The worst of the worst ever customer service they have at this store, I mean you can go to a McDonald’s in Russia and get a better customer service than you would at this freaking Walmart customer service, they have the most rude people working behind the customer service desk, I had to return an item and the lady was not making any sense, telling me they cannot exchange or refund me the money but I can go to another location and try to get my refund, when I questioned her she just told me she did not want to deal with me and left and got another lady to help me who was even worst than the First Lady, extremely rude, ignorants who believe that customers are not worth taking care of, little do they know it’s customers who pay their wages, not to be rude and act foolish but to give the best customer service available. Manager needs to step in and take care of his employees and educate them on how to take care of customer’s.

This place is a great place to shop until you check out. I dont understand why you would have so many registers but so few people actually running them. Checking out here ALWAYS takes forever ... even the self checkout. I avoid this place whenever possible.

Clean store.. The staff I spoke with were helpful and nice... It seems all the Walmart are in need of getting stuff on the shelf but better then the one in Greer!

Typically I go to Walmart at a later hour to avoid any backed up check out lines. Normally this results in a 4 or 5 star shopping experience. This particular location however was a nightmare. 10pm & still managed to make me wait for 30 minutes to check out. They have self checkouts at both ends of the store & maybe 10 or 15 regular checkout spots. Out of all these places that we should have checked out, they managed to only make 2 self check out & 2 cashier checkout lines available to shoppers!! Really?? I get not having many cashier spots open but whats up with only opening at most, a quarter of the self checkout spots when you see people standing & waiting?

Not sure why they have 7-8 registers & only 2-3 cashiers working no matter what day I go there, Im really not impressed nor do l enjoy going there anymore because the lines are long the groceries there are not a bargain the clothes they sell are very cheaply made & the customer service is not friendly, I feel like a number & not a paying customer at this type of store anymore. I absolutely dislike this whole Walmart experience in the last couple of years now, I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere because Walmart has really gone downhill

Our home store. We love it. Only problem we have lately is that they are understaffed and always closing the money center and customer service. We love the setup. Self checkout with the conveyor belt is a life saver. Staff is always present and pleasant. Wal-Mart pickup does an awesome job getting your things to you timely and efficiently. Garden center is open. Gas station on site.

Too much competition in the area to make lower price in special, grocery área.

Great place to buy groceries! Their prices are very fair and they have a pretty decent selection of items. However, their service can be mediocre at times and the quality of some of their items is subpar.

My blood pressure rises just pulling into a Walmart parking lot. They have 29 registers with only 2 running, self checkouts are always packed with half the registers down because of no receipt paper, no cash, etc.... You will wait in line for 20 mins at self checkout only for them to tell you every machine is card only sending you to the back of another line at one of the only 2 registers with actual emoyees ringing people up. I try to steer away from all Walmarts.Never a good experience......

Well...it was almost empty and no employees available unless you go and seach your self for the ones that may be working. They dont have juice/water coolers in the store! Unbelievable.

I have called multiple times today trying to get an order I placed for pickup. No one has answered the phone on the Associates line or pickup line. I will not be shopping at this Walmart again. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with customer service at this Walmart. Someone needs to manage this location better.

I went to Wal Mart supercenter and today on Wade Hampton.Nice clean store, carts wiped down, cashier was fast and friendly. Social distancing in place. Not too crowded. I enjoyed some great bargains in ice cream, Pancake mix and pancake syrup. Great prices including a 12 pack of root beer for$2.Syrup $1 33 and large Aunt Jemima for $2. Ice cream $2.

Unbelievable, there was human feces right in the entrance as you walk in the store. It was early morning and Im aware about the homeless folks seemingly strolling around the parking lot pan handling. However, I cant believe someone would casually do that on the sidewalk entrance. It was all I can take! Needless to say, I stormed out of there. I cant elaborate on my experience in the store because I didnt make that far.

