I love the selection at Cowtown Boots. I bought these lizard skin boots for $170. Normally this type of boot will retail for $300. They also have a good selection of Wrangler jeans and western wear. Boot Barn has a good selection of boots as well, but Cowtown Boots has different brands of boots that you won’t find at Boot Barn. You can try on cowboy boots without any hassle from sales people. I like that. You’ll definitely want to spend an hour here browsing for clothes or boots.

Went in to Cowtown after having a horrible experience at Boot Barn in Scottsdale. Cowtown should have been my first choice. They had way better prices, better selection and by far better customer service. This is the only boot store I ever need to go to. P.S. thank you for the boxes for our boots.

Purchased a straw hat. They didn’t take the tag off of it. When I tried to take it off myself it tore through the hat. They told me there was nothing they could do. What a waste. I definitely won’t spend another dime here.

Combative, yelling, angry manager. Ended up going to DSW shoe warehouse & buying a new pair of boots for $60. Also got a cowboy hat from H&M that is pretty neat. The nearest H&M is located in Scottsdale Pavilion Mall a few miles north on Scottsdale road

Nice place to buy western cloths

This store is in a interesting location. Its kind of hidden, and the parking is awkward. But the store itself isnt horrible. They have a good selection of boots. However, they could up their inventory on shirts, hats, and pant. But, they do have enough, and enough of good quality stuff to get you by.

Bought boots for my grandson. Gave Cowtown a very good review because Ive never had a problem with the quality of the boot. Until now! The boots I bought actually fell apart in less then a month and a half. Not a little but alot! The solos came unglued and came off (heel and all). The outer side peeled off on some parts of the boot. Never seen anything like that before. I looked at those boots when purchased. They really looked sturdy. Never going back there again. Waste of money. Gona stay with boot barn.

I ordered a pair of boots on November 29. Supposed to be delivered on Dec 4. Never showed up. Called UPS and was told cowtown never put my house number on the shipping label. I called cowtown and they supposedly fixed this problem. To this date January 17, 2020 I still have not received my boots but continue to get the run around from customer service saying it wasnt there fault but UPS fault. Poor customer service and do not recommend them to anyone for boots.

I cant help notice those two bad reviews copied each other, both saying the same thing Zing words- So Im assuming theyre together, cause theyre WRONG!!!! Ive never seen better service or management! Lesson 1 in Retail, out of 200 HAPPY customers, one may give a good Review- But on that ONE hard to please customer Will Always leave a Bad Review with mistruths theyve conjured up!
