Been going to Cobblestone for a consistent clean since being sorely disappointed by others in the area. Service by everyone is always polite, professional and respectful. Today I did the oil change and Jay went above and beyond in customer service. Appreciated having a reliable place for great service and kind, respectful personnel. So hard to find these days.

I paid for an interior add on, and he literally admitted he didnt wipe anything down. I pointed out several areas outside that didnt even look like the car was washed. One person had a terrible attitude, and mocked me because I told him my doors were unlocked with computers inside when they parked it around the corner. Now mind you, I go to the one on Val Vista and Williams Field all of the time. I believe its an isolated incident. I paid extra for the seats to be wiped as well to no avail. This is the first time in my life that I havent tipped someone. Im in dispute with AMEX right now for my money back since I have to take it to another place. What a waste of time and money!!!

They did amazing work on time truck and it’s really worth the moneys I will totally go their all the time for my car washes and only car wash that I will go to they take honor in doing there work and they keep it clean and everyone is super nice Everyojenouts in effort and makes everything work even on the crazy days but still make it work thank you for making make girl look clean

The carwash itself is good. I usually only get the exterior washed, cant comment on their detailing services.Today they had wet tar all over the parking lot at the vacuums. It looks like someone sealed the cracks in the pavement, but there werent any signs to warn people?! Got some on my shoes. Looks like a lot if it got mushed around by cars driving on it as well. Really frustrating.Otherwise, generally good experience here.

This is my third visit and second services performed.Joy and joy attended to me. They were not able to find my coupon(My daughter found that the coupon was 2014 so old). Joy was so professional and courteous, I went for oil change ended up doing cabin air filter, air filter, transmission flush and a platinum car wash.I was out in 40 mins so fast efficient. 3 people attended to my car doing oil service, filters and billing. So so efficient and man I sold.To my surprise I found they have so many services I was getting done and not satisfied at all from else where.Going back now to get a full exterior and interior now.**Last time they said it was a 45 min wait time and didn’t have the time so went with My regular Auto nation.

Busy place !! Lube shop guys extremely efficient. Store & wash employees very helpful. Cobblestone has free vacuums for self use & full service washes/ details available.I waited in the store / lobby & watched Chive tv. They have 5 different flat screens to watch..I prefer Chive.Chairs are super comfortable. Staff cleans them after each person leaves !Great place!!

One star because I had to go home and was my car, after they tried to resolve. They did not vacuum my third row, or the hatch area. There was still gunk all over the outside of the truck. This was the 24.00 wash. I really didn’t care about the outside, but just coming from the beach I wanted the sound out of my seats and floors. Both times they vacuumed for me I supervised, and neither time did they lift the floor mats up to vacuum under. I was tired of arguing to go for a third and show them how to do it so I decided just to go home and do it myself.

Its the only place Ive found that can wash my duelly pickup. It has the correct conveyor to accommodate the duel rear wheels. 👍👍

The absolute worst car wash i have ever had. They charged me $30 & didnt clean the car. If you want to flush your money down the toilet then go here for your car washing needs.UpdateSpoke with elena at the corporate location and we were able to come to a resolution. I have a Cobblestone car wash membership. This particular location isn’t the cleanest. There’s always trash thrown about the grown and sometimes the trash is overflowing and the vacuums are falling apart.

I was in a couple weeks back, and didnt think Id enjoy a visit there, cause all I wanted was an oil change and wash. The shop guys didnt sell me on services, but informed me. After I said no, I decided to go back and get them done a few minutes later, because they were so easy going. I WILL be back because of their professional approach! Thank you so much!

PATHETIC! Clearly the vacuum Never saw the inside of my vehicle & neither did a cloth! The inside of the doors still dirty! The outside...an obvious Yellow bug still on the windshield & the bumper was full of bugs! Never used the are hose on it as it was dripping from every crevice! And that was the Platinum wash...top of the line! Never again!!! Don’t waste your money!!

I had very good experience. I was taken care of right away and the guys that handled my oil change and car wash were awesome. This is the only location I go to.

2 stars for the friendliness of the people that work there, and some of my car. I paid over $150 to have my car detailed and they didnt even vacuum the trunk! I was extremely disappointed when I saw this. I would not recommend getting your car detailed here.

