Wonderful work done. I used my insurance to have a large crack fixed on my windshield here. They took great care to make sure I had the right windshield for my car. John went above and beyond and even helped me workout a deal to have my side window regulator fixed by another place for a very good price. My windshield repair guy was on time and very professional. My car is back in action and Im happy.

I got a minor chip in my windshield after work a couple weeks ago, and by the time I got home it had started to spread. In a panic I called Dynamic due to good reviews and being near my location, and even though he was at home and done working for the day, he offered to drive into town to meet me where I was at and repaired my windshield on the spot. Fast, friendly, and true customer service that you can’t get walking in to some random corporate store. I’ll definitely be using him for any future services, and recommending him to all my friends. I would recommend Dynamic Auto Glass to anyone looking for a good price on their windshield and excellent installation. Installer came early to my scheduled appointment and brought nothing but great service. I seen a couple of bad reviews on here but taking my chances with this company was everything but a regret. Definitely knowledgeable of what they are doing and will make sure that you are set with your finished product. 10/10.

Well after my experience I was surprised by some of the negative reviews although some are 3-4 years old. If you do the math 8 out of 10 have a positive experience with Dynamic. Im sure they would love to see 10/10 but I digress. I called in the morning and the owner himself came out at 4pm that same day and replaced my windshield. He was on time, courteous and did a quality job at a fantastic price. Final cost was half of what Safelite wanted and he used OEM glass. I couldnt be happier and would certainly recommend John and Dynamic.Just my opinion but these days people/customers want to be treated like queens and kings the entire time but dont want to have to give that same treatment back. Not in all cases of course but it does happen.

Fast, easy, and efficient service!! I loved that my insurance backed them up, no questions asked and considered them a reputable company!! You never hear that these days. Especially when its someone doing door to door! I even got it installed the same day!! The installer came and was very polite. He didnt leave a mess or damage my car!! Well let me start by saying that I have never been so impressed by such professionalism & courtesy, two rare qualities I don’t see very often for this day & age. More then friendly on the phone & even more friendlier in person, they were on time getting to me (Well slightly over schedule but that’s to be expected with anyone running a business... Even happens with friends & family so food for thought) they finished in a timely manner, very informative with what you have to do after everything is said & done with Installing the new glass & On top of it all I saved a lot of cash choosing them.. I know I’m just one voice out of so many but if your looking for someone to do the job right? well then, I Think you don’t have too look much further... you found them!..

Excellent service and installers. They were courteous on the phone and even called my insurance with me on the phone. It was so easy and took about 8 minutes total. Dynamic showed up the next day with my new windshield, exactly when they said they would be there. They even put a tint strip on it for free, I love it in the mornings blocking the sun. I will use Dynamic Auto Glass in the future and recommend to anyone who needs a windshield to do the same.

Whoever answers the phone (John? Im not sure) made it abundantly clear that theyre incapable of making a quote - or just simply dont want cash business. Dynamic only wants insurance jobs for some reason. Probably because of higher rates and incentives from insurance. If the profit margin isnt high rough on cash jobs, just quote the price where you need it to be! Duh. And it was 3 cars at one time. Dont lie and say that suddenly, after you asked your qualifying question cash or insurance? That I should call somewhere else because were all booked up.Yeah? Booked up after you asked how Id pay? If youre booked up, then my payment method would be irrelevant. And booked up until when, forever? Booked up after I was responding to your recently posted ad on craigslist?I cant stand lying. Just be honest and tell the truth. Profit margin isnt high enough on cash jobs. We only go through insurance companies as stupid as that is, at least its honest.Not to mention when I pointed this out, he got rude and indignant which made it all the more comical. Amateur company. Go learn how to be professional.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to get glass replaced on an older vehicle that were gifting to my daughter. The owner was rude, condescending and plain discriminatory asking me did I want the cash payout Yes or No! so DAMN Rude I said no, and called back for a manager. I got the so called owner who did even more of a horrible job representing his company. Under the false pretense that were chasing $100 when our premiums alone to cover a vehicle are double the cost of a windshield. Dont use this place pick another vendor, because theyll surely talk crazy to you and hide behind their phones.

