Horrible service from this place. They did a complete hack job on my Ford Edge. The windshield wipers were installed back onto the vehicle completely incorrect. Huge gaps in the windshield where the adhesive is. Creaks and pops when you open the doors. The place refuses to come out and fix it immediately so it doesnt leak. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A PLACE

I had a chip in my window and needed a repair. Both Christina and her supervisor were great to work with. They dialed my insurance company and helped get everything lined up. The repairman Rey came out and was really friendly and quick. They do have a window of time they come out, so it wont be at a specific time, but all in all things went great! Thanks for the excellent service!

I talked to Brad, he promised me he only used OEM glass. I scheduled an appointment. When I tried to give the full address he just kept saying he knew the area. The day of my appointment nobody showed up because technician didn’t have the full address or the right phone number. Which Brad never confirmed with me. The next day I talked to him and asked what happened. He said he’ll check with his boss and get back to me. I got nothing after that. I finally I called the office and they informed me of the errors. We got a new appointment scheduled and that went smoothly. I just wish I wasn’t told it would be OEM glass when it isn’t, and I didn’t have to be inconvenienced I’m getting my glass done 3 days later.

I was working with Brad Kyle to get a quote for my windshield. He was very kind and very persistent in the beginning. I was working on getting windshield insurance which is what lengthened the time in which I got back to him. I now have insurance and will never use this company for help again. Administrator was very helpful in reporting behavior to proper supervisors. In a week and half time span he sent me several texts and 5 voicemails guilt tripping me into following up. I was referred to him by a coworker who later called him and he hung up on her when she tried to discuss how she felt about his customer service. He proceeded to text me saying thank you for nothing and then he asked me the following question when I called him to speak with him MADI are you on drugs? I said no sir I am not. Well you sure sound like it. Very poor customer service. Not worth being disrespected.

This company is amazing!! They were very quick with the installation and not to mention from the very beginning Christina was a huge help with getting my coverage verified and apt made. I used them to replace a couple of windshields a while back and now they call me about 4 times a week. I have asked repeatedly for them to remove me number and either get hung up on or argued with. I will never use them again because of this and have found better service and pricing.

LIARS. I met them at the Phoenix Home and Garden show and they promised me $100 if I used my insurance. They came to my home and then when I asked for that the poor install guy called the office and they said they would send it out.... nothing. I called to remind them of this. They said they were mailing out a gift card for me. Next thing I get is 2 Restaurant cards that are like coupons... a TOTAL SCAM! I called AGAIN...telling them I was going to leave a bad review and the poor receptionist said her manager said they already mailed it.... nope.They lied. Plus! They were supposed to do a special calibration for my Honda and they did not! Sooo... use sanyone else. They do not deliver what they promise.!!

I had troubles with my insurance company getting it approved .it was flagged for an inspection .they saw it thru from start to finish and helped get it all figured out .installer was great, very friendly too.good quality OEM glass too .I highly recommend them

I had an appointment Saturday. The technician called and said he was about 30 minutes out. I called him back 2 hours later and he didn’t answer. When I called the dispatch I was told they couldn’t call to find out where he was becsuse it was a different department. After waiting a little longer I just called back and canceled. Another thing I noticed was this company had a 2 star rating with a bunch of bad reviews including the one I left Saturday. Not only was mine taken down but all the other negative ones as well. I wouldn’t trust them

They made the claim process through my insurance very easy. They scheduled to replace my windshield the next day between 1PM and 5PM. I didnt hear from then until 2 or 3 minutes before 5 saying that they had delays during the day so they would not be able to do the work before dark. It was rescheduled for the next day at the same time. I received a call at 8:30am saying they called my primary phone number and that they were given another number and name tip contact but that person didnt know what they were talking about. The primary number they had was the same as the secondary except for one digit was wrong. They should have noticed that. Anyway, I was told by the installer that he would be here in about 30 minutes to replace the windshield. When he showed up it had been a little over an hour. All in all it was a good experience, but with their problem taking down my phone number correctly and being able to be on time leaves room to improve their customer service. I will say that I would use them again. And I did receive my check at the time of service.

Great experience. The representative helped streamline the claim process and explained everything very well. Tech worked very quickly and good communication. Glass is very high quality. MUCH higher quality and lower price points then other local shops.

This was the easiest process ever!! They came to my house at 8am to replace my cracked windshield and were done in less than 30min!!! It was soo fast and my windshield looks perfect. They also were having some kind of promotion and paid ME to get it fixed. My insurance covered my whole service 100% so I literally just gained money for the service I’m sure it would be beneficial for people who have to pay to put it towards their service, but it definitely was the icing on the cake. A brand new windshield, prompt and quick service and a check in my name ... can’t go wrong with that! Well done Auto glass shop!!

Customer service with Tony was Great. I had 2 windshields replace. But service was a little upsetting. Both windshield were suppose to come with tint stripe and both didnt. And one windshield on my frontier they were a hour late and I have to stop them to tell about my tint stripe and they said we noticed that but installed my windshield anyway and was not going to say anything to me about it. Then I call to let them know and the they keep giving me the run-around need to call this other number. Then get a call next day to see how my serves was told her about and she gave me another number to call and still having got my tint put on. I have used the glass place twice now. First time got everything completely right and this time they kinda dropped the ball. Lets see if they will make it right

Terrible customer service. Dont waste your time with this company. No one ever showed up to replace my windshield they gave me a time frame from 8am to 1pm. I called at 1pm they said now between 3pm and 4pm I called again at 4pm they said the technician will be there in 45 mins what a joke dont get your time wasted and go elsewhere and save your self a headache really unprofessional.