This is by far one of the most disgusting stores. Most of the employeees are rude. It costs you nothing to be nice and cordial to anyone. I only go to this store unless I absolutely have no choice. Id rather go somewhere spend more and be appreciated than to go there.

UPDATE:The Walmart in Taylors made it right.Im now a very Happy Customer. Thank you too all Associates that helped me today with the issue below that happen last week.😊I would have to say that WALMART TAYLORSpurchased a 65 TV on Walmart.com and it didnt work .So I took it to the local store. And they would not exchange fuel to it being over 3 months of purchase. I explained I bought it for my new home that was being built. And now I was ready to set up and watch it. But do not work everything sill brand new. But they wouldnt exchange it so .I ca Walmart. Com and they would not help me either. So I left the TV there and WALMART HAS LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOME

Just another Wally World experience. Shelves about 50 % stocked....as always. Keep going there because we do save some on canned goods. Never meat or produce.

They have some great workers. A few local sages of the business. Only problem is they are not supported enough by corporate. They have machines in the Customer Service that are broken. Patricia said try another Walmart. That day I saw them help a young lady who spoke no English. Please help our local favorite Walmart!

Ok so guys they are ALWAYS and I mean always out of nail polish. Lol. They are always out of stock of so much. Today I went there and from what I saw they were out of bagels, orange juice(and alot of other juices),frozen berries, yogurt, and other things.

Great cheaper products.Need to clean the dirty floors and produce area.

Came here yesterday at 5pm, waited in line in electronics to get headphones unlocked out of the case. Waited forever, no one was working electronics. So grabbed some stuff and went upfront to checkout, 3 registers open with lines wrapping way around. Came in at 6:30am to try for the headphones again. Once again, no one can help me now either, no one knows who has they key to unlock them. Do not come here.

I dont like Walmart I dont usually go there. Every now and then I do go just to be reminded why I dont go there and leave without purchasing. End up buying somewhere else with a much better experience.

I dislike Walmart with a passion. I’d rather go to target blind falling from a plane then to walk into another Walmart ever again. No one knows what they are doing, most of the staff is rude and it takes way too long to do anything at Walmart. When asking for a manager or any higher up employee, no one can ever find them. Most of the staff is in need of serious training and not everyone is trained in everything. Services depend on who’s working because most of them walk around like a chicken with there heads cut off… very disappointed.

Great store has exactly what Im looking for most of the time.

With the rising cost of foods, pet foods, and over the counter medicines it is the only place to go. Fixed incomes and high gas prices will stop me from doing my mom and pop local businesses as well as traveling.

The White Horse Rd store needs to close down or do a management change over. They get too much business for them to only have two registers open with employees running them. The self scan registers are card only and if I wanted to run a register I would apply for a job! Sick of this Walmart . Days that I feel like driving further out I will go to a different Walmart. 😡

I work with doordash and I hated going to this Walmart to pick up orders because the employees were very slow and didnt care and 95% of the time I would wait over 30 minutes to find out that they didnt even have my order but ever since they received a new manager I am in and out in under 5 minutes almost every time there are a few employees that really work hard and make my visit enjoyable as I get their names I will be editing this post and adding their names starting with John everytime I come she comes right on out he says how are you doing when I leave he says have a great day hes always nice and hes super productive its refreshing to see people that are friendly and help you get your day going

This store has a ton of cash registers and self check out registers but the self service registers didnt take cash and the employee that stands at them dont tell you this until after you have stood in line and gotten to the registers. Out of all of the regular cash registers, only two were open with extremely long lines. The shoe section and jewelry section with watches had a very small selection. Only a handful of shopping carts were in the entrance which is not to the food side. There was no visible management in site in the store to complain to about anything. This is not a Walmart that you want to visit if you are shopping.

Last trip to Walmart. Self checkout for me is a real pain Im disabled. Only the cigerrette check out opened it was horrible. People complaining. Asking for a manager. A super Walmart, has all of the things you would expect, not the best, but not the worst Walmart i have been to. Most importantly it is the closest to my house. Seems that the produce has gotten better, the sporting goods has gotten worse. Prices are reasonable. Same stuff as Target just one dollar cheaper. I would go again.