Not a very happy customer at all, I have came to this location a few times and have loved how my car turned out after the wash etc ... I have put who knows how much into this car wash alone ... I go there today and was told I could pick whatever car wash I wanted and get the inside vacuumed and wiped down.. I then wait inside and look out the window and saw my car and 2 pieces of my front bumper were missing .. which no one had tried looking for it or even bothered to tell me what happened .. obviously I’m upset ... I find someone to talk to and he goes and finds both pieces to my car in the tunnel “I guess” . He went ahead and put it back on my car but didn’t offer anything, like he could of offered to not charge me for that car wash which came to $26 . I told him my front grill/bumper has never fallen off before and if anything tried to turn it around and say it was my cars fault .... not happy at all

After my last couple experiences I swore I’d never come here again but it’s the closest full service car wash for me and I was short on time so I did and I immediately regretted it. Just like every other time I’ve been here the overall service and experience was well bellow average.Workers are not friendly or helpful.Paid for the Ultimate wash and truck came out still unclean on the exterior and a blatantly obvious lazy job was done on the interior vacuum and clean.I can’t figure out how when someone comes in and pays $30 or more for a full service car wash they feel fine giving the vehicle back with visible dirt and missed spots on the exterior and a minimal job of cleaning on the interior.This time around I didn’t even bother pointing stuff out to them because last time they just rolled their eyes, said they usually don’t do such extra work, and right in front of me did a once over with a cloth barely making a difference in their original bad job.

I love this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have the unlimited package and Ive had no issues. I go to this location even though I have one closer to me because of the staff. My mom was the original person that told me how great they were. I also feel comfortable that if I had an issue they would be more then happy to help. Thanks Everyone there!

I had a car wash here and it was terrible. They dont clean the water spots off if the vehicle, if the water dries before they get to it. They told me, We dont clean off hard water spots. They vacuumed out the interior and didnt wipe out the pockets. They said they only use a damp rag to wipe everything down. I got so frustrated, Ijust left. Now ill have to finish my vechile at home. Poor service, im done with this place. Dont waste your time people

I really like this location. Everyone was nice and friendly from the inside staff to the guys in the oil & lube area. I appreciated them for taking the time to look over my vehicle and explain to me what needed to be changed without being pushy. Thanks again for the great customer service.

Porter drove Ford Edge SEL into cobblestone pillar. They will not call us or car rental back for payment or cover depreciated value of vehicle. We lost almost 8 grand. Stay away.

Over the past year I have frequented Cobblestone Auto Spa and come to the conclusion that they are the most methodical and affordable (for the quality) car wash in the area. They 99% of the time pay attention to the details that matter such as the little spaces in between the dash and center console, the air vents, and the corners of the wheels. Even though I live by *redacted* I still drive an extra two miles to go here. You wont regret it.

I have had my oil changed on our vehicles numerous times at this Tempe location of Cobblestone over the years. Today I took my car in to have it done again. Apparently, I hurried the proper procedure when waiting to be guided in. I dont recall doing so or breaching any instructions, but I guess I jumped the gun.What I do know is that I guess I must have made XXXXXXX, the oil change manager, angry. He proceeded to chew me out, and then we locked eyes for several seconds, until I verbally submitted to his chastisement. It was over the top. Which made me feel defensive, embarrassed, and as a result, angry, as well. I didnt come to Cobblestone to get belittled, insulted, or argue. I came here, like I have dozens of times before, simply to get my oil changed.Here is the deal. I dont mind improving myself, or doing things differently. Better is good. And the last thing I would ever want to do is cause someone injury! But I will not be treated like that. Period. It was not a constructive or forgiving exchange. It was confrontational and belittling. And XXXXXX won. I was chastised, and given the fact that he wouldnt stop staring at me, submitted to that chastisement instead of turning it into a full-fledged argument in the bay.But here is the result: XXXXXXX won the battle, and Cobblestone has lost the war. Even though their prices are better than Jiffy Lube and the others, it is not worth being treated that way. So I am done with their oil change services. Today was the last time for any of our vehicles, anymore. I will not be back.I would suggest some customer service training--not sales training--on how to treat customers. Service. Doing business should not be insulting. That confrontation has affected my day.It also might help to find a better procedure in the way their oil change teams guide cars in, since XXXXXXX said that injuries happen because of actions like mine frequently. Really? Sounds like some improvement is needed not just in their training, but maybe in their safety procedure. Maybe their own crew should pull the cars in. I hope they figure it out. I wont know whether they do or dont, though.

Great service. I was greeted immediately when I pulled up. The guy with the red Honda and the guy with tattoos on his hands were awesome and super helpful. I got lots of tips on how to take care of my Honda Civic. The prices are reasonable and a lot quicker than a dealership. They answered all my questions with professionalism. They will vacuum your vehicle and put it through the car wash if you want. My car was super clean after the service. I was there no more than 30 minutes. I highly recommend seeing these guys. I did an engine flush and and oil change and I am satisfied with my service. Keep up the good work guys.