Great service! They saw parked at my work with a crack in the windshield, and left a note to call. Called that day and he helped me set up a claim with my insurance and the next day came out and replaced my windshield. Who knows how long I wouldve gone with the crack in my windshield had it not been for the help! Would highly recommend.

Just called here to get a windshield. The guy who answered ends up saying that they only except cash and sometimes company checks. As I’m saying “it’s a company vehicle they only allow me to use a credit card” the guy cuts me off and says keep calling around and hangs up. I was going to ask if they need a check prior or if they have an invoice they could send for us to pay. To cut someone off and hang up is pretty unprofessional. I definitely won’t do business or bring any fleet vehicles in to these guys.

A misunderstanding on my sons part at time of installation was quickly resolved by John the owner who drove to my sons condo and presented him with his rebate once we discussed the situation. Subsequently an adjustment was needed on a piece of windshield trim and I was told to come right over and it would be taken care of. It was fixed and John went over and above by having his technician replace the wiper blades with new ones that I had purchased elsewhere the day before. Thats what I call service. Thank you John.

I have glass coverage with Geico and when a bird hit my windshield I called Dynamic Auto Glass to get the process rolling.They were very helpful in setting up a claim via three way call with my insurance. They were out that day to replace my windshield with actual OEM glass!The $100 cash from them was very nice also.This is the second time I’ve used dynamic auto glass and they’re very easy to work with.

I had a cracked windshield on my Honda Civic for a while now. These guys offered to replace it for me for free. Apparently, my insurance covers the full cost of the windshield without raising my insurance premium. They fixed the windshield right at my house, so I did not even have to drive anywhere. They finished the job in about half and hour and were very professional. I love how my car looks now.

Dynamic Auto Glass is absolutely the worst repair service I have ever encountered. They replaced my windshield after a truck kicked up a rock and chipped my windshield. However, I would have rather just had a broken windshield than be helped by them. They were rude, judgemental, and all around unpleasant to deal with. Customer service is apparently 100% guaranteed and I am floored that they have the audacity to treat me like this and then claim such a guarantee. My experience was anything BUT a dynamic display of excellence. More like a dynamic display of disrespect! I will NOT be calling again if I need a windshield replacement, even if I have to drive all the way to TUCSON!

THE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!... The owner John is a very arrogant man. I tried to discuss this with him. He would not even discuss or talk with me about it. When I mentioned that his employee had taken my GPS unit he just came unglued. There was no way one of his employees would ever steal from someone.If I had not just placed the GPS into my car the night before with the charger and mount then perhaps there might have been a question. Well the charger and mount was still there but not the GPS.John wanted me to talk with his installer?.... Duh, what would he say? I told John he needed to talk to his employee not me.Worst part is I should have known better as I had worked with them before. I wanted to work with a local person the last time about 6 months ago. The were a no show twice. I was patient and knew that companies have problems so I continued with them. NOW... with this STEALING I think its time we told this company they need to leave our community. There is a number of other negative reviews for this company so...We do not want these types of businesses in our neighborhood. Take your business to someone who deserves the business.He will most likely try to put a rebutal to this but I gave him 2 weeks to even talk with me or make some kind of settlement. Just as I was driving under the overpass on rte 60 heading toward Mcclintock blvd, a rock ricocheted from the overpass and cracked my windshield. The small crack quickly began spreading and I panicked thinking the windshield was going to come crashing in on me. Pulled into a business on Mcclintock to google auto glass repair. Dynamic was the nearest place. I called and John and his tech took care of my windshield immediately for a reasonable price--and went above and beyond by calling my insurance company, putting on a tint strip and epoxying loose molding under the door while I was there. Someone busted the rear window of my Toyota Yaris, and I needed to get it fixed. I called around, and the average total for this glass and installation was $650 (because its some sort of magical tempered something or other). I called Dynamic because they were pretty close to my house. They said theyd get me a good deal after talking to Geico (with whom I have a $500 deductible). The sent someone out within one hour of me calling them, repaired it in about half an hour, and the my bill came to $325... FAR less than what I was quoted elsewhere. The service was great, and the response time was wonderful. Very satisfactory experience!

