Sales Rep: Jin Park in Tempe was incredibly helpful and he answered every single question I had and more. I had been to several cellphone providers in the area and was unable to to helped to the degree of which I was here at AT&T by Jim. I was able to walk out of the store very satisfied with a new phone, a great data plan, and several accessories as well as a discount because of my military service. He was incredibly understanding and patient and I am a happy customer because of him! I am also very grateful, 10/10 recommend.
I went in to have my screen fixed yesterday. Freddie was the first to greet me and made me feel very welcome. The repair technician Erick was on lunch, but Freddie was great at making sure I was comfortable while I waited to turn my phone over to Erick. My first experience at this store was pleasant thanks to Freddies excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this location when I need assistance!

The folks at this store are absolutely awesome. I had a terrible issue with getting my account upgraded due to some customer service problems on the account but the entire team worked together to help find any possible solution. They all have such positive attitudes and make the process / environment fun. Freddy, Jen, Eric, Greg, Mo & Nicole (and anyone else I missed) are truly the dream team.
Hesper At the AT&T corporate store at Tempe marketplace is amazing. I have never had an iPhone so I had quite a few questions as one could imagine. She was super patient and very knowledgeable about the Apple products and services. She went up and beyond to set up my phone and personalize it in a way That made it’s functionality so much more user-friendly. It’s this type of encounter that will make me continue to be a loyal AT&T Customer. Kudos!!!
My phone has was just destroyed and came to ATT to order a replacement but I didnt go that route, instead I upgraded 👍.. Frank and Jennifer were awesome. They explained and helped in my situation. Greg Jessop is one of the best customer service specialists AT&T could have. I came in frustrated about my service & ready to pay off my phones and switch to another carrier (this was my third and was going to be my final attempt to see if they could help me, both over the phone and in store I’ve been “helped” before, to no avail)Greg calmly walked through the steps of everything possible he could do in store, his calm and happy demeanor helped me trust him while working with him, so I asked him questions that I had asked 3 or 4 people prior to him and they all threw up their hands & told me there’s nothing they could do. Greg did all those things in LESS THAN 10 minutes… if you go here, ASK for him, he will NOT let you down.AT&T, this man deserves a raise, he just saved you a customer…. & I’m sure I’m not the only one.
Angel was amazing! I was on the phone with at&t account support for nearly 2 hours yesterday with no result. Today Angel diagnosed and solved the problem is less than 10 minutes. Come to this store for anything at&t! You won’t regret it.
Great store great service I had doubts of coming to this store because of the 1 star reviews but I gave it a shot and I am happy to say that I had a good experience with this store their customer service is perfect they had no problem getting the things I needed! The one star reviews are from a year or two years ago you can tell there was a change in management. If I could give more stars I would! Amazing store!!
All of the AT&T associates were great, but Freddie help us out the entire time we were there. He even went to another store to pick us up the phone we both wanted and needed. Even though it seemed to take forever for our phones to transfer all of our data, Freddie helped us out, and so it didnt seem like took as long as it truly did. We were grateful for all of Freddies help.

We were very happy with the help we received from Daisy. We had made two trips to an authorized dealer earlier and they could do nothing to help us. We were trying to cancel and account for a dead neighbor while keeping the wife’s number active.
The store manager was great, he greeted us immediately as we enter the store, and was very helpful. Definitely going back if I ever need anything.
Our rep, Greg was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, informative, attentive, and patient. He was a large part of why we chose to sign up for service. We had some decent offers from their competitors but his customer service is what set AT&T apart from the others. I highly recommend this location.

The store associate who helped us was nice. He was polite and we never felt rushed. I give 4 stars, because we waited in line outside of the store for about 8 minutes before anyone spoke to the 1st person in line. I feel someone should be a bit more attentive to the line outside needing to check in.

Angel Baretto and the staff at this store gave us incredible service on trading in my son’s iPhone 11.I wanted to upgrade from my X to an iPhone 12 Mini but there no 256GIG phones available. Angel followed up with several stores and called me to let me know. I had not asked him and he did this proactively.We have six lines with AT&T and this is why!Thanks Angel for the effort.
My sales representative was Jin he was very helpful, patient and friendly. I wasnt quite sure which phone I wanted, I had it narrowed down to 2. He showed me both told me the differences between them, it took me a while to decide he never once got impatient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Since he was very knowledgeable I walked out with a new phone. I will definitely be telling everyone if they are looking for a new phone to go see Jin.
I went into the AT&T store looking for a new phone as well as a new provider. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by Thomas. I told Thomas I wasn’t sure of any new deals nor did I have a clue of what phones were good. I am not tech savvy by any means but Thomas took his time explaining plans and going over new features on phones. I thought I was talking to someone with years of professional experience working for AT&T however Thomas said he’d only been there for a little while. Regardless Thomas out did himself and I thought my experience at the AT&T store was deemed worthy of writing a review.

