Robert was outstanding! He made heroic efforts to repair the waterline on my built-in refrigerator and it works like a charm. He was on time, took care of my wood floors and property and was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Im grateful to Robert and Beyer Appliance Repair for taking the time to figure out all the issues and make the repair at a fair price and in such a timely manner.

We purchased a refurbished washing machine from them that came with a 6 month warranty. After using it a couple times we noticed it wasnt wringing that clothes well during final cycle so, I called them. A technician came the next day and was able to fix it in no time. So far so good. I appreciate their response time, professionalism and good service.
Highest praise from me is that a company did a competent job with no drama. Technician fully explored the problem in respectful manner. Technician called when he was 15 minutes away, arrived well within the block of time allotted. I will use Beyer again (though I hope I dont need to!).

Home warranty company sent Beyer out to take a look at our refrigerator. Tu was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem immediately and got the part ordered. New part came in and he promptly came back out to install it. I highly recommend asking for Tu if you give them a call.

This is an amazing company. I was in a very difficult spot it getting my washer fixed. Prior to Beyer Appliance Repair coming out I was at work with my warranty company, two vendors that promised to come do the work and didnt. I walked into Beyer Office/Store and asked if they would do the repair, they immediately set up an appointment. The appointment time came, Russell from their team came out and assess the situation, the company ordered the parts I need it in a timely manner. Russell came back out and completed the work with extra care and extra touches that only a true professional does. His work was very detailed and efficient. I have a great respect for not only Russell but the Office Team that kept in constant communication with me over the time frame of walking in their Office/Store, until the completion of my work order. I want to thank them so much because I really went through a hard time before they got involved.

This company had to redo the work that was performed by another company. Steve came out and immediately recognized the problem from the previous repair. He took time to explain to me why it failed and how to prevent it (ice buildup). I highly recommend this company.

Steve rapidly diagnosed the problem with the freezers ice maker. Photographed it; ordered the necessary part; scheduled the return visit; removed the bad part; installed the new part and the new ice maker immediately filled itself and began freezing new ice cubes.Unless I have missed something; this process is exactly what we desired. I have American home shield and the service request was placed Late Friday. I called there office and left a voicemail with my name and number for them to return my call. Monday afternoon I had not heard from them and called AHS and they said they would call me before en of business day on Monday. Today Tuesday I haven’t heard from them I called AHS again there notes state they called and left me a message yesterday. My last voicemail I received was Friday but not from them. If they called my landline I don’t have voicemail on my landline. AAHS sent them an email this morning to have them contact me. It’s almost10:00 and haven’t heard from them. I will be calling AHS if I don’t hear from them in a couple of hours. HORRIBLE Customer Service. They must not need the business

The gentleman was courteous and told us all what part it was it came back in he came in in less than 20 minutes it was in fixed and then he was out the door great job thank you very much.
Our dryer stopped heating up and wasn’t working and we couldn’t figure it out. Jesus came out and absolutely tore my dryer apart. All I heard was drilling, whirring, parts shuffling around. I saw parts in the hallway coming out and just as fast as they came out, they started going back in. More drilling, more whirring, more sliding and shuffling and then it was over. We did a function test and my dryer was tumbling and producing the most heat since we got it. It took him no more than 15 minutes from when he walked in to get my dryer up and running again. 5/5 stars. I highly recommend these guys. Jesus will do you no wrong.

I opened a claim with my home warranty company for my ice maker, they assigned Beyer. Beyer called to set up the initial appointment quickly. RJ came out and found the issue and got the parts ordered. Within a few days parts were in and installation was scheduled. The replacement ice maker was the wrong size. RJ tracked down the right size, came back within an hour and had it installed. Professional team all around that I would recommend for any appliance service.
Contacted Beyer appliance because my refrigerator wasn’t working. Tu quickly came out diagnosed the problem. Once the parts came in, Tu returned and repaired it, like new. I’ll definitely be referring Beyer appliance repair to all my family and friends.
I can not speak highly enough about Brian and his repair of my washer. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and knew right away what part needed to be ordered. He came back and installed it a day later,. Talk about great customer service.
My refrigerator required service to fix a temperature alarm problem. The technician who performed the service was proficient in his trade, competent, courteous and prompt. Andrew was totally professional, completely thorough and was able to turn around the repair within 24 hours! TU showed up right on time and got to work immediately. He quickly diagnosed the dryer issue, made the repairs and re-assembled the dryer. He took the time to explain the problem and what he did to fix it. So glad I pushed the warranty company to schedule Beyer Appliance and that we had TU for our service tech.. If or when I have future appliance repair requirements, Im calling Beyer and will request TU. I give TU 6 stars for the all around experience.