Took my insurance a while to get the repairs approved but they did their part quickly. I will say they did leave my dash pretty dirty and some extra glue shows on the drivers side.

Holiday at Disney and we found our drivers window smashed in. They robbed 15 cars in Hotel parking lot.I got a price from Safelite through Geico of $375. I did a quick search and found a mobile repair for $189 by AutoGlassDoc/Shop. I was amazed that I put the call in Sunday at 1 pm and had a new window professronly and perfectly by 10 am Monday morning. Literally less than 24 hours. Amazing

If I could rate this negative stars I would have. Rude phone manners. Techs that dont care about your property. Have had to have them out 4 times for warranty work. 1st time for sub part windshield. (2 visits) 2nd time rear view mirror falling get off. Now after they reinstalled mirror the rain sensor doesnt work. So I scheduled an appointment for Today. Tuesday 7/25/17 and they no showed. Waited from 8am to 1 pm. I now have over 16 hours of my time invested. Steer clear. Use who your insurance company recommends

Dealing with Rachel Customer Service Rep at Excellent Auto Glass was NOT Excellent she has a NASTY and RUDE attitude because we decided not to use their company went with someone with better pricing. She got MAD because we didn’t use her quote and send us a NASTY ASS text. This company has a rating of 1.5 so I suggest never using them. I called to talk to the sale rep and they claim they didn’t have a phone number for him. So we will never use them again and hope that you don’t either.

This place is horrible! Has it set up when I went and got my car washed. They were scheduled to come on a Monday between 8-12pm, they never showed up, so I called and they set up to come the next day. They came and replaced my windshield. The next day it was making a vibrating noise all across, so I called and they sent the same guy out who explained how long hes been doing this and then looked at my windshield, he did some stuff to it and said he fixed the problem, next day same thing was happening. He came out a few days later an hour late and replaced the windshield and said it was fixed, i did everything he said to do too a T and the next day the same thing was happening. 4 days later they sent out another tech, he shower up 21/2 hours part scheduled time said there was nothing he could do because they were going to have to replace the windshield ( which was what I was told he was there to do), a couple days later a different tech came out said the windshield didnt need to be replaced just that the first guy didnt snap it in correct, showed me... Seemed legit, told me to wait a week for it to settle. A week later sane noise is happening, not quite as bad but still happening, the tech have me his phone number to call him so I did, he said he was going to notify the glass company so they could set up a time for him to come out, 2 days goes by with no call so I call them. 3 weeks trying to get my windshield replaced correctly. Customer service is bad! They dont show up on time if at all! And have not been able to properly install a windshield on my car. Still waiting for a properly installed windshield.

This company visited me Feb 2017, The installer removed the weather stripping from my car, I asked them if they brought me a tinted window, since they hadnt I refused service, The installer said the stripping was removed and could not be placed back on unless the install was complete. After a month of trying to get a tinted window, I went with another glass company who came out a week later and replaced my window. However the new glass company reuses the top T mold and doesnt carry that. After an hour of fighting on the phone, Excellent Auto Glass refuses to replace the tmold that the installer removed from my car, even after safelite found them liable to replace it, they are refusing to do so, and demand I file an additional claim with my insurance company to replace the damages to my car. Infuriating!!

This company has apparently bought an old phone list because, even though I havent lived in AZ since 2009, they continue to call me from different numbers. If a business is this desperate to sell a windshield, perhaps its because their work doesnt speak for itself.

After the work was complete There was a gaping hole! between the corner glass and my Panoramic sunroof ! The installer came back out to inspect the concerns I had. He filled it with some sort of goop Before he called me to let me know he had arrived. And insisted! I had nothing to worry about that there will be no leakage, However the appearance of the vehicle was no concern to him. the seals around the vehicle are not set correctly .. I shouldve Listened to my Allstate Rep, and used another company versus Excellent Auto Glass! 135 E Chilton Dr Chandler,Az 85225 ...Hopefuly when The Excellent Auto Glass installer returns on 8-22-2016 the Quality of work and appearance of my vehicle will Be Great

Dont fall for their gimic! Like everyone else said, they are a scam. They are sketchy with scheduling (they made my appointment for Friday and then 20 mins before my appointment called and said they dont come to Tuscon on Fridays...then why did you make that appointment...). They finally came a week later and replaced it. And then almost two weeks later I get emails with codes to be used on a website. The website sells coupons. So you will need to spend money to use the promotion they offer. Also be careful, when you complain, they try to offer you a 4 night vacation (however this requires you to give you CC and personal information to a sketchy website, which makes no sense for a free trip). I tried looking for their original Facebook post and found it had been deleted. It feels like they try hard to not be contacted by past clients. Dont fall for their gimic, its just another ploy. I feel dirty for even giving them one star, but thats the lowest option.

Horrible company! They install bad glass looks like it was used probably got it from a salvage yard. Then states it is normal to have chips around 100 of them in a windshield after driving the vehicle less then 30 minutes Does not come out on time or does not show up. All around horrible company to do business with.
