We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didnt want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. We invite our friends, neighbors and family over just to see our bathrooms now because we love them so much!!! Thank you Planet Remodel for a job WELL DONE! *****

The designers put together selections that complement individualstyles to ensure a perfect job to each client. Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

Great experience! We hired them to convert our tub to a handicap shower.They arrived on time, finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the final product is so nice! We will definitely use them again!

This company installed uneven and subpar flooring.we have been trying to get it fixed for 9 months and the company will not respond or fix the issue. Do not use this company for anything

Extremely poorly managed company.Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.Never again with Planet Remodel.

Excellent company, I saw them at the home show and had an in home consult. Which was very pleasant because they did not try to hard sale me. Like most do. The saleswoman Susan was such a help she knew exactly what I wanted. The crews were +10 and I love my new shower. Thank you all at Planet Remodel.

This company’s customer service absolutely sucks. I had called to talk to Susan left a message with the receptionist and I never got a callback. The appointment that we had was set for this past Monday at 12 o’clock, I was figuring I would get a call a few days before to confirm the appointment for Monday and never did. I got a phone call from Susan a few minutes past 12 o’clock when she should’ve been here at 12 o’clock but I didn’t know if she would even show up because I hadn’t heard from her. She called to see if I still wanted her to come out she wasn’t even in the area. I told her no not to bother that it was OK and she shows up at the door at 2:30 and then tells me that she really didn’t have time anyway because she had another appointment . Just horrible. So much for getting our bathroom redone and the backsplash in the kitchen oh well I’ll have to look for someone more professional. Thank you