The shelves are often empty!! This has been going on for at least 2 years since I moved to the area. There is supposedly a new manager, but it had NOT helped. Tonight there were NO heads of lettuce, NO celery, NO broccoli, NO bananas . . . The few packages of Romaine lettuce looked rotten. I gave up doing my regular shopping and only grabbed a couple of items on my list that I could find. I wonder if anyone at Walmart is ever going to fix this problem.

Found what was on the list - plant fertilizer, threads, coffee etc. plenty of parking. Has a good produce section. Prefer Pelham road location for any clothing items.

The Wade Hampton location always has a good variety of stock. I never see empty shelves even during the Christmas season.

Good home cooked food with a nice variety to choose from. From salads desserts.

Its a Walmart. You pretty much know what youre going to get.

They stuck a worker in one of those merchandise cages at the front of the store to ‘raise money’ for a hospital. Seemed a bit inhuman to make an employee do that.Both self checkout lanes were backed up, one past the grocery, and the other extended past half the unopened check out lanes. I wasn’t waiting in front of the caged lady that wouldn’t stop asking for a dollar. Felt too uncomfortable. I put all my stuff back and walked out.

This place is so slow only have 2 checkouts open that accepts cash and the rest is card only you end up having to stand in like for 30 to 40 minutes. Some employees are very rude

Auto center has horrible customer care. They claim to be open until 7 but have all of the doors locked. No one is picking up the phone either.

Extremely busy for Halloween. No candy and no costumes left at all.

Had what I needed at a reasonable price. Purchased food, electronics, clothes and household goods in one trip. Would be 5 star except not enough cashiers.

Employees are not helpful, especially in electronics department. Stood for over 20 mins waiting to get something locked up in cabinet. They close earlier than they are supposed too and employees will not offer to get anything from locked glass cabinets. Store closes at 11pm and electronics bails before. I know they dont care, but Im done with this store.

Grocery pickup is super slow at this location. Received my text that my order was ready, went to the store, waited around 40 minutes. There was only one person bringing out orders. He was very nice, but did not move quickly. Stick to White Horse Road or another location you have confirmed will bring your order out quickly.

Waited 45 minutes for one item at the pick up area. Called when I got there, was told someone would be out shortly. 45 minutes later an associate came out with a notepad and a pen and went car to car asking for names. At this point I was not able to wait any longer and decided to just go inside and purchase the item instead. Attempted to cancel my order online and got an oops page. When the associate with the notepad got to my car, I let them know I was just going to go inside to purchase the item (a single baby gate). I asked them if they could cancel the order for me since I was not able to. They said I could let the pick up window expire, or call a 1-800 number to have it cancelled. Ok fine I thought. I went inside, got my item, and headed home planning to call the 1-800 number the next day as it was getting late. Late that evening I got an email thanking me for picking up my order??? Now I have been double charged. I got nowhere with customer service, literally passed from person to person letting me know that someone else was going to call me to assist. I spoke to 4 different people all assuring me that they would be able to assist and have now run into a dead end. I have turned to my credit card company at this point hoping they can assist. I have not been to this walmart since March of 2020 and I can assure you I will never visit again. I purchased my item here because it was a lower price than everywhere else, but I would have gladly paid more to avoid this headache and to not end up being double charged in the end making it more expensive.

Real big store !!! Kinda neat 2 go 2 new ones just 2 check out the difference between them. Some of the same stuff was cheaper than Boiling Springs store

Nobody seems to want to work. You stand in line forever and then when you finally get up to the register you are waiting on yourself and in the machine besides not to work and it takes forever to get someone over there to make it work definitely one of the sorriest shopping experiences Ive ever had.

