I ordered from Solstice nearly a year ago, so this review is long overdue. I ordered Astra after closely examining the photos...it was beautiful! However, when I received the items, I was a little disappointed in the quality. I have yet to actually utilize the set because the sequins have fallen off all over the place, even though Ive only worn it to try it on. Im really bummed that Ill never get to show this set off, just because the sequins end up sticking and hiding everywhere in my bedding and carpet. I dont think Ill order again, unfortunately.

I’ve never had a piece of clothing fit me so well and make me feel so beautiful. Bonus points that it’s made locally but the sweetest people!

I WAS a big fan of Solstice, loyal, I sent people to their shop and I spent a lot of dollas here BUT I have to say I will never spend another penny on these cheap h***. They charge you way too much for really poor quality items. When I reached out to them to let them know about a couple of items I received this year they were CONDESCENDING, and RUDE. I overlooked previous items because they’re barely worn but they use CHEAP plastic, CHEAP fabric, your sequins hunny they’re gonna fall off!! Those bra straps hunny, they won’t last!!! If you have breasts larger than A size then the bras will sink to your stomach (no support). Sure they look cute on the models but they have tailors at those shoots. Don’t be fooled! Don’t waste your money! And don’t expect customer service. You are what’s wrong with capitalism!

Ive purchased dozens of pieces from this company over the years and couldnt be happier. Every now and then I get a ready to ship item and it doesnt fit me perfectly (I am tall and have a tough body to fit) so I will either figure out a way to make it fit, give it as a gift, or re-sell on depop or ebay if worst comes to worst. I feel like they really do their best, and none of my custom items have come in wrong or ill fitting. I will continue to be an avid supporter of Solstice. And a huge thanks to Amy who is always quick to answer my emails and help in any way she can. Thank you!!!

Admired their designs for years on instagram, finally bought some pieces ( ive placed three orders in total because I was committed to like them lol) but they are extremely overpriced for the quality received. The straps are so thin and already fraying,, bought chaps/lingerie set / and as sleep set that ripped right away(no heavy use, just walking aorund my bedroom) or came ripped or frayed initially- With the chaps i ordered the tassels came falling off before i even tried them on and i did not receive any refund or credit etc....I’m disappointed in their inability to offer better quality for how expensive their pieces are. Beautiful designs, but poor quality :( super sad because i still follow them on instagram and see their new collections and WANT to buy, but i know its a waste of money!!!

This company is amazing!! The website is SO body-positive, featuring models not only of different skin tones and sizes, but with body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and other human characteristics that are always photoshopped out. The made-to-order pieces take a long time to come to you during the pandemic, but thats to be expected, and the company makes it up for it by including cute little goodies alongside the high-quality piece in eco-friendly packaging. Plus, they have great deals around holiday times.

So disappointed. I had high hopes for the pieces I ordered especially because they were supposed to be custom. I sent my exact measurements (and no I didn’t lose weight) and they arrived after 4 months and the pieces I received were gigantic. They looked and fit like they had grabbed random garments from the premade bin and hadn’t even look at the measurements I sent. Didn’t fit at all and when I emailed enquiring about what my options were they offered a discount code to remake them with the correct measurements (which would be exactly the same ones I sent originally). I spent over $300 on pieces I now have to either spend hundreds more getting altered or not wear them at all. They tried to tell me in their email that they made the pieces to fit my measurements but when something is 3-4 inches too long and 2-3 inches too wide it is impossible that they were made using the measurements that were sent.

I want to like this company so much, but they are extremely overpriced for Ill fitted clothing and cheap cheap cheap strap and finding quality. For example, I have the daphne bodysuit and the straps are so thin and already fraying, the findings are stark white plastic which don’t match any other color on the suit....I’m disappointed in their inability to offer better quality for how expensive their pieces are.

If you are looking for high quality, handmade, and unique intimates and apparel then Solstice is the right place for you. Nat and co are the best in the business and every new release is a stunner. Their Instagram is a must follow. 💯

I ordered a bodysuit at the beginning of December and it arrived quickly but wasn’t a great fit. My torso was too long so the bodysuit was stretched on my frame, but fit well in the chest and thighs. I emailed the company asking if I could exchange for a larger size and they said I could get it altered for free instead. I was thrilled because if I went up a size it might not fit in the chest and thighs anymore. I just got the altered garments today, they cut the bodysuit into a longline bralette and high waisted panty and it’s GORGEOUS! The fit is amazing and I’m so happy with my now custom pieces! So refreshing for a company to offer to alter your pieces for you, pay for you to return it, and alter it for free! Well worth what I paid earlier this month and I will absolutely order again. I’ll recommend Solstice Intimates to everyone I know!

I admire that this place hand sews all of their items but they should really invest in higher quality materials. I purchased a $75 bralette that took almost 8 weeks to arrive to my house when their website says 4-6 weeks. When I finally received the bralette, it didn’t fit and the straps are as thin as nylon stockings and do not hold up my breasts even the slightest bit.Their sizing chart said that my bra size would be an XL in their sizing, so that is what I purchased. The around straps fit but the cup itself was too short. I am very disappointed because I thought a $75 bralette would be of somewhat quality but honestly my $15 target bralette is much better.

Youll be less dissapointed if you set your money on fire. It sounds dramatic but this is what happened.I ordered a custom bodysuit from Solstice Intimates with high hopes - their IG makes their products look fantastic and sexy. When I recieved my order it was three inches too short and looked totally disfigured when I put it on (I was exactly the same weight/ size as when I ordered and I had taken my measurements meticulously as it was quite an investment for me).It felt like a tragedy and I thought it could be fixed....I contacted Nat and Kathryn in a friendly manner ( owners of Solstice) hoping for an amicable solution and expressing my dissapointment. They offered to give me a measly 40% off a new order OR to cut it in half for me (aswell as being unapolagetically condescending). Frankly, I ordered a bodysuit not a top and bottom for a reason, and 40% off... after botching the first order... Really???!!Just imagine what else you could do with $200 and do that instead.