Our ice maker was leaking water and it froze the ice maker. Our service technician was Tu, and he worked on our freezer. He came masked up, didn’t even have to ask, which we appreciate since we have someone who is immune compromised in the home. Tu was pretty fast and before I knew it, he had installed the three components that were being replaced. All in all, something that would have cost us several hundred dollars cost less than a hundred bc mechanical components are covered by our home warranty. Thanks Tu, we appreciate you!

We found Beyer through our home warranty company. We had a different company “working” on our refrigerator. It’s been broke since February. Our experience with Beyer was amazing from their communication, to scheduling to the men who did the work. Every parr was excellent. I highly recommend them.

My home warranty company often used Beyer appliance when things aren’t working correctly. They don’t always use Beyer but when they do I always know I am getting quality work and excellent customer service. Their techs are amazing. My dishwasher has been broken for months. Initially another company was sent out who couldn’t complete the repair. But my warranty company sent out Beyer to have another look and RJ found the problem and it works like brand new! I was so stressed out by the prior company sent out. But RJ really went above and beyond to turn the situation around! They always provide the best customer service and get the job done! I would definitely recommend them for any appliance needs you have.

Tu arrived Covid protected, clean and neat and courteous. I watched as he carefully disassembled the refrigerator and explained what and why he was doing it. He showed me the broken and new parts and their function. I was impressed how careful and meticulous he was with everything from reassembling, cleaning up and documenting. I do highly recommend Beyer Appliance Service and Thank Tu for a job well done. A few days later however I noticed the bottom ice maker was still not performing. I called and arranged for your follow up later this week.

The light stayed on in the refrigerator. This problem was addressed a year ago by another repair service, who did little and the issue returned.The tech from Beyer Appliance, Tu C. came out and solved the problem with new parts. Great Great Great!!! Beyer was referred to me by another appliance repair company (Ironically). I looked on google for a company that can fix dryers, the company I spoke to didnt come out to my area. They said to try Beyer. Im so glad I did! Alexis was very nice and was able to get someone out the following morning. Technician came out and put in a part and my unit has never worked better. Excellent service and for a great price too! Go to BEYER if you need service !!! A++++
I have had Tu from Beyer Appliance repair come out a couple of times. Once to fix my ovens that were not heating properly. Today he came out to deal with an issue with my refrigerator. When I call for service everyone is very friendly and helpful. Tu is very good, always professional, very skilled at what he does, listens to ones concerns, answers any questions and always makes sure all is working fine before leaving. He makes customer service his number one priority as well as making sure the repair is done correctly. I will continue to use this company and to have Tu do all of my repairs for me.
Had very bad experience. They asked to shut down refrigerator for 2 days and setup appointment. We had our refrigerator turned off for 2 days and they didnt show up for correct service. Person on phone was rude and unprofessional. She lied and promised that person to fix the issue would come same day but nobody showed up. Would not recommend this business. Unprofessional and dishonest service.

Tu helped fix a wiring issue in my stove. He was very friendly and informative, he found the issue in less than two minutes and promptly fixed it. Then explained the issue and made sure the entire stove was working. I’m beyond happy that I have a working stove and will definitely call Beyer again in the future.
Stay away from this company! We had the absolutely worst experience with them. As they were chosen for us by our home warranty company, I never went over reviews or gave it a second thought, but if you are reading this trying to decide whether to deal with this company – Don’t!Two technicians showed up to check our freezer door that was not sealing well, and the unit was therefore very loud. They spent a few minutes looking over the freezer doors, I was standing right behind them the whole time in case they had any questions. A few minutes later they let me know that the seal is broken and they are ordering a replacement part that should arrive within 5-7 days. I specifically asked about the noise issue too, and they said that it’s a result of the motor working extra hard as the unit is not completely sealed, so replacing it should solve that too. I was rather happy and figured within one week I’ll have the problem solved. WRONG!. I contacted my home insurance company a few days later, only to learn that the technician’s report stated that, and I quote: “door seal is torn due to something spilling and sticking to seal. Then when the door was pulled open it tore the seal. Not normal wear”. I was quite surprised to learn that appliance repair technicians also go through detective school. Nothing has ever spilled in that door, nor did we ever apply increased force to open it. The unit is 15 years old, and yes, after looking inside, the gasket did look dirty, all over. throughout the entire width of it, not in a specific spot or area even. And it looks just like the other 3 freezer doors we have on 2 units that are next to each other. Do we just constantly spill things in our freezer and then use force to open the doors? NOPE. What mostly surprised me at the time of reading the report was that I was right behind him the whole time. Why not ask me? Try to figure what actually happened together? Why mislead me, make me feel like everything’s fine and it’s just something that happens, and then write a whole different story in the report.To make things worse, talking to Bayer’s receptionist, who was short, unkind and did not return a call as promised at first, didn’t help and I was forwarded to a manager. The manager too was short, and after realizing that I might not be able to get my home warranty to regard this matter as a normal wear no matter what I do now, I was quoted for the job. I continued to ask, to be sure that the fix will solve both the seal and the noise, as the technician previously stated, to which the manager said she was unsure. I asked to keep that quote and call back after I think about it, to which I got the most bizarre reply I have ever received from any customer service in my life. She said she was perplexed, repeating that word a few more times in her following sentences, as to my dissatisfaction with Bayer, and the fact that I dare to question whether or not they would really be able to fix my issue. She was so perplexed, that she finished the conversation saying that they chose not to work with me. THEY choose not to work with ME. A homeowner, a customer, a referral from a home warranty company, but they do not want to come do the job even if after being so unsatisfied with them so far, I would have chosen to go ahead and give them another try. Unreal.There are many other companies with better mannered and respectful employees, and a more honest way of operating. I’d stay away from this one.

