Always love the fix - consistent and only occasional lines. Its affordable and they use press coffee! I love all the specialty choices.

I worked at the fix for a year, while I loved the people that I worked with the owners exploit their employees for their own personal gain. Employees work in uncomfortable work environments and do a lot more than what they’re paid for. Not to mention the sick time you accrue “can only be used if you’re sick” not if you got in a car accident. I would strongly reconsider the type of establishments you support. Turn over rate can be a really big indication of how a business treats their employees.

Inconsistent! When it’s good it’s great. I literally had the best German chocolate mocha yesterday.. it was so good that I went back for another one today.Today’s German Chocolate tasted like iced chocolate milk, no coconut flavor and there is no way they added the extra shot of espresso that I asked for. Cup has no description of order and you never receive a receipt so there is no telling what I got vs. what I paid for.The employees are always super nice and friendly but you’re playing russian roulette when it comes to the drinks.

Then here I go.Starbucks, Dutch bros, the human bean, the coffee bean, Jos coffee shack and bobs black bean bistro have nothing on this place. The crew is awesome at both locations. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family. And now that the masks are off, their smiles create even more magnetism towards these 2 establishments.You can take my word for it or you can just spend some time and cruise on by and check it out for yourself. If your A Tempe PD or Mesa PD or any Law enforcement or First responder and Im there, youre guaranteed to have your drink or drinks added to my tab as a way to show my personal appreciation for what you do.The folks from the fix are great. I dare you to stop by and get your fix.(I wasnt paid to say this......I promise).

Fast friendly service. Nice to have the plant based energy drink option. So far everything I have tried here has been really tasty. I usually just ask them to surprise me with the flavors.

Great coffee. Great kids running the joint. Bubbly, friendly, optimistic youth to greet you at the window and make you very tasty bean fair to satiate your caffeine addiction at an excellent price point. 👍

This place is great. The coffee is good, and if your not in the mood for a coffee they have plant based energy drink mix that is just phenomenal. You can create whatever flavor you want, it gives you lots of energy, and your not buying the same old energy drink on a can.

Best new place to get coffee and other pick me ups. I have never had a bad drink and staff is very helpful.

The employees here are super nice, and the drinks are delicious! Also really like they have a punch card as well, that gets you a free drink after 10 purchases.

Cold brew is nice and strong, just the way it should be. I, personally, would avoid the sugar free flavorings as they seem to add a bitter flavor to the drink.

Fantastic coffee but we will not be back in the afternoon/evening hrs. Got coffee in the p.m. a few times and they are consistently watered down. Morning is always very good though.

I give the fix 5 stars they have always been fast and friendly. I am particular to the Carmel frap with drizzle.

I be from Oregon really appreciate good coffee Blends and they have great combinations of flavors at the fix drive-thru. Also awesome personalities and employees working it. I love their Berry blends and sugar-free chocolates!

Really wanted to like this place but I didn’t like my drink. Maybe next time I will try something else.It’s a cute little coffee place you can either walk up to order or go through the drive tru.I got the iced French vanilla latte. Didn’t like the combo infused caramel and vanilla. There’s some caramels and vanillas I like and this is not one of them. Was scared it would be to sweet and it wasn’t that sweet.Also there’s a stamp card, once you fill it up your next one is free any drink, any size

This place is new. I love coffee so I had to check it out. They get 4 stars because the coffee was good but not amazing.However, I enjoyed the subtle and light notes of the coffee beans. The Breve(half n half) overpowered my coffee. Meaning, I tasted more half n half than coffee.Espresso should be strong. But the workers were very friendly and upbeat. The location is great. They are right behind the Costco and across from the Lifetime gym.They put a lot of thought into their outdoor seating area. With plenty of space and umbrellas to block the sun.So they still get a good recommendation from me.

Ordered a German Chocolate Mocha and a Irish Cream Breve, both Amazing! I like my drinks sweeter but not too sweet this was amazing, the Irish cream is a bit less sweet. This little drive thru is so cute, 2 people running it but they are quick! Definitely recommend!

Was craving my usual coffee spot but decided to try this new place. I’m giving it a 3 star because it wasn’t bad and it wasn’t good. I got the German Chocolate Mocha, not sure where the German chocolate flavor was because this to me was a bona fide iced chocolate milk. Husband got the Fix Fuel. In my opinion is an expensive iced Red Bull from the can with a splash of pineapple. This place didn’t have a signature flavor per say but was a good try. I’ll stick to my usual coffee place.