Could have nicer greeters at the door not as friendly as one hopes to Get out of a small Wally world

This store never has some of their own brand of goods. Like Diet Sams Cola, for example. They havent had it on the shelves literally for years. Have to go to the Greer store to ever get any. Same for other soda I like. Havent had their Equate brand of disinfecting hand wipes on the shelves either but that may be due to supply problems. I prefer them to the Wet Ones which they do sometimes have. They also let people go around without masks, even delivery people like for bread. They are doing better at keeping shelves stocked, however. And they do a good job of keeping things cleaned and disinfected. Including the floor. I have even seen someone go around specifically cleaning the handles to the freezer compartments.

This particular Walmart is fairly clean the workers seem to be polite. Here of late Ive only been having My groceries delivered. And overall their delivery services very good.

Absolutely ridiculous the amount or lack of cashiers! Kudos to our cashier for working her you know what off and not complaining, and we expressed that to her, but Walmart should truly be ashamed of their customer service and overworking of the four cashiers that were there.

This Walmart is always filled with grocery needs and each employee is helpful with finding grocery items and covering needs at self service centers there. However Walmart cashiers are available on a couple to three lanes for those who need an employee to check their purchases

Came to get fabric for a dyi project ask 5 assistant for help they all called for someone to come help but after waiting 45 minutes and no one coming and tried calling the store and no one answers phone this is not the way to do business they lost a big sale on two hole bolts of fabric leaving store with out what I came for a waste of my time 😢

I HATE to even give them a one star!!! Day 4 on waiting for my pick up order. Try calling store to check on order status. The pickup department must not know where the telephone is or they’re standing around trying to figure out what that noise is! Then associate employees can’t do anything to help but transfer you to the pickup department! Good Lord is store has a bad reputation!!!! They need need managers.

I came in for four items only and the main one I wanted they were out of - Gatorade. You cannot find any Gatorade at any of the Walmarts in Greenville right now. Otherwise, I found everything else and had to remind a lady to stay 6 ft away from me at checkout which went quickly. Covid-19 has not gone anywhere, it is still here. Not even 40% of South Carolinians have had both vaccination shots. Please keep your distance, wear your masks and wash your hands.

This is my favorite Walmart. Clean, well stocked and the music gives shopping a chill vibe

Third world shopping at its best. If you enjoy paying the same price as other stores charge for less service (this is the place) more management than working people on their cell phones, others just not willing to help and finally those there only waiting on payday. Shopping carts filthy, not a one with 4 correctly working wheels. You have to check expiration on everything, scan your own groceries, bag your own groceries, cart your own groceries, while they do nothing. Stockers with cellphones stuck in there face, wearing clothes they appear have slept in for days. Shopping carts never brought back in store. What happened to walmart?? Greed and political correctness. Police have a station there, it is bad. But they do play cheerful music to get you ready for that draining shopping at there store.

Very poor cleanliness, very poor stocking of food. Very, extremely poor, customer service. The deli options have not been stocked adequately for months now. And the deli staff are the worst trained, employees Ive experienced in years. They hide, ignore your presence, slow and usually dont know how to slice nor weigh deli item. Ive really believe they, the deli associates dont want to be there. Walmart needs to step up to the plate in training their staff to say hello, and try to be friendly at the very least. The fact this location is within 3 miles of the Walmart distribution center, really says something. Theres no excuse for the lack of stocking and removal of out of date products. Watch what you buy, it could be very out of date.

I just have to say that this store has the rudest employees of any place that Ive ever been! Yes, there are a few exceptions! There is one man that I think is either manager/assist. manager. I see him there sometimes. Hes very nice and professional. About 90% of the rest of those employees are just rude! Ive also heard others comment on this as well. So its just not me 😁 Nevertheless, I still visit this Taylors Walmart Supercenter. Its convenient and open till 11:00pm

They keep moving think around! So it takes longer to find what your looking for. Not cool!!

It would be nice if they would start staying open again all night. I work some crazy hours and I dont always get to go when Im working.