These guys are fast, on time, professional and very helpful in the whole process. We all know the rock issues we have in AZ..theyre everywhere so its usually just a matter of time before your windshield gets hit with one on the freeway. This is the 3rd or 4th time Im using them. Just a really good glass company.Oh! And whoever said his employees steal must have misplaced the stolen item. They come to my job, fix my windshield w/o supervision and call me when its done. Never has anything gone missing. I trust the employees and the work they do.

This is by far the best glass expericence Ive had from any glass company in the valley, Dynamic made it absoultey no hassle for me with scheduling, they came on time and did great work, by far best glass expericence ive had i highly recommand them.

Re. the owners response: The information the owner provided is intentionally incorrect to portray a better image of his company. They did come back out to fix the issue twice, arriving late the second time, but ultimately the windshield was incorrectly placed and the plastic trim on the bottom of the window was damaged and they tried to cover it up with glue. The entire windshield was redone by Safelite and we had to wait to reorder the parts to fix the damage that the Dynamic Auto Glass guys did. He was very polite and professional....there were two different techs. The first one was the one the installed the glass incorrectly and multiple people commented on how that tech made them uncomfortable when he went inside to get some water at her place of work. The second tech was on the phone the entire time with the owner of the company when he was there trying to cover up his coworkers mistakes and give push back to avoid any repairs needing to be done. The last part about her calling in and saying they did a great job is a bold lie. She blocked the owners phone number following repeated calls in which he was aggressive over the phone (if you look at older reviews there are a few other people that have commented about this). We emphasized to Safelite Solutions (the company which contracts work out to providers like Dynamic Auto Glass) that we wish to have absolutely no further contact from the owner. To say that after that experience she would call back and express any form of gratitude is either a bold lie or confusing her with another customer who had a better experience.Update: AVOID THESE GUYS, lowered star rating from 5 to 1 star after my mother had a horrendous experience with them after I mistakenly recommended them to her. Not only did they have to come out multiple times to fix air leaks and mistakes in the installation, they damaged the cowling under the windshield wipers on her car. She ended up having to take to Safelite to have them do it correctly. Through the entire process the owner of the business was harassing my mother over the phone, blaming her for the air leaks, and altogether being aggressive towards her. This reprehensible behavior and handling of the issue should steer anyone away from using Dynamic Auto Glass. After seeing the mistakes they made I noticed ones made on mine including improperly installing the rear view mirror. There are plenty of comparable auto glass providers that can do the job correctly and without harassing their customers.First time doing an insurance windshield replacement and it was a simple, fast, and painless experience. Called Dynamic Auto Glass and spoke to John who answered the phone quickly and answered all my questions professionally. He then initiated a call with my insurance company and using a three-way call we answered the necessary questions and got the claim started (took no longer than 10 mins). Fortunately I have comprehensive with full glass coverage so I owed absolutely nothing for the replacement. Then we went ahead and scheduled the service. He was able to send someone out the same day with a two hour window (call was made at 11am on a Monday and the tech was there that day by 1pm, right at the beginning of the two hour window). The tech called just before he arrived to make sure he was able to find where the vehicle was parked, so I wasnt surprised when he showed up. The tech (Ray I think was his name) was polite, professional, and got to work right away. After 50 mins he was all done. I signed the paperwork, he gave me instructions on when and how to drive it for the next few days (see attached photo), and handed me the cash rebate.Just a note: the $100-300 rebate you see on the website will likely end up being just a $100 rebate so dont get too excited. However, the rebate is in cash and not a mailed check two weeks later so that is certainly an improvement over competitors.Will update the review if any issues arise. If no update, than you can assume everything is just fine!

On 4-9-12 they replaced my windshield it leaks in several places they came back out to repair the issue only it still leaks and you can hear air thru it when you drive. They will not resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Never use them.
