Wasnt shopping for myself, my daughter was looking for a specific style & color which they didnt have.

Same selection as any footlocker across the country but 3 stars because I wanted to buy some nike shoes the website said was in-stock at this location but they never had them. Had to order online to my home but besides that it’s a nice clean store with friendly staff.

These Guys were great ! I was traveling from MN.and left my cellphone- the Management team reviewed survalnce and returned it to me RIGHT b4 my flight back 2 MINNEAPOLIS. Not impressed at all. Just another high price chain store

My husband and I were helped by a nice young man whose name I didnt get but hes the only reason for 3 stars. He helped my husband find the size he needed after looking in 2 previous stores. There were 3 additional staff members who stood near with regular conversation and one of the young ladies was talking and using very unprofessional language. Im no stranger to hearing it and was not offended but the lack of concern for customers being in the store while using this language was very off putting.

I normally come to this location for my childrens shoe shopping for back to school. Today was one of the worst experience I have had by the staff at this location. Erika and Savanna felt the need to continue a conversation while checking me and my family out. Rather than giving me the attention I felt a paying customer deserved I received little to none. Erika decided to glance at me and roll her eyes meanwhile Savanna continues her conversation about school. I understand the high volume of other customers. But this store had me feeling bad about the purchase I had made. The diversity of this store has me going back each time. But I have never been treated as rudely in this store as these young ladies had been towards me.As I go back in to speak with a manager Michael Sawyer is leaning on the counter on his phone. He addresses the situation with a condescending approach. I understand the whole manager having his employees back, but the way some of his staff treats people is disappointing and discouraging for people like me, who work hard for the money I use to spend in this store.

Walked in the store. 2 employees present no one talked to me so I left went to another store. Thats bad when i use to be a store manager for footlocker.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a gift card from Footlocker 12-21-19 and it was either lost or stolen. I asked the cashier if the card can be cancelled she rudely said no. Mind you I have the receipt with the barcode. I have had lost or stolen gift cards before and they were able to cancel the card (not footlocker though) This was not the first time that I had issues with this particular Footlocker, but it will be the last time.

Tennis shoes these days are sky high in price... at 67 years old it irks me a bit but its just the way it is. Footlocker is no diffstent but. They do have a HUGE selection of most of the popular name brands like Mike, Adidas,Vans and more.....

Did an order online last week and took longer than expected to arrived so I went to the store to get a refund. The manager said I the refund had to be done over the mail the same way it was purchased which to me sounded very ridicules. They took my items and said they will ship them back for me and the refund would take another week to process. Called other stores around and customer service line and both said the return could be done in stores. Very unprofessional and uneducated management

The customer service is beyond terrible. All they do is pass the buck. The store says you need to contact the 800 #. When you call the customer service #, they tell you that you need to go to the store. No one wants to take the extra step for the customer.
