Horrible 1st impression, they have this lady TRUDY answering the phone, moody and nasty. Unbelievable. I am NOT familiar with some terminology, I am a simple mortal, trying to buy materials for a new franchise. The design manual suggest to use your brand, today in corporate meeting I am totally going to talk about this incident.

I have done business with Wilsonart for almost 20 years and have found them to be very reliable. They are managed very well here in the Phoenix market. If we have ever had a problem they stand behind their product and do what it takes to make sure things are resolved and handled in a professional manner. Recently we had a problem with some sample colors being slightly different than the actual countertop material received. They promptly gave us new material even though they could have made a case it wasnt their fault.