Amazing service! I got my oil changed and a wash. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes, which is surprising because they did a light detail on the interior as well! VERY satisfied with this service! The price was about $30-$50 cheaper than all the other places I called around to. I STRONGLY recommend this location!

For the “Premium” car wash, although I have the unlimited pass I was not happy at all! I feel terrible for those who pay for a single premium wash, when every wash of mine is a let down. Once I get home I find myself touching up obvious messes that could’ve easily been taken care of by the attendees. My chrome pieces are always left with dry water spots that could be wiped away, my wheels aren’t always wiped down the best, most recently my rim was caused damaged there’s a huge deep scratch across my rim. My last wash I left with a Knick in my painter near my fender and did notice the man was being rough with the air pressure hose with my car and others. This location seems very careless. Use clean rags, wipe the dust away and make sure there’s no water spots on the exterior! My car is white and is left with black water spots near my fender and fender wall. Why is it that I have to touch this myself when I pay for a monthly pass and drive my car lightly. I’m 8 months pregnant it’s hard for me to bend over, that was the idea of paying someone else to do it and at this point I don’t know that it’s worth it. I love a clean car, just not a half job.

Dont get your oil changed here the prices are $20 higher then most places but needed a car wash. Theres also a sign next door for $30 dollar lower price as they already started. Definitely wasted money and time coming here. Never again.Dominique, what you responded with has nothing to do with what I said. All of that is the obvious.Funny part was I did use your coupon and still more expensive. And doesnt help when across the street the tire shop as a big sign as you wait showing a very competitive price. Its fine though, lesson learned dont get oil changed at a car wash.

First time here was incredibly good. From the before and after to the staff. Fast paced and they go above and beyond to get your vehicle clean. Chris is the man! Other then perfecting my car he gave me a free express wash and a coupon. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this place when I live 10 minutes away. Very very well done!

Wouldnt take my car to get work done there

Not sure what happened with last oil change. Today my car was completely dry of oil the engine almost seized up on me while driving. Stopped and found out the drain plug was almost coming out of the oil pan. It had leaked out all of the oil in the engine and I’m pretty sure the oil filter was not changed either since the date on the filter was before I took it in... anyway due to the plug I almost destroyed my vehicles engine. Got oil allllll over the property I stay at. Had to borrow another car and go get more oil and necessities, scrounge up some tools and a jack, get on the pavement in these temperatures middle of June to fix the plug change the filter and replace the oil. Paid $70 for car wash and oil change just to almost have to get another car. NOT.COOL. Vehicles still isn’t running right either after this. I probably burned up my oil pump too because of this. Ugh!

Unfortunately, they have denied your claim and there’s nothing I else I can do, since they have the final decision on such matters. Thank you!Im truly disgusted at the way Cobblestone has decided to handle (rather, not handle) this situation. Save yourself the time/money and go to a different vendor for all car detailing/washing needs. Cobblestone is far from ethical and they dont care about the customer at all.Note: I still have not had the opportunity to talk to anyone in upper management and they have not responded to any of my emails/calls.----If you value your vehicle and want to work with a business that is ethical, this is NOT the place for you. Cobblestone damaged our vehicle and will not take responsibility for their actions (we spent $153 on a detail/wax/buff). Instead, they have ignored us every time weve recached out to try and resolve this issue. Dont waste your time here, they dont care and will not hold their technicians or managers accountable for damage. Agreed to paying this for my truck, go to pick it up they now are trying to change the price too $116.00 and they won’t give me my truck unless I pay it. I have called the Tempe P.D. To resolve the issue. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my 18 years in the customer service industry.

I love coming here when I need my truck washed. I rarely get my truck washed, like every month or two. But when I do, these guys always do a good job. Chris does an amazing job. Anytime I need a little extra work done or I ask for a special request, he always helps me out. Of course I tip them a little extra when I ask more work on my truck. I think some people should give these guys a little more respect knowing that there are some people out there who always give these guys a hard time. I know for a fact if people just act a little more nicer, polite, and patient, these guys will go above and beyond to make sure your car comes out clean and you leave satisfied.

No better car wash than this! I’ve tried various companies and various cobblestone locations but this one just always does the best job!! Chris is on top of everything, made sure his guys did a good job and even checked it over himself. Great guy, stop wasting your time at other places and go see him you won’t regret it.

