Typically the service is exceptional. The pharmacist was stellar kind and thoughtful. The elderly white female at the window was rude, obnoxious and sarcastic. Very unusual care for this store.

I went to the take care clinic for a Covid-19 antibody test. It was a wonderful experience. The doctor & nurse were 2 beautiful women that were patient, kind & helpful. I really enjoyed my experience. They were friendly & made me feel so relaxed. I would visit them again if I needed a quick clinic service with great customer service.

My dad was scheduled for a Covid test. They asked him for his name and confirmation number but seemed to not know what test he was scheduled for. They asked him if it was the rapid test. My dad, unsure of what that was said yes. They sent him somewhere else for that and my dad never got the test! Im so upset with their lack of communication and professionalism. I now need to schedule a test for him tomorrow. Argh!!!

Decided to switch to this pharmacy because it is close to work. The clerk was having an issue with printing my label and proceeded to yell across to the pharmacist my full name and the prescription I was picking up. I was in the waiting area with other customers and everyone could hear her loud and clear. Not only was this unprofessional, but this is also a HIPAA violation! I will never go to this pharmacy again.

Please dont ever go to this CVS Minute clinic in Taylors because the nurse there are very Rude and doesnt care about peoples. Nurse (Star Curtis) needs to be at home with her family. And to put the icing on the cake filed a complaint against the nurse. And the district manager suppose to be getting in touch with me. Im waiting on that call probably will never happen. But it really shows me how they care about a patient.

I went there for testing and gave me the run around. Told I wasnt in the system. I clearly filed out everything. Got a text and all. Its ok I will never go there again. Ill find somewhere else to go. Been going there for years. Lost my service completely.

Stopped there last night for the minute clinic, while out in Greenville, because my 6 year old had a headache and felt feverish, and didn’t want to eat. After going through sign in process and waiting, with no one else there... the clinic called me to tell me to take him to the ER!! They didn’t even bother to check his temperature or anything!!! Went home and checked his temperature and it’s only 101... no need for a trip to the ER!!! Their staff is clearly lazy and unmotivated to do their job!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I have my rx called in by my physician. I didnt need them 2 weeks ago when he sent them, but now I do. I went to see if they could refill them while I wait. They said I have zero refills. Called drs office and they said the refills were sent. Then the pharmacist says okay, we may have them. Call us later in the day to see if its ready. If I dont have these meds....I could have seizures. Insurance will only pay for 30 days every 30 days. I had to wait or pay over 900 cash. CVS does this allllll the time

Warning!!! Do not use the pharmacy here!! The pharmacy staff is very rude and irresponsible. On one occasion they charged me for my prescription without running it thru my insurance. When i called to ask about fixing it they said it was too late. On another occasion i called and to have a prescription transferred. Called back the next day to pick it up and they had never transferred it. Tried to give me a lame excuse. Also They let me know rudely that they were going to be closing in a few minutes and i needed to hurry up. They were really rude as well. This cvs has lost my business, will not be back!!

Drive thru is horrible....I thought drive thrus were for quick drop offs and quick pick ups...I have been sitting in this line for 30 minutes and I was the 5th car in the line when I arrived!

I love this CVS but please answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes🤬 and when some pick up they hung up on me. I called back and waited another 20 minutes🤬. Finally some one answered the phone.

Pharmacy is extremely understaffed and disorganized. The pharmacist allie was rude and not helpful. This is a very busy location off of wade hampton. You would think cvs would staff this store better. Also the cashier should not be stocking shelves at such a busy location. We werent waiting long but we had to find the cashier to checkout. She was in the back stocking a cart full of stuff. Just wrong. Why do they ever allow the cashier to leave the register?!

Absolutely rude pharmacist, indifferent, smug, all that. I had written up a whole long story (too long to post apparently) about the experience I just had an hour or so ago over a prescription they would not fill because it had expired. There is a whole back story about that and it is partly my doctor’s fault I would later learn. But that aside, I was genuinely confused in trying to get understanding to some things about the whole issue, and I was roughly treated like some sort of addict trying to do something illegal at worst, and at best, with utter indifference. 0 empathy or customer service.So I went to Walgreens down the road instead, and talked through it with them. Although they also could not fill it, I left with an understanding of where things went sideways with the prescription and dates, etc. It would turn out to be partly my doctors fault, and partly mine, for taking less than I was allotted. That’s irony. I was penalized for taking less of a substance than I was allowed to. Strange world we live in. But at Walgreens they listened to the situation, helped me to understand what the status was, and I wasn’t made to feel like I could drop dead for all they cared. I’d steer clear of this CVS pharmacy.

