Went into their corporate office for an interview as they have contacted me about applying in person. Instead of interrupting two women in a separate room on an important phone call with a customer, I patiently waited more than 30 minutes for anyone to come to the main desk (no one was there, for the longest 30 minutes). Because these employees were on their lunch break, two past their break time came through the door, but only one responded to me (when I tried to get the first employees attention, she completely ignored me. I asked the second employee if there was anyone who was interviewing new hires, and she told me she would go and see if Abby Rehfeldt or Gulti was there. She never returned. By then several minutes have past and no one had spoken to me. Absolutely no one appeared at the front desk, but phone calls rang throughout the time I was waiting there). No wonder they are urgently hiring. Terrible business practices, and waste of my time. Look else where for employment opportunities.

I own a boutique and we placed an order for “Angie” when we were in Dallas on a buying trip.It was supposed to ship feb 28th, we have called every day since then and got the same answer from the receptionist, it’s in the warehouse and will ship by weeks end, I called today because it’s Friday and she was so rude, said our card wouldn’t go through, I told her I could verify the number and that it needed to go out by today, she said she would send it to the warehouse and it will go out Monday, I let her know I would need to cancel the order if it didn’t go out today and she then said “whoopsie, looks like it went through! And then hung up.I will never deal with this company again. Horrible CUSTOMER service, horrible shipping wait and the rudest people I have ever had to deal with.

The rudest people in the world waited in the front. For over 20 minites i eventualy bad to chase down. Someone.. The place looks like a hoarding house. Papers stacked to the ceiling and they must have 12 employees all barely working ...

I worked for this company for a while and it was a horrible experience. In the back, it looks like a sweatshop, all of management looked and smelled greasy, they acted like low class people who have the morals of dirty farm animals, and they smell just as bad. I couldn’t begin to go into all of the negative aspects of this place, but this is corrupt and terrible place.