I am saddened to have to even do a review like this. Had a complete detail set to be performed on April 30th. Dropped of the vehicle at 10:29am was told would have it done by noon. Told the rep dont worry as long as I have it by 1 I will be fine. At 1:30 I called to ask how the vehicle was coming as I received no call or update regarding the vehicle. I was informed at that point that the vehicle would take another 45 minutes to complete. At 2:30pm I still had not received any message or contact informing me how the vehicle was coming along. I physically walked back to the location to check on the status of the vehicle. It had barely been started. I also found the fender liner had been ripped off of the vehicle through the automated wash. Pictured below, initially they declined that had happened there until they walked through the car wash to find it. I was told the vehicle would now be done by six and if I purchased the part I would be reimbursed after I provided a copy of the part price. I agreed at this point just wanting the vehicle back. I came back at 5:45 vehicle still not complete but with finishing touches be placed I also provided the part invoice for the purchase from local dealership that had the part in stock. I have asked the general manager Dustin twice in person and via email what is the status of the reimbursement. With no response. Hopefully this review finds someone that can help me. A lack luster experience, I know things can go not according to plan, but when you cant even count on a business to make it right after the fact, that is disheartening.Update 06/05/2019 other than this reviews simple response from their corporate representative no further effort of contact or resolution has been initiated or offered. This will be the last update I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of service.

It was my first experience with this business. I usually go to my dealership, where Ive always felt comfortable and taken care of despite higher price but great quality. However, checked out the prices for the same work I usually get done and was really surprised. The quality of the work and overall experience was not replaced with the lower pricing. The safety precautions during Covid was well in place I will most certainly be back.

I had an issue with the previous wash and when I spoke with Kalvin about it he immediately made it right. Definitely recommend and will keep coming back!

The staff here are the best. Always so friendly and always have a smile. So pleasant to come here. The facility is kept clean and seems like the wash is always running at top performance. I’ll always come here and recommend it to family and friends. The finish line supervisor Chris is very friendly and always greets me with a smile. He opened and closed the door for my mother and complimented her on her hair, (we had come from the salon) and she was just so happy to hear that. She was smiling from ear to ear. It makes me happy that their are genuine good hearted people around especially while doing their job! Before he closed my door he told us to have a good weekend and hopes to see us soon. The first time I brought my brand new work truck in for their service everything went well.This time however, there must have been different employees working.For 60 dollars, I left with a very dusty interior. Dirt still embedded in my rubber floor, my under-carriage (+$10 upgrade service) was almost as muddy as when I brought it in as little attention to detail seemed to be the theme of the day.Many common areas were not cleaned in my interior. The ones that were obviously wiped down, simply moved dust from one place to another. Smear marks everywhere. Even the rear view mirror is obviously untouched. This is quite disappointing for the amount paid for a “clean” vehicle.If you’re expecting detail for your dollar, it seems a Monday is not the day to go to this place.

At first I was very cautious about taking my car here...but after seeing the veterans day special, I decided to actually try it and came to this location. Again me being cautious because i had my duty belt, uniform, boots, computer, my company duty weapon and my bullet resistant vest in my vehicle I made it very clear to the William who did my oil change what was in my vehicle and everything else and was reassured that it wouldnt be tampered with.After the oil change and express wash, i must admit....it was a hell of a job well done on my van which ran better coming home to Phoenix and i went to check to make sure everything was there and indeed it was which really impressed beyond words and I am a very hard person to impress.You guys definitely made a good impression on me...i will definitely make another trip back

I receive excellent service and I drive past 2 other Cobblestone washes to get to the one on Elliot. They continue to do the same level of detail every time I go there. I have not been disappointed.

Talk about quality! It was as if they inspected my car from top to bottom in at out. The young man that called me to my car was so poised and cheerful. I think his name was Chris but I’m not sure. I left feeling very happy and satisfied with my car. Thank You Cobblestone!!

Ok so I NEVER write reviews but I have been going to Cobblestone for 2 1/2 years and they take good care of my car. I dont know the first thing about cars so I wanted to take my car somewhere that I can get everything done and not get ripped off. I go in every time I need an oil change and they do a full vehicle inspection- WAY cheaper than the dealership and most other auto shops. Loyalty is greatly rewarded; my last run included a high mileage oil change, platinum wash with added internal conditioner, power steering, decarb, and a tire rotation for $235. Fluids are topped off no charge. Unless you have a friend that is good with cars, this is a solid place to go get everything done at a reasonable price!

I came in last Saturday, October 29th, 2016. I got a coupon online and was going to get the free full service car wash with oil change. I really needed a complete detail though. So I ended up getting that instead. I was immediately approached by Richard, who was extremely helpful and made the process easy. He directed me over to the oil change where I met Andy who gave me a discount for the work that I needed done. I got a high mileage oil change and had my transmission fluid changed. Derric had then noticed a crack in my window, so he recommended that I got it fixed. Insurance approved and it was done in less than 3 minutes! Lol then I waited for 4.5 hours. My car was ready. For a Saturday, and the amount of work done on my car, I expected the wait was going to be a while. They helped me out a lot so I would definitely recommend this to you and your friends!!! My 06 Corolla looks brand new, even 5 days after I brought it in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Thank you, I will be coming back!