Went back for the 3rd time in almost 2 weeks. Still pretty good lol 3 little milkshakes, a starr spangled Breve, and an iced vanilla latte with salted caramel

Thought this would be a fun place to go to since we are coffee lovers. the staff are friendly. The coffee was terrible .... not worth spending any money here. watered down, tasteless like Folgers coffee, maybe even worse....

This is a great local coffee stop. They have a large variety of items and monthly special drinks which are always really good. They are quick and very friendly but compared to other coffee shops they are a little pricey. Luckily they send out lots of coupons in the mail that make it a little better.

I had the large iced vanilla mocha. It was very yummy, larger than the Venti at Starbucks, and it tastes better. Also, it costs less than Starbucks. The staff are very friendly!

My first time here. It was good. The only negative is that she doesnt get my order right after my cousin or friend. My cousin and friend got their drinks, and I was in the process of making my order. The drinks were great!

This place is great. I am visiting from North Carolina and wanted to try a local coffee shop. i was definitely not disappointed. I got a white chocolate macadamia nut latte with oat milk it was amazing ! Travis was super sweet, and really knowledgeable, and had AMAZING customer service.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. The fix. Its really hard being a minority in Tempe or scottsdale. I didnt get those looks and I didnt get the treatment at the fix and Im very grateful for it. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer they definitely have my business for life....

Ordered an Italian soda and it had very little carbonation. It went completely flat before I finished drinking it. Pretty disappointing.

Served by cheery folks in a drive-thru kiosk store, the coffee is high quality, comparable in taste to Dutch Bros (but I think Fix is better).

You cannot go wrong going here. It is locally owned, the drink specials and the normal menu are unique, staff is consistently friendly and upbeat, and my dog even gets impatient waiting for her pup cup when we go!

The staff is friendly and the coffee is amazing! I highly recommend stopping by and getting your coffee fix! Tons of flavors available and tons of drink combinations. I will be back!

First time there. Very friendly and helpful. Custom coffee drinks. I had coconut milk, organic decaf, sugar free caramel, blended. Delish! Not all coffee shops have good coconut or almond milk.

I have always loved their coffee since day one. They have always been creative, while providing quality in their drinks. My favourite thing however was the customer service. I got to know all the baristas that worked there and they always gave me a positive feeling. Their conversation wasnt in your face and overbearing like at Dutch bros. Eventually though the regular/ original people start to leave and you hope that the new ones will be just as good. It hasnt been the case for me. For the last couple months, every time I have gone I feel as if the barista is borderline rude and dismissive. One even glared at me when I asked for a pup cup, something I never had to do before, since the old baristas would just offer one and another did not even want to bother trying to find out how to make one of the old month specials. I love their drinks and I still love seeing Hunter on the off chance he is there when I go, but for now I think I might start looking for a new coffee spot.

Friendly service, took a while with only two cars in front of me though. I got a latte and it was weak. I could not taste anything but milk. Not sure how many shots they put in them but hopefully it was two minimum for medium size, but mainly tasted like steamed milk. So either one shot added or if two then coffee beans are weak. Would give three, but I need to try more things out before giving any true judgment because the menu looks good.

I love the vibe, great customer service and large selection of sugar free options. The espresso flavor reminded me of Dutch brothers though which is almost citrusy and not to my liking. So while I loved the place I probably wont be back because the espresso was not for me.

This place is amazing. Great coffee and nice girls. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Get the white macadamia nut breve!........pre-pandemic no complaints!However, if youre visiting The Fix during the pandemic, Ive noticed one or two girls who are careless with wearing their masks. If you care about that sort of thing, Id avoid going when the platinum blonde girl is working. She has her mask down constantly and I draw the conclusion that she must not be careful in her personal life either. Im pregnant with my first child and Im being overly cautious. Right now, the rules are to wear a mask and she does not. Just in case anyone else is cautious like I am, I wanted to include that information.I hope to see her start wearing it fully and constantly so that I can go there and not be nervous that she went out partying the night before ( maskless ) and comes to work just as careless.****EDIT****I have not seen the girl mentioned above since my post. I am back to feeling safe, considered, and caffinated. 5 STARS

Great coffee.Lousy customer service. 9 out of 10 times, they always get somthing wrong. No phone number to call and the one phone number I happen to find, is listed for Oregon state and always goes to voicemail.Im about to contact my bank and start challenging the charges whenever something is wrong. Seems to be the only way to get a resolution.
