We had a few windshields replaced for our fleet by Mitch @ Burton Auto Glass. We also had 2 trucks with cracked windshields that they repaired. Their repair guy was great. Very friendly and took good care of us. He even drove out and chased down one of our technicians that couldnt be at the office during that time so he could get his windshield replaced. We started using Burton for our company vehicles and of course it has become for all of our personal vehicles. They are always on time with the appointment. We have a fleet of company vehicles that always seem to take a rock from the road. Through the years we have tried many companies and have been trying to find THE company to give us the red carpet service each time with our extensive needs. We found it about a year and a half ago. Each team member of Burton Auto Glass is excellent in communication and precise in their skills. We will look no further. Thank you Burton staff for all you do for us :)

Wow. Where do I start? I was given a 4 hour window, the crew didnt bother showing up until the owner was notified! There excuse is they fell behind at another job! I went ahead and allowed them to replace my windshield (which I now regret) and they were messy and left a necessary tool inside my vehicle. I was told that a gift card would be sent to me for the excessive delay, but that never happened! I will never do business with this company again and I have let my insurance company know about my experience dealing with them!

Replaced my cars glass in no time and with no problems. Have also replaced many of my friends glass also always perfect.Gabby in the office is one of the sweetest and most kind people Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. Id come back just to talk to her!

I really wanted to give 5 stars, but this was not a good experience. My appointment was to be between 8am and 10am today. 10:30am and nothing. No calls whatsoever. I called in and confirmed if I had the right day. 15 minutes later I received a call from the technician apologizing for the delay. He indicated he had to go to their warehouse to get the windshield. About an hour later he shows up to install but did not have the correct windshield. So at this point about half of my day off is wasted and on top of it I took the day off specifically to get my windshield installed and run other errands. The tech suggested he could go get the correct windshield or I could reschedule for tomorrow. I dont understand how this could have gone so wrong. Im sorry but I went back to the glass company who handled my repair last year. They were more than happy to have me back as a customer. On a side note, Gabby was the only bright spot during this whole interaction.

Was recommended to go here by the Audio Express guys nearby and had excellent service. Super quality job on my 350zs tint and I didnt even have to wait that long. Definitely the place to go, especially for the low price.

Got my window replaced here through my insurance, they did a great job and the manager Mitch is great with customer service as is Jamie. Someone actually stole my gift card from my mail box and Mitch was on top of it and fixed the problem. Once again thank you guys.

Had my windshield replaced on the 26th and they had it done in about 30 minutes! Very nice and friendly gentlemen. i would highly recommend them!

Worst company ever, avoid at all cost. They broke my pre-collision censor during windshield installation. $311 later I am taking them to court.

Terrible. The guy said that he would fix my chips and all he did was stain my windshield. I paid 40 bucks for someone to just put glue all over my windshield. I am soo pissed. This is the worst company eEVER. I cant even get a hold of them
