My parents were shopping here today to get some decorations for a picture they have in their house. A few other items were also purchased, and finding what we were looking for was fairly easy. The employees were great at providing assistance and helping us to check out quickly. If you are familiar with Hobby Lobby, you already have an idea what to expect at this store.

Love this store..I could stay in there forever. But do not buy a lot at one time. They have to key in each item when checking out, no barcodes. It took a long time to get checked out and it is always a little warm in there. Another suggestion would be to label the aisles a little, just a general label would be great.

Always the place to shop for a craft in sewing, crocheting, or special decorating project. There are many styles of home decor to choose from when doing a themed project for your kitchen, living room, bathroom, or even kids bedroom. You wont leave uninspired! The bathrooms were clean, plenty of soap and paper. The aisles have lots of space to shop and it was not crowded when I went.

Its okay... they have all the main things crafters, home decorators, seamstresses, florists, and jewelry makers need. The 40% coupon is more of a scam to make u feel youve gotten a bargain on something that is intentionally overpriced to make up the difference. I have get to use it on something over $50. I imagine for many customers, the discount rarely exceeds $10 off, probably more around $2.50-$5.00 range.The Greer Location feels like a smaller store than the woodruff and easley locations, and with that their inventory & choices are not as broad.

Jeff in the frame department went above and beyond to help me frame an art piece! He didn’t have to spend so much time with my project but he was eager to help and such a kind person! Made my day.

Love the store and most customer service. Although the past few times i have visited this store a customer in front of me had a question about a products price. The cashiers would not call management and would not honor the posted price. The customer was just hurried out and very rudely spoke to. The group of cashiers that gathered made comments if you would read the sign correctly and most customers dont see anything but whats in there tunnel vision. Ill still visit the local store but i will immediately ask for mgt before talking to cashiers about any issues.

Was unsure about an item and asked a guy if he could help me. He explained the item very well and really helped me out. Its really great when an employee actually takes the time to help you and actually knows the answers to your questions.

The inventory was low. It was a bit upsetting to see Christmas trees BEFORE the fourth of July.

Huge selection of craft items. Larger selection than Michaels and Joanns. I would give 4 stars due to the lengthy checkout lines that are present no matter how busy or slow the store is. However, once I thought about it, its like that at every craft store so I guess thats just how it goes. Lol.

The framing job was fabulous. Very knowledgeable ladies. Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to have this painting by David Miller ready for my husbands b-day. Hes going to love it Im sure. Thank you so much to the framing department.

Listen, Hobby Lobby is a christian atmosphere always. Shopping here is bright and happy....bright merchandise and happy thoughts from the merchandise settings and happy thoughts from music. It is located off Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greer SC.

Ive never been in a hobby lobby and will never return to one. The cashier Morgan B was really nice but the others lack good customer service skills. First impression are lasting ones and the ladies out on the floor FAILED. Remember hobby lobby customer service people its not all about you. Hats off to cashier Morgan B; teach the others.😏

I had a good customer service experience this visit even though it was really close to closing time there were people to help. I was looking for something to repair a bracelet the string had broken on, I got helped to find exactly what I was looking for.

I took a framing project to get a price on special framing. They took extra time to get the look exactly the way I wanted and got everything on order (during COVID everything takes longer to arrive).Meanwhile we are having water damage remediation & reconstruction done to our home. Everything had to be packed up & moved out.I contacted Mary in the framing department to tell her my plight, she says they will keep my project as long as needed in order to help us get things at home back in place and in a more normal condition!The employees have always been exceptional!

Went in to buy some beads and a few other materials for jewelry that I make. Several of the employees stared at me while I walked around the store looking for other items. One of the women stocking went so far as to stare into my wifes purse while she stood over her. The whole staff was offputting and I left all my items at the front for them to put back. I wont spend money with people who treat customers like criminals.

Very busy today-great holiday selection. Spring items coming out now as well.

They have a good selection of supplies and the prices are fair when you take advantage of sales and coupons. Wish theyd just price items right rather than play the percentage off game. Why price furniture high then say its always 50% off? Why not just give a fair price from the start. Its a Christian store, plays Christian music but plays a psychological game with pricing. Makes no sense.

They quickly opened another register when the line started to get long. I wish other stores would learn this. 😊