Let a person come into the store with a fake ID with my information. When i called after getting an email about changes made to my account, the person was STILL in the store and they let him walk away, with out any kind of contact to the police and also did not revert the changes they made by the person committing a felony.

I came to this store looking for a tv streaming solution and Thomas was the representative that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and showed me all my options for streaming and pricing if bundle in my phone service. I did not end up signing up at the time but if I choose to I would definitely go back and see Thomas. Aside from that the store was clean and inviting. Highly recommend
I was greeted by a nice gentlemen as soon as I walked into the store. His name is Frank I believe. He was able to solve an issue that I had been dealing with since a couple weeks ago. It was a very quick process and he did a good job of explaining everything and getting me out of the store in no time. As far as social distancing and cleanliness, everything was excellent.

I was mislead about what I would get for a trade in on my old phone and now my monthly bill is higher than it was before. Getting the new phone fairly easy. It was delivered by someone who helped me transfer all the data between the old and new phone. However, when I went to turn in my old phone I was told the person I had talked to to setup the trade-in gave me the wrong price so my monthly bill would be higher. It seemed like a bait and switch deal, but Id already deleted everything off my old phone so I was kinda stuck. Be very wary with these people and get any promises in writing before agreeing to any contract changes.
I normally don’t do reviews but I figured I’d take the time out to let the company know what a great employee they have in Tommy. The way he demonstrated himself showed me he cares a lot about his job and the customers he interacts with. If any one is reading this when you go ask to speak to Tommy. You won’t be disappointed
The rep that helped me had his arm in a sling. He knew AT&T services. I am a Prepaid customer. I had no idea I could pay my bill and delay the payment on my account. Mind blown! I am so glad I worked with him on that day. Otherwise, I would have never known about this prepayment option. I cannot believe I have been an AT&T customer for over 5 years and I am just now learning this.

Greg, my salesman, was super awesome! As soon as I walked in the door, he greeted me and asked what I was in for. Since I put in an order for a new iPhone 12 Pro Max online, he directed me to a table to begin the process of switching my line. He was incredibly patient with me as I am on a plan with my fiancé’s family in North Carolina and had to go back and forth with them on the phone for account info. He ran into a system issue, so the process took a little longer than expected, but we filled the time talking about family, work and traveling. All in all, he was super personable and helpful. My fiancé and I are even coming back in a day after my experience to get his new phone since the customer service was so good. Thank you for everything, Greg!
I have to say that I was the lucky one to walk into the store today and work with Eric Johnson. When I was working with him I was not aware he was the store manager until I said to him he has great customer service skills which is almost not a thing today. AT&T you are very lucky to have him as an employee.

I dont leave reviews often, but I really just had to at this location. A great one nonetheless. I had a very bad experience with Sprint before coming to at&t and was left without phone service from various situations of them trying to massively rip me off and having zero wiggle room or help whenever I couldnt work due to being exposed to Corona virus among other things happening in my life because of it. When I first came in I thought the location was clean, the vibe was welcoming, and friendly, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and layout. The first visit I had I was taken care by Abby who really knew what she was doing and was very helpful and understanding towards my situation with Sprint. Unfortunately I did not leave with a phone because when you qualify for zero down you have to at least pay a sales tax on the device you receive and I didnt have enough yet....NBD. I came in 2 days later with the cash I needed and Abby got me l setup smoothly, quickly, and successfully. One problem arose though shortly after I had left. Sprint was not cooperating with completely letting going of my number and I was unable to receive phone calls or texts. I came in the next day and was helped by another employee named Tommy who really just did an awesome job helping. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and he was very understanding of my situation in how frustrated I was with it. He did everything he could to assist me in my situation and he really seemed like he knew what he was doing. I felt like I was in good hands. But, unfortunately he was unable to help because he needed a managers approval. The next day I was supposed to come in between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. however I was running just a little bit late pushing the 7 oclock time limit? I then call them and Tommy actually answerwd the phone I explained to him that I was having a very long and a little bit of a rough day and that was rushing over there to come and speak with the manager whose name was Eric. Eric was just as awesome considering he had to go home at 7 oclock and he stayed a little bit late take care of me which I was very very appreciative of and I would definitely recommend coming to this location if you are looking for a quick and professional experience. I would also like to comment on another employee named Tyree that at the time was dealing with a hysterical[[. The whole team rocks! Would give 5 stars if I could.

3 months ago in store we were quoted $122 all in 4 lines with a first net (not including tax). To this day we have not had that quoted price. We’ve gone to the store 2 times and been on the phone with AT&T for 10+ hours now. AND THEY STILL CANT GET IT RIGHT. There is no communication between the store and calling in so it wastes everyone’s time because you have to explain yourself all over again. They said it would take 3 billing cycles blah blah... well we’ve over paid $100s and it’s still wrong and no credit is being given back. It’s complete and utter bull shi*. Don’t trust their quotes by any means. They lie and then they say oh we can’t do billing in the store that’s customer service. Didn’t have a problem setting us up for this nightmare tho
