Such a neat spot in Chandler, reminded me of a space you would find in Brooklyn / NYC! You can sit at a small table inside or outside, and there are couches too. Inspirational, trendy, clean, plenty of sunlight. I came here to get coffee with a friend, it wasnt too busy. I got a small hot chai and it came out to $3.24 (delicious and very foamy) and my friend loved her cold brew. Prices were decent, service was quick and great. I will definitely be coming back!

ABSOLUTELY HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE.I have been completely mistreated by LASHES BY BREE. She completely messed up my lashes, refuses to take responsibility, and is held accountable to no one.Please do yourself a favor and spend a little more for an actual professional.**********SHORT VERSION OF STORY*********This was my first time getting lash extensions after shopping around forever for a good artist. Im a hairstylist so my looks are part of my work and it was important to me that once I invested in lashes they would be on point all the time. I made my first appointment for Friday at 6am (as well as my next 2 appointments) on the first day so that I would get the fills on time and not have patchy lashes.My appointment went well expect for 2 things- which werent so bad- (1) I asked for hybrid/volume and got SUPER MEGA VOLUME that even covered half of my eyebrows when my eyes were open and (2) one of my lashes had wayyyy more lashes on it than the other but I figured she knew what she was doing and there was probably a reason. When the service was over she said bye and gave me no care instructions which I thought was odd so I asked how to care for them. She instructed me not to get them wet for 24hrs and to wash them with Johnsons and Johnsons baby wash once per week.My next appointment was supposed to be one week later to make sure everything was good.... but my lashes started falling off immediately. By the second day I emailed her business email and messaged her on her business Instagram account so she could recieve it how ever was most convenient for her. She did not respond.By the morning of day 3 I politely text the number that was provided in her business email. I sent her pictures and told her I was worried because Id lost about about 20+ lashes already and they were starting to look really patchy. She didnt respond that day. I was patient because I wanted to be understanding of the fact she was busy.I waited all day the next day (day 4) for a response and finally text her again with a picture update {that was absolutely hideous and so patchy} at nearly 10pm after I had put my kids to bed. I told her I was so sad about how my lashes looked and how embarrassed I was to go to work and out in public. I had huge chunks missing.She finally responded said she had just gotten home from work and meant to text me all day. She asked me all sorts of questions trying to find blame in how I was caring for them. She said this never happens with my clients and said she could fix them the next day. I politely told her thank you but that wouldnt work for me I had an appointment for my young son at the childrens hospital and then was going to see family. I reminded her that my appointment was first thing Saturday morning so It was okay and I would just see her then. (It was now tuesday evening)My confirmation for my Saturday appointment came by text and email. Saturday 1/18 6am. Confirmed.When I opened the squareup app to double and triple check it said CONFIRMED.I was very excited for fresh lashes and hopeful this had all been a freak incident.Saturday morning 6am. My appointment.I got there early 5:40am to try to give her extra time since so many lashes fell off. A gentleman from the barbershop was kind enough to let me in to wait for her.At 6am I text to let her know I was there since she wasnt yet. I proceeded to text her and called her a few times over the course of an hour worried she might have gotten into a car accident with Arizonas awful freeway accident rate. I told her Id hoped she was okay. I also left a voicemail. There was no response.At 7:10 I left.I text her to say that after this experience and waiting for over an hour I would be very very grateful for a refund and drove away.She IMMEDIATELY text me back and said I dont have a client on my books until 8:15am.Thats all. not Im sorry you waited for an hour at 6am. thanks for checking in on me. Im sorry I missed your call. Nothing.I have politely asked for a refund 3 times since to which she hasnt responed.

Great little hidden gem in Tempe! From the outside it looks like a paint store but in the inside its a box of treasures. Different services and a cool, hip vibe. Glutton free cake was delish too.

Tiny and chill. PC is a great alternative to chain coffee stores. At two, I all wanted was coffee and cookie. Solid chocolate chip was served.First time having Mavic Coffee too👌

TENANT REVIEW: This is for the future esthetician’s, massage therapists or anyone who requires a somewhat quiet space for their business. Palette Collective is unfortunately very noisy, the walls are thin, there is no Insulation in the ceilings and they refuse to make a quiet space within their buildings. A conflicting business was placed next to me and it made it difficult to achieve a relaxing environment for my facials. The management is stretched thin, slow to respond and very unhelpful. I’m very disappointed in my experience and I have a huge bill now in order to break my lease to better my business. I hope this review helps any future tenants who are looking for a place to start their business, that are unsure if Palette is right for them.

Nice, clean easy to find each local and perfect location

My hairdresser has been renting a suite there for a while now. I have always felt comfortable there.. until yesterday. The power went out during my appointment. The only people in masks were my hairdresser and myself. People were roaming the halls. Hair stylists moved their chairs to the hall. None in masks. This is greatly disturbing and made me extremely uncomfortable and anxious. This is serious! Enforcement of masking in salons is CRUCIALUpdate- was back again today. Every suite I passed, there were no masks worn. Maybe I need to report this to the state board.

This location is more of an attachment to a salon. The people are nice and professional. The coffee comes from other local sources however prepared poorly. First i asked for a drip coffee, which is listed on the menu, i was given an americano. I asked why, the person said they were out of drip coffee at 10am. It was way too hot and once cooled down it didnt taste good. There are better places out there.

One of the tenants (lashes by bree) at Palette Collective provided an absolutely atrocious experience.Due to the way this business is set up there is absolutely zero accountability for this person. All I could to is inform Palette Collective and future clients by writing a review of my experience.The owner of Palette Collective promptly apologized but said they are not responsible for their tenants and asked me to remove my review.However, you are responsible for your tenants and that was absolutely heartless and extremely bad form.Are you going to ask all the other people to remove their positive reviews because you arent responsible for your tenants? I didnt think so.You should all be so ashamed of yourselves.

Never tried waxing by Sugaring but it was cool. Much better than wax strips or hard wax. Will go back! She was very friendly and professional!

I started going to Delores in February and I am so glad! She is not only a wonderful hair stylist but she is a beautiful soul! Also, the studio set up is awesome!
