I feel the prices are great with the bogo 50% off. The workers who did engage with us were kind. The store was cleaned and organized. The only thing is that the selection is hit and miss for the sizes you might be looking for. That being said, it worth checking out.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. They come to you with attitude when you even ask a question, they hate to be bother and their apparel. You would think they’ll dress more professional. Never going there again

Rosa or whatever her name is was very rude to her staff. I watched her disrespect her staff right in front of customers!! And don’t get me started on the store manger

Worst customer service ever I clearly asked a employee about a sale on a shoe and he said as long as the last 3 digits were the same is should be the same thing price even if one of the boxes didn’t have to sale sticker and when I get to the register the charge me full price and didn’t not want to fix issue I told cashier what the other employees said and did not care so now I will take my money else. Famous footwear here I come!!!

Have to say, we generally end up buying shoes here. They almost always have buy one get one 50% off: and that tends to push the final spend $$ up.But, if you have a bunch of people needing shoes that deal comes in handy.Best feedback: no one really bugs you. They have the bulk of their inventory out and on the floor, so you can sort through decisions without asking someone can I get this in a youth size 4?.No! No needless questions, just check their shelves and grab some nice shoes that are exactly the shoes you and everyone wants.Ive purchased from here at least 5 times, and its probably higher than that - but I suppose the highest compliment is these folks are just standing and waiting for you to pay, which is what I like. You tour the aisles of shoes, select what you like, then go pay. Its really how shoe stores should be.

Worst customer service ever. If a stores hours are from 9am to 9pm they should stay open for business until 9pm NOT CLOSE THE GATE AT 8:50PM AND REFUSE SERVICE TO SOMEONE FOR TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE STORE. All I needed to do was return $200 worth of shoes I purchased I wasnt going to wear. Its ok bc now I am going all the way to the top of this chains latter. The manager (he says his name is Stacy) was so rude to me in the store. I have never been so disrespected in my life. He is very unprofessional and I have no idea how he became the manager. Never returning to this location because of him.
