turning signal for my car, and I really didnt want to pay at the dealership for something like that. I went to autozone, payed a small price for the lamp, then they installed it for free. Amazing service and great prices!
We are loyal customers of Auto Zone and received a gift card for Christmas. When we went to use it we had the recept of purchase, but for some reason the gift card wasnt accepted. The asst mgr had me return the next day to speak to the mgr. Each time they called the corporate office. Corporate office says the card is valid, but because the computer cant read it they are issuing another gift card. This one cant be used for 4 days before it can be activated. Really? Inexcusable. Two visits and still cant buy the windshield wipers with the gift card. Lesson Learned - DONT BUY GIFT CARDS AT AUTO ZONE!!! Poor customer service, corporate!