I visited the minute clinic and barely waited 15 minutes. The service was absolutely fantastic and Katie helped me with everything I needed. She was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgable on my injury. I highly recommend this CVS!

Made an appt for a COVID test online for 11:15 today, got here at 11. Its now 1230 and still not tested and looking like another 30+ wait. Why schedule times for people then be 2+ hours behind with NO notification.

Awful in every way. They will not have my medicine half the time. They say you have to wait for our order to come in knowing it was due for refill. The pharmacy manager is a joke. Shes so rude and hateful to me and other customers. I even got my medicine with someone else on my label. They need to rid the store of her. I still have a few rxs there but my important stuff is at Greer. They are much more professional there and nice. Taylors needs to bring Gil back.

Dr. calls in prescription at 2:45 pm. At 6:00 they claim they never received any message. Prescription not filled. Dr. calls back at 6:45, I get there 7:30 and they lied and said they had just gotten off the phone 2 minutes ago. Not knowing I speak to Dr. directly. Prescription still not filled.

If you don’t like a lady that uses coupons work in a store that doesn’t Print out ads telling you which coupons to use. Worst customer service if there was a way to say go to hell and have a good Christmas this lady would have it skilled. I put back $50!worth of non coupon items because she was upset I had two transactions and no line they were dead I just wanted to use my extra care bucks on second transaction it was 2 items on the first Cvs staff is trained for coupons mine are all on my app for the store why is this so hard. My store loves seeing us in we increase revenue and use the store frequent an employee like this wouldn’t be at the front of my customer service.

Medication for my daughter took well over 3 hrs when I made it known initially that 1hr service was pertinent. Sat on phone for 30min as I drove over. No one answers phones.Im angry because being told the truth that they could not meet my requirements would have allowed me to go somewhere else.either corporate does not adequately staff or they have bad staff. Either way they lost a client.

The worst experience I have ever had at a CVS. The cashier, Maleeka, had a TERRIBLE attitude and rolled her eyes at my every move and snatched things from me.I dont know why CVS would hire someone like her, but it is very clear to me that they dont care who they hire or how their customers are treated. The lady who was working today at these location was rude to me her name was malika she was rude to my three year old daughter the way she was rolling her eyes on my daughter, my daughter was scared of her n told me mom we not going to that store again. And more over she didn’t even take my online app 4$ coupon for the item I purchase. This was my first time at that location and last time. Sry but manager should teach the employees how to talk to a customers.

Having a bad day does NOT excuse terrible behavior.When I went to check out Maleeka the cashier was right off the bat rude by not welcoming me. She rolled her eyes when I had to make sure I gave her the proper amount of money. When she gave me my change she just seemed disgusted at my existence. She could have been having a bad day but that doesn’t excuse s*** behavior. Very unprofessional I will not be returning.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went up to the counter, waited 5-6min before someone showed up. My cashier was Maleeka. No greeting, didn’t say anything. I bought 2 small things and payed with cash. I pulled out coins for exact change and she gave me an EYEROLL and shook her head. Extremely rude. If the management at this store thinks this is acceptable behavior then I will take my business elsewhere! Would rather drive further to a different one than to be at the one closer and have rude service like this!

I keep receiving phone calls reminding me about my seasonal allergy prescription that I never even got prescribed! STOP calling ME! I have called their pharmacy 4 times about this and asked to be taken off their call list. The last time they just hung up on me so now I find myself having to write this review on maps. If I dont receive a phone call from them for 1 year I will change my rating. Afterwards if I receive another phone call again I will permanently leave 1 star. I dont know of anything else I can do. Please make it stop.Update after 2 years: The calling stopped. Its a decent CVS otherwise so Im changing my review back.

I asked for her help with an item I bought at another store she claimed not to know the number and she completely dismissed me as if I were trash..go back and retrain her and the other cashier who had a problem with price checking..if you do not want to work in customer service QUIT..

This cvs is the absolute worst with their minute clinic. When I put my information in, it told me it would be about an hour and a half wait. I came at about 3, its 6:25 now and I got a text about 45 minutes ago saying I needed to be here within the next 30 minutes. I showed up right on time and there was still a 20 minute wait with 2 people in front of me which means it’s probaly about a 30-40 minute wait. In other words, don’t come here if you don’t want to be waiting all f*****g day.

Why is it Everytime you call this pharmacy youre on the phone 30-45 mins waiting on a representative to answer your call. Then often someone picks up the phone and hangs up. This CVS is ridiculous.