Home warranty sent this company. Took them a month to finally get the part and do the repair. After the repair, the appliance still didnt work abd blew out the circuits in our kitchen. No response from this company. Save yourself the inconvenience and request a different company!!

Robert came out Friday morning to repair a dryer that was vibrating and making a racket. He was on time and professional. He thought he solved the problem, but twice said his labor was guaranteed. After one load the noise came back and I texted Robert. He said he would stop by after his last work order. When he showed up at 5:30pm he went right to work. He said he had done some research on the internet and thought he knew what needed to be done. He took off the whole front and flipped the drum. It is Monday afternoon and we caught up on all our laundry and everything was working great. Robert, thank you. A part was ordered and Beyer Appliance even scheduled our next appointment before the part arrived in the wearhouse. Very happy. Would have them out again.
Brian did great replacing the clutch on our washer. He believed it might have to go into the shop to get fixed but tried anyway. He was able to do the work himself at our home. So happy to have the washing machine working again.
Frost buildup in freezer, repairmen fixed with heat gun instead of replacing gasket. Now 3 months later same issue. When I contacted them, I was informed as it was home warranty repair, they dont guarantee their work and it would need to be recalled to home warranty.9/30The repairman stated he could order new gaskets, but felt heating them would work. It was a very short solution.The receptionist consistently spoke over me and refused to listen to my concerns. Her tone was condescending and was more interested in telling me why nothing would be covered. She did go speak to a manger, but she informed me your warranty outside of home warranties is only 60 days and none when done through home warranties. And they would not be covering the work they did.What I said was nothing more than the verbal expression of her tone.What I dont tolerate is lying.

Steve has been to my house a couple of times since my wife and I moved into our new home and has helped us get the refrigerator (ice maker / filter) properly running, as well as, checked out the microwave and dishwasher. He is very professional and courteous.Additionally, I have had several questions which Nicole has been wonderful to work with. In fact, when I was trying to run down the right filter for our refrigerator, Nicole called around and found a local shop that had the filter I needed in stock. She is absolutely fantastic to work with.Overall, my experience has been top notch. As I said in the very first sentence, I highly recommend Beyer.

Incredibly slow company at repairing appliances. A year ago they had our dishwasher for 2 1/2 months and could not fix it. Now I had to use them again...through American home shield., and it will be over two weeks to get a part for a refrigerator. This part is available here locally in 3 different suppliers. When I placed my initial call I asked them to have a control board on the repair van. I was told that if that is what their technician believes that is the problem then more than likely they would have it. Also if not they could get it locally if it is available locally. When their technician agreed it was the control board he said they would have to order it. I called to speak with the individual that told me they would get it locally. Now I get a different story that they can only use certain suppliers. So at the earliest it will be 3 1/2 weeks without a refrigerator. This is not the run around or headache you want. Or if you can do without your appliances, their great. Nice people but you just cant get anything fixed within a acceptable time frame.
I have never dealt with a worse company!! awe have been trying to get our stove fixed since November 12th. They decommissioned my stove for 2.5 weeks right at Thanksgiving which takes out our oven and microwave. They have ordered 2 switches and it’s too old to get it. Now they want to decommission my stove and actually take it for the 3rd switch, The manager will NEVER come to the phone. Don’t deal with them.

Had 2 previous people look at it and all they could say - it was our soap we were using ---- was not the case--- had a clog in the line --- Would recommend Beyer to anyone

So far the customer service has been great but our dishwasher is still not working. Tech repair one of the many things wrong with unit. I will give Beyer a chance to redeem themselves but at this point a 1 star feel appropriate.***** Update tech came back next day and has ordered parts needed to get my dishwasher back like new. Were human and make mistakes. I have to say this made me a loyal customer. highly recommend!!!!!***** update 08/01/2020. got new part in but our dishwasher is still not working as intended. not sure if its bad parts or rush job but now Im getting inpatient with this company. its been over three weeks and I still dont have a working dishwasher

Stay far away from this business. They came out to see what the problem was, they had to order a part they said. They never returned to do the repair on my refrigerator. I couldnt get my money back. No one would address the issue. They led me on for more than 2 months. This company is a scam and they a fraudulent. Dont make the same mistake I did.