I recommend for their truly great service of getting my oil change. Synthetic oil to be exact and plus the car wash is On Point. Although I was recommended to come here instead of going to Wal-Mart or Big O Tires for an Oil Change.

My car always come out so shiny & clean inside & out!Ive had oil services done on my car as well. Casey, the Oil & Lube Manager is really friendly & knowledgeable. He never makes me feel pressured for services that I dont feel I need. However, he does explain the benefits of recommended services & I appreciate that.Cobblestone has always been my go to place to maintain my car. Having guys like Dustin & Casey who really care about their customers will keep me coming back! Kudos to them!

The reader for the fast pass was not working, so I hit the help button. There were people that worked there just standing around eating chips and joking around, no one came. After sitting for a few minutes all of a sudden the arm went up. The washes are so fast, I have spend another 15-20 minutes drying my own car and wiping off missed dirt. Cobblestone used to be a great value, but they keep cutting back and charging more

Chris is awesome! When he called me I noticed some stuff got missed when vacuuming and he offered to take it back and do it himself!! I appreciate good customer service we all do. So when someone takes the burden of someone else mistake and fixes it without annoyance or denouncing others its admirable. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I had been procrastinating on getting my car detailed and was looking for convenient locations at reasonable price. I went to cobblestone because they have always provided great service for full service car wash so I decided to my SUV the four detailing. They were very helpful and professional and the car looks awesome. Prior to the detailing, I had light scratching and swirls on my black roof from automatic car washes in the past. I purchased my car in Oct 2017 and this was the first time getting car detailed 20 months later. It looks brand new again with the 12 month paint sealant. Im impressed and satisfied. When I picked up the car, Baca, made sure all my questions were answered and explained the 12 month paint sealant. I will continue to take my cars to cobblestone off Elliott.

This was my first time at Cobblestone and I really enjoyed the overall service especially up front. The guys do an amazing job and got my vehicle all cleaned up, bugs wiped off and back to me in a timely fashion. The gentleman up front, Chris had a Big smile the whole time I was there and his interaction made it feel unique and not like your average customer service. Got a new car and found I could have it washed for free for 1 month at Cobblestone Car Wash. Ive taken it several times and when finished it look like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Looked so good I signed up for a monthly program and now it will always look great! Would not hesitate 1 iota in recommending this business.

I had a horrible experience at this place, took my Jeep to get a car wash, they rolled my windows down, left them couple inches down and put it through the washer belt like that, my back seat got soaking wet! The guy at the end of the line was very apologetic and did not even know what to say when he notice that I was super upset. He offered to call his manager, manager came about but he did not gave a $2th of what happened, he just told me to leave my windows down and drive like that with my 3 children on a 115+ weather!! Yeah, Definitely not going back!!!

Great experience, I will come again to have my car oil changed and cleaned. Very professional crew.

I brought my car in for an oil and lube service recently. Casey, Jose and the rest of the oil and lube crew got my car in and out within 15 minutes! They were incredibly professional and the shop was clean, every employee I encountered on site were helpful and nice. Highly recommend!!

I would like to thank Jessica for helping me out today. I was able to be seen right away for oil change and have both my filters replaced on my car for a decent price. I appreciated the fast and prompt service so much since my car was overdue for it (my fault). My car runs smoothly now. Thank you!

We came here after another car wash place got oil all over our car, and cobblestone went way out of their way to fix it up for us. Dustin even hand-washed it himself to ensure that the car was completely spotless. This is definitely our go-to spot for getting our car washed! Thank you so much guys!

Did not dry the car on one side. Had to point it out, twice. They were not even busy. What a waste of my time. I got the platinum.

Just picked up my truck from being detailed and had to ask for further clean up while I was there, but I realized that there was smeared pink wax randomly all around my truck that I had enough and just took it home and spend 30 minutes detailing the rest myself. Not much difference between a regular wash and a detail (detail adds carpets washed and this pink wax) I could of saved myself over $150 had I just asked for the works and and still come home and finish the rest. The crew is all very nice and friendly but not impressed with the detail work. I called twice to address this and was on hold without answer. Hope this feedback helps improve quality for the next one or save a few bucks for others.

Overall the service was convenient and they will clean your car really well if you come at a less busier time. However if you point out issues they will address it right away. Staff is very nice especially Jessica. I would recommend this service to anyone.
