This place would rather argue than push a button to help you just to check something. I would not recommend going here find another store if you can. The lady literally had to push one button to check something for me and wouldnt do it and would rather argue instead.
Lilly has the best customer service. Wow can she multi task. Great service plain and simple. She should be on the UPS staff to train individuals.

I found this hidden gem! This store is within a storage unit so you can easily miss it. I walked in, and was able to conduct my business in a quick and efficient manner. Lily helped me by answering questions; very friendly. My only suggestion for the store is to turn up the A/C as it was a little warm inside.

I needed to ship an item I purchased back to Amazon. I realized I had lost my return label right as Amy called me over to process my shipment. Amy was amazing! She helped me find my label on my Amazon app and processed my return with ease. I admired her positive attitude and perfect customer service. Thanks Amy!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE from LILY!I had never been to this UPS store before until today. I was referred by another UPS store in temecula due to the fact they did not have large enough boxes for what I was shipping. I was so stressed because I needed to get an estimate for a buyer I was shipping to who was 3 hrs ahead timewise. I needed to get his payment so I could ship. I had 4 large vintage luggage pieces that needed to go across the country. They were extremely expensive pieces so I was so nervous about packing etc. I was helped by Lily! Let me tell you.. I very rarely write reviews. She worked her butt off to help me pack these huge suitcases and to make me feel comfortable that they would be ok. She also stayed 2.5 hours after closing to make sure it was done and done well. I asked her if she was paid hourly since she had to stay after. She was so sweet and said “no, but it’s ok” I was a total stress case and she honestly made me feel so much better. I was able to get my estimate sent to my buyer on time and get paid. It’s very rare to find someone who cares as much as you do about something to make sure it’s done right.. Lily made it happen. With out her staying late,figuring out the box situation for me, and helping me pack it so professionally I would have have been screwed! She understood how important it was and took on my problems as her own. I will be shipping out of this UPS store from now on! Seriously amazed by the customer service and professionalism.. so many people don’t care anymore. Thank you lily!!!
I’m in front of the store and it says they open at 8am but no one is answering the phone and doors are locked. It’s 8:22am.. who runs a business like this ??

The place is a little hard to find because it is tucked behind a Chevron gas station but they arent as busy as other UPS stores so they are more helpful. The manager, Lily, even stayed open late to help me package my items.
